BEWARE!!! Do not take your car there for service. They are dishonest and will lie about services…read morerequired and inflate issues, and costs. Tried to charge me $3100. Took to another mechanic and the issue was less than $500. They are liars and crooks.

It's never truer than when buying a car - Caveat Emptor!…read more The Sales Reps were nice enough and not pushy, but forget about them honoring any special discounts like, TrueCar. They acknowledged it in passing and then never looked at the print out I had showing the final price (including taxes, tag, title, dealer markup) with the TrueCar discount. The final price they showed me was $160 more. To add insult to injury, the windshield had a significant crack at the bottom in the dark area where it was hard to see and when I pointed it out, they told me MD inspection doesn't require windshields to be "completely sealed"! My son worked for Safelite for several years and he told me that is crap! In the end, the car was $690 more than I had in a pre-approved check, so naturally I was able to get the car for the money I had. It was almost laughable, the way the manager took the check from my hand, before it was even endorsed, and disappeared! I should have gotten a better deal, but, "needs must" as they say. We needed a second car right away. BTW it's a 2021 Chrysler Voyager with 77K+ miles and seems in good condition. But, we just got it so I'll report back after the 30 day warranty expires. Fingers-crossed!

Outstanding Customer Service -- Please Recognize Greg!…read more I want to take a moment to give a HUGE shout-out to Greg for the exceptional customer service he provided. From the moment I walked into the store until the moment I left, he was kind, patient, professional, and genuinely willing to help. I had purchased a battery from AutoZone for my vehicle, only to discover that the battery was bad. My vehicle had already cut off three times, and I had to get three separate jumps just to make it back to AutoZone for assistance. Needless to say, I was frustrated and nervous. Greg took the time to look at my battery and explain what was happening in a way that I could actually understand. I'm just a girl -- I'm definitely NOT a mechanic! But Greg didn't make me feel embarrassed for not knowing. He broke everything down in terms I could understand, and that meant a lot to me. These days, it's rare to find someone who will actually slow down and take the time to explain things instead of rushing you out the door. But Greg didn't stop there. He found another battery for me, contacted another AutoZone location, made sure the battery in my vehicle had enough charge for me to safely drive there, and even gave me the employee's name to ask for when I arrived so they could help install it. That level of care and attention to detail truly stood out to me. He wasn't just doing his job -- he made sure I had a plan, understood what was happening, and could make it home safely. Thankfully, I made it to the other location and eventually made it home safely. Greg deserves to be recognized for the service he provided. Employees like him are the reason customers remember a business for the right reasons. In a world where good customer service can be hard to find, Greg reminded me that there are still people who genuinely care about helping others. Thank you, Greg, for your kindness, patience, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile. AutoZone should be proud to have you on their team! I will also be leaving a review for the employee at the second location who assisted me when I arrived.

I purchased a set of rain x silcone wiper blades for my car from this location two Sundays ago from…read moretoday. The associate wasn't sure about installing them that day. He finally did. Well lo and behold he installed them incorrectly and I didn't notice until last night when I drove in the rain for over an hour straight Fast forward to today 12/16. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager (Gerald I believe). I explained the situation and he said you can go to any autozone and get them replaced no questions asked. So I drove here at 6:35pm. He asked me to describe who did the job and chuckled. Then he saw that the plastic was left on the blades and they would be fully operational now so go ahead and test them out. I explained I couldn't because A. Its not raining. B. I don't have enough windshield wiper in my car to give it a true test. He seemed irritated at the fact that I insisted that he replace them and then proceeds to tell me to leave and go elsewhere with an attitude. So trying to help an upset customer over a botched job by one of your own employees is my fault? Now I have scratches on my windshield because of their negligence. I even called the one in la plata and the manager told me to call customer service and not waste my breathe. I should listened to my wife and avoid autozone. I will never shop at another autozone ever again

I had a 1:00 p.m. appointment and waited three hours before being told it would take at least another hour. Customers should be informed in advance if the service may take four or five hours so they can make other arrangements. I was quoted approximately $800 for the brake service, but the labor cost was not clearly explained or itemized before I approved the work. After paying nearly $1,000, I realized that about $430 was for labor. The parts and labor charges should be clearly separated before the customer authorizes the service. I would appreciate it if you could review my invoice and consider an adjustment to the labor charge.

Yeah I was hurt on the job and wasn't getting paid, so that lowered my credit score. I just got back to work, so I just wanted some more truck space really for my music equipment. They keep cutting the back of these vehicles smaller. I traded in the Mazda SUV a Toyota car. I read online that Toyota vehicles are reliable! And I was tired of the little space in the Cx-50. I've never had a really good experience at any dealership except for the one I went to in Towson Maryland. I wrote a letter to the Better Business Bureau years ago when I was younger because I had a lot of money then, but I wasn't stupid at all. I kept giving up money and asking for what I wanted and I would get the run around, the salesman would say take this vehicle and your jeep should be available next week! That wasn't the case! The next thing I knew "Darcars was shut down on Saint Barnabas Road. You just can't treat people any kind of way. I didn't ask for anything extra, so hopefully I can get somethings removed from this paperwork! I know I have thirty days to make any changes. Before I walk into any dealership I ask for what I want before I waste my time driving to the lot. I asked for a vehicle with more trunk space. I went to the Used car lot now! I wanted lower payments! I got a new vehicle and my payments were doubled. I was already paying 812.00 for this little Mazda, and I'm just catching up on all my bills since Sedgwick decided not to pay me correctly! This really upsets that people just aren't cool unless you go further out. I appreciate everyone taking the time to help me out, but I'm thinking I would have got better service if the person in charged calls me in and say I can help you! Nope not so! This really made my situation worse. I wanted a truck, but it wasn't available. I just can't seem to get better service unless I go further out of town. I just know right now, no one really cares about anything but money now. The next time I make a move! I will have the money to buy anything with the credit union. This financing and adding on extra fees that are really unnecessary for me is not the way to go. Just be careful when going into the financing process because something just isn't right. I am not driving a Ferrari or anything, so this monthly note should not be this high! I've been in way bigger vehicles and never paid a high note with the negative equity rolled over from my other vehicle! I appreciate everything, but it would be better if the person could let me know if they can really help me or not before I get up out the bed and spend hours doing something I may regret doing letter on. All I can say is! Don't be like me, and go in somewhere hoping you can get whatever you want without anything other than a vehicle to trade in, but make sure you just have the money to buy what you want straight out, and then you won't have to deal with all the hidden fees being attached somewhere in the end.
