Me and my party originally wanted Olive Garden (Italian). After receiving poor/no service at all, we decided on this Carrabas location. We were immediately greeted and seated. Waitress came to our table for our drink order in a timely manner and was professional. Received our food and drink orders quickly. Everything tasted amazing and cooked to perfection! Alfredo was . My coworkers and I stopped by this place during our break to celebrate a mini special occasion. The place is nice and neatly kept. They have menus with beautifully and professionally taken pictures of some of their food. We ordered the filet and shrimp pasta, shrimp and scallop vodka sauce pasta, and a glass of wine. The food was served within 15 minutes. Our server was nice. She seemed to have been there forever, was very efficient and knew exactly to take care of us. When we were served our water, a busser came by and offered more water as our refills, so we had 6 glasses of water for party of 3 during our dining experience as well as my glass of wine. It was a unique experience for sure. My pasta was good but a bit salty, so two glasses of water came in handy. I would recommend this place to others to try at least once to see for themselves. Carrabba's italian grill also offers interesting promotions on their food items so please check this place out. This restaurant offers plenty of free parking spaces. read more

Woah! What a night! It was the hot mess express last night. I mean if you like Carrabba's then it doesn't matter what the rating is. Our server was completely inattentive and her assistant knocked over a drink his first time to table...it happens. Then our starters never came out as our server walked by multiple times while making eye contact with me and smiling. Never thought about it til mains got delivered by a "Managerial" dressed attendant, I asked about the starters and the guy goes..."well do you still want them"...I said "yeah man". Knowing that would go nowhere I mentioned to our server when she finally stopped by...so she gave us two extra to go. GF got the ribeye and it was a total mistake. You can't order a Ribeye at a place like this because the meat quality is low...so much sinewy content and fat, that made it a challenge to eat. Go filet if you need steak. I don't know if you've seen a recent trend of chain restaurants having a charity setup shop right outside the door as you exit. I find this gauche and annoying. Whether you contribute or not to charity it's highly annoying and awkward. I don't want to feel pressured to support your company's cause after I eat a mediocre meal with mediocre service. Quite frankly the 20%+ tip we left was charity in itself, but I just can't go lower than that. read more

Unfortunately due to the continued poor curbside orders I have to give Carrabba's a ONE. It is very difficult to get the order correct YET their receipt starts at 18% for a tip when probably 60%+ of the time the order is NOT correct and the manager replies "we will promise to do better next time" - SERIOUSLY just DO BETTER. This is my hard earned money and your staff can't get a simple order correct. IF I did that at my job, I wouldn't have a job. This is the Boynton Beach Carrabbas and I will NEVER order curbside there again, it is unacceptable and totally ridiculous. You're having a good day IF they get the order correct. I tried ordering online the new trio and it wasn't available. I went inside and was told that it is available and would need to go to a separate area to order carry out. There were people waiting in the cold for their orders outside. I knocked on the door and the gentleman wasn't able to ring the order since it looked like they ran out of lasagna. The gentleman spoke to his boss and said he I would have to wait 10 minutes for the lasagna. I said that was fine but then he said he couldn't put the order in. I told him never mind and that i did not want to wait even more time for the food. I said never mind and walked out. So I didn't even get to use my dine rewards. Smh read more

The first thing I would like to say is how I have NEVER had a problem at this location. Management surely needs to be reassessed. Justin is utterly and extremely rude and unwelcoming. When asking a question not only was I met with a dismissive and unacceptable answer, he decided to be rude and have an attitude. Someone like this should not be in any kind of management position. I have have 2 events and a dinner here in the past month. My late lunch reservation got lost even though I spoke in person to the evening manager to confirm 2 days before. But thank god the manager Scott honoured it. What could have been a disaster turned into a fun meal. They also had another large group so our group put stress as they were unaware. But even though, together with the management pitching in, our event went off well. The food was hot and delicious and there were no complaints from anyone. They have really stepped it up. The other event was a perfectly planned dinner of 14 that went off amazingly without any SNAFUS. I highly recommend this place. read more

I went to the first wine dinner of the year and it was great. They created a 4 course dinner with wine pairings for each course. If you go for wine dinner, I will say that service is not very personal since they have to serve everyone each course at the same time and you don't have a specific server for the night. However, the staff was pleasant, kept our glasses filled and even offered to-go boxes after each course. It was very busy as there were 82 attendees for the dinner so it was a bit loud but that was to be expected. Everything on the menu was delicious! Can't say this is the best location. Food is mediocre and definitely not worth the prices. The soup of the day was minestrone, which is typically my fav and go to, figured if Olive Garden can do it Carrabba's should be just as good...wrong. It tasted like stereotypical retirement home food. The bartender was understanding and switched it out for their Chicken soup, which was comparably better. The same pretty much goes for the rest of the appetizers and food, decent enough to eat if you're starving, but nothing to write home about. It just lacks care and finesse and feels like you're getting the results of a food challenge of how to rework leftovers. The staff was accommodating and friendly, very casual vibe,, but they didn't seem to have much confidence in what they were serving either. They hung pretty little white lights in the dining room and over the bar that make you feel like you're in an Italian bistro in Italy! The food was delicious as always. The manager Justin came over to make sure everything was up to par. He also told us about the $10 take home deal. That we could take home one of our meals or one of lesser value for just $10! We all took advantage of that. Our waiter, Patrick was on the ball and our food came out a timely manner, nice and hot. Bryan chicken is one of my favorites. Don't forget the lemoncello dessert! A great and inviting restaurant. We ordered the filet shrimp and fettuccine Alfredo as well as the chicken piccata with cooked broccoli. The fettuccine Alfredo had tender filet and the shrimp is sweet and fresh. The chicken piccata was the highlight of tonight's dinner. It is a must try! The chicken was juicy and the capers and the sauce paired well with the chicken. The sauce is a lemon butter, it was tasty and wasn't too heavy. The restaurant was so hot you couldn't eat and enjoy your meal. The food came out warm and not hot. The food was lousy at best. Shrimp and scallops were burnt.We sent them back, they were going to saute them, and I swear we got the same ones back again. My trout had a fishy taste to it. There were 8 of us. The whole atmosphere was horrible.And it had to be eighty degrees in there or warmer. The quality of the food has gone down. It used to be one of my go to places, but not after that. The service was okay. However, it was my Father's Day. Dinner?And I wish we had never gone there. The food was so bad that I couldn't even find something for the ten dollar.Take home special that they offer.That's how bad it was. I do not know how to share my review with your company. First of all, our server Crystal was amazing and treated us like royalty from the moment we arrived. We were a group of three and everyone enjoyed their food tremendously, except I know I got the best mail out out of the mall. As a vegetarian, it's always a little harder for me to find just what I like on a menu. Crystal guided me through it and helped me order exactly what I like. I haven't eaten here in years and I remembered I had a gift card in my wallet, so I ordered online for a lunch curbside pickup. I ordered a lunch special NEW! Steak Marsala sandwich combo, and oh my Lanta did it hit the spot. It came on a garlic focaccia bread and fresh mushrooms gravy sauce. Got email about new happy hour menu. I got the Italian Olde Fashion and my wife got the Pear Spritz. Both were good choices for a happy hour price. The food is where it kinda went south at $7 a plate. We got the meatball sliders which was a total of 1 1/2 small meatballs between 2 inch squares of bread with cold dipping sauce. We also got four half moon ravioli that was overcooked and flavorless. The bright side was the 3 small squares of shrimp on focaccia bread, was tasty. After the waiter took my chicken back to be grilled a little more, the manager came to my table and asked why I sent the dish back. Food was pretty basic. One thing I was not a fan of is that you pick a side. Shouldn't it come with pasta... and if you do pick a side of pasta with certain meats it's $2 extra. Otherwise it's just veggies. Kinda weird that you don't just get pasta or broccoli like at most places with your food automatically with no extra charges. So basically it makes it more expensive for adding extra sides. The Cesar salad was good and big portion. Most get the pistachio cannolis. Delicious and cheap! read more

Pretty good. The waiter was very nice and patient with my grandparents. And a waitress who usually serves my grandparents came up and said hi. I loved the bread and the Italian salad that came with the meal. My moms mahi was excellent. I'll order that next time. I had the filet which tasted a bit chewy and steaky, rather than butter and smooth like I am used to for filet. The Sicilian butter is too spicy. The fettuccini Alfredo is very fresh but Alfredo is so rich and cheesy I'll pass next time. The broccoli is good but definitely was frozen and not fresh. Overall pretty good. Complimentary bread is always nice and the Chianti for $9 was very good and a big pour. My grandparents split a meal and it was very nice that they didn't charge extra for sharing. They brought everything out on two plates for them. I would come back for the mahi. For 5 people it was 119 without tip. read more

Randomly came here for their happy hour menu. Solid lineup, I ordered the truffle pasta and blackberry sangria. My friend ordered the mezalunna not realizing it was fried, and we shared the pumpkin spice bread pudding. The truffle pasta was good but needed more flavoring. The mezalunna past was fried, which was an oversight on our half. And the bread pudding while good didn't match the description, so we were confused a bit. It was okay, in town and staying in a nearby hotel. Decided to order them since I love their pasta and wanted to try the new cannoli cake as well. I order take out. The server was friendly they brought the take out to the car so no complaints there. The cake was very delicious soft and light. I didn't expect that at all. Also the bread was very fresh. For the dip that I like. I know to order more oil packets too as they gave me one. The pasta... I wasn't too pleased with it taste a little soapy. My wife and I sent to Carrabba's restaurant last night looking for a pizza only to be told it was not on the menu. I then asked for pasta and fagioli soup and was again told it was not on the menu. She ordered crab cakes which were inedible. The friendly waitress took that off the bill. The bread was not Italian. It had no taste. I don't know why this is called an Italian restaurant when they don't have basic Italian dishes. read more

This was my first visit to a Carrabba's since covid and I was highly disappointed. On a side note, this was my first time to this specific location. The food was two stars but the exceptional service from both the server and her manager Taylor, is why I am adding on the third star. The Caesar Salad wasn't fresh and the Lasagna looked like a toddlers portion. The Fettuccine Alfredo was good although that's not something I normally eat so I can't compare it to anything, but I did like it. Eggplant Parmesan looked good but was inedible. Taylor offered a complimentary dessert which was a nice gesture. Unfortunately the bread pudding was inedible and was left untouched. I will give Carrabba's another chance since I have aways been a fan, but I will go back to the Boca or Delray locations where I have enjoyed many meals; including a lovely Yelp event in the Boca restaurant. Based upon my own experience, I can't recommend this restaurant. If corporate is reading this, can you please consider bringing back the amazing Italian wings? read more
