There was this girl Keily and she was bringing the bread out and she was extremely rude for absolutely no reason, she kind of just tossed the stuff down in a way and had a extremely rude look and attitude. Quickly seated for dinner and friendly faces along the way. I took a pic of my food which was the Marsala meatballs and a side of garlic mashed potatoes. However, I didn't get a pic of my friend's meal which was eggplant parmesan (which was spectacular, by the way!). Carrabba's in Crestview Hills continues to be one of our favourite Italian restaurants. They have a large menu of delicious dishes somecwhich I've talked about in the past. I tried the Lobster Ravioli which was stuffed with lobster and Romano cheess and civered in white wine sauce. It was absolutely delicious with the filling really standing out as really awesome. It came with a soup or salad which I got Minestrone soup which was quite good. The service was very good and the restaurant looked very nice. I made some dietary changes in January which limits my choices when we dine out, but I know the chicken marsala ( sauce & mushrooms on the side ) & plain STEAMED asparagus is the way to go at Carabba's, which is what I order every time, including today when we had lunch here. My food arrived & both the chicken & OVERCOOKED asparagus ( NOT steamed ) was OVERLY salty, almost inedible. I should've complained, but I hate to do that, since our server, Rosie, was so kind & attentive. We will continue to eat here, but I wanted to bring this to someone's attention because it needs to be understood that when someone requests their food prepared in a very specific way, it's not to be difficut, it's because it's necessary due to dietary restrictions. read more

I remember going to Carrabas in PA over a decade ago and the vibe of the place used to be very upscale. Not sure if it's this location or over time the chain has changed, it felt more like a quick service establishment. This chain is similar to Olive Gqrden with a slightly different menu. We got started off with complimentary bread with herb and oil dip. Followed by a couple of appetizers - I liked the buratta salad with tomatoes, basil and balsamic drizzle. My husband got the calamari which ended up being free since we signed up for the rewards program. He said he didn't quite like the calamari. Our entrees were vegetarian Ravioli and Chicken trio. Haven't been here for few years! Come back to check it out. Obviously it's still a retiree's favorite restaurant. At 5 pm, the restaurant already filled with retirees. I ordered mussels as appetizers, and mahi for main course. The mussels are great! Carrabba's always do a great job on mussels! I will give a much higher rating for the mussels than the mahi! Food (even signature dishes) definitely does not seem to be the quality I have always known and enjoyed. Service also appears to be suffering, with lackluster table waiting and not happy to be there vibes from the staff. Worst of all, the rest room was HORRIBLE and smelled like an old port o let. Stopped by for a late lunch today and was craving some pasta. We ordered the calamari to start which was good. Definitely try the butter sauce that comes with the calamari, it is delicious! For an entree, I ordered the Fettuccine Carrabba which also came with a side salad. They do NOT offer ranch as a salad dressing so I opted for the creamy Parmesan dressing. Overall, the salad seemed to have a gritty texture and was pre-tossed so it seemed it lacked dressing as well. The pasta however was great and was a huge portion! Overall, service was on the slow side given there were only 2 other tables full during our time there. My husband and I started off with the four cheese Italian sausage stuffed mushrooms appetizer while also indulging in their complimentary bread and oil which paired nicely with a blackberry sangria margarita all were very tasty. For our main course my husband ordered the 16oz ribeye, garlic mashed potatoes, broccoli and i ordered the Chicken Marsala side of garlic mashed potatoes everything was deliciously tasty and flavorful!
