I go to this location sometimes because it's convenient and close to my home, but it is always busy…read moreand seems very understaffed. I went in to buy a replacement battery for my car. My car needed to be jumped just to get to this store. After waiting in line for almost 10 minutes I was finally assisted and the person at the register was able to locate the battery I needed for my car. When I asked if they were able to install it for me I was told "No. There's only two of us." and was given a small wrench to borrow to replace my battery with. Thankfully a stranger in the parking lot who had the correct tools was able to assist me with installing my car battery, because I wouldn't have been able to do it myself and only purchased the car battery from this store because I read that they could install the battery for me. I will not be going to this location anymore and will try my luck at AutoZone next time.
