Dropped us off at our B&B and was a great conversationalist. The tow was great. The repair at their shop, not so much. They replaced the thermostat and water pump. By the time we reached Moab, Utah, the coolant was boiling again. Ultimately, it appears that the issue was the radiator cooling fan. Misdiagnosed. Five stars for the tow and one for the repair.

He handled my car with care as he hooked up the chains. He even tried out a couple of things to allow me to drive it rather than tow it. Very nice guy. I called the company at 1547 and talked to them asking what is going on and they told me something happened to their driver. Never communicated this to my mom. So I asked when there will be another going and they said it was going to take another full hour to get someone. I talked to the tow truck driver that actually went out and he told me that he was called at 1555. What that tells me is that they could've got this tow trucker driver way before when the other couldn't go because it was less than 10 minutes from my phone call to this driver. I called up to management the next day (if you want to talk to management you have to call sporadically because no one knows when they'll be in) and all he said he could do is apologize for the miscommunication. With all this being said if it is you or a loved one don't use this service. Call Johnson services because they are amazing.

The work took a couple months even though there was not much to repair. But the worse part was they managed to deploy the passenger airbag. They refused to own up to the problem even through the airbag deployed while the truck was their possession, so I have no idea what they did to deploy the airbag. Toyota did not warranty it because the truck was older. They didn't offer to do anything to help it was just "Tough Dude, too bad". If they had even offered to split the cost of replacement I would have been happy. But they did nothing and now the truck is worthless.
