I will be forever grateful to Nathan and Sheldon. What was an obvious case of identity theft to any average person was a 14 year nightmare for me. Because of the forgery against me the Arizona ROC found me to be an easy identity theft victim to extort $30k from. The government writes laws in their own favor. The only appeal by law is to meet with the Arizona ROC where they really are the prosecutor, judge and jury. If they want money, they are going to get it from you. The judge we appeared before had only sided with the contractor instead of the ROC 2 times since 2015. I really was facing 1 in a 1000 odds without exaggerating. I came to Carr Law in 2017 to assist me in representation for a business audit I had received from the IRS. I hate to write a negative review about anyone but this attorney is a complete joke. We hired him (Nathan Carr) to help with with a tax situation. I can't even begin to explain how much frustration I've been through since I handed him the retainer fee. There is zero commucation unless I call him the day before court and when shows up for court he looks like he has slept in his car and hasn't brushed his teeth in 2 days. I have just never seen anything like it. I was ashamed to be sitting next to him. He does the bare minimum to get by and do his "job". It's sad. I wasted $4500 on this guy. Don't make the same mistake. I've since hired another attorney to handle my problem and I can't even begin to tell you the difference. read more
