I get tired of the taste of chicken, and often when dining out, the chicken is routinely overcooked and very dray and stringy. Not at Carrabbas' in Palm Coast. The dish with three types of chicken is absolutlley delicious! Each of the three preparations is really tasty and uniquely different from the other two entree pieces. You get four courses it's four different wines. Last night they were featuring withes from Napa valley. If you have never been to one of their wine paring dinners I highly recommend it. I have been attending the wine pairing and let me tell you it is magic in my mouth. The food is is delicious the portions are big they keep topping you off they aren't skimpy with the good wine. They were understaffed at the time we visited but the food was very good at a reasonable price.

We were at this location a couple of hours ago, and are disappointed with the service we received from Armando. He was friendly but his customer service was lacking. He didn't provide plates for our apps, we were supposed to get bread and a caesar salad with our to go entrees but did not receive either. He placed our items in a bag but we didn't realize the bread and salad were not included until we were home. Our entire meal felt rushed, and didn't taste as good as what we're used to from Carrabbas. We will skip this location in the future. read more

Haven't been here since pre-COVID days and use to be a big fan of their Happy Hour plates after work. Came for lunch and was WOWED by the August 2024 Lunch Menu: $14 Combos, $12 Trios, $10 Unlimited Soup, Salad and (decent) Bread. (Additional savings include Dine Rewards points and AARP 10% discount.) Seems like they're aiming directly for Olive Garden prices, but the food is DEFINITELY notches above! Amazing job from the staff here. We got out of a meeting late. We were about 20 minutes away and 20 minutes before closing. I asked if we could order if we would get there right at closing- and they said yes. I got the Chicken Marsala, and my wife got the Chicken Bryan. Both were cooked and prepared perfectly. We've both had these lots of times in different locations. These were as good as we've ever had. The young lady running the take out was super helpful and very friendly. I'd put her name in, but I didn't see it, and it didn't print on the receipt- but she is a valuable employee. A great representation for Carrabbas. You only got 2 stars because your food is good. BUT THE SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS NOTHING SHORT OF ROBBERY! I ordered carry out and my Best friend, (who could Easily get a lot more than .66 cents from me at anytime), picked up my food. The bill was $30.34, and the change out of $40 was $9.66. The employee who brought the food, receipt, and change to her car, said she didn't have the .66 cents in change gave her only the $9 and left. She didn't say "let me go get some change from the restaurant, or ask do you had .34 cents? No she just left $9 and with the .66 cents in change still owed. Now I'm not being petty and yes it is just, .66 cents, But it is our choice to give her a tip of .66 cents, $1.66, or $100.66. Not her choice to not give the .66 cents in change. THIS IS THEFT. Our recent party of three experience at this Carrabba's location was fantastic. We were fortunate enough to find seats at the bar while we waited for our table. Happy hour was great - we tried several appetizers including calamari with lemon butter sauce, excellent grilled wings, & meatball sliders. Later we ordered scallops with pasta "The Alysa Way" courtesy of help from our fantastic server Alysa & took chicken Bryan home for later. Dessert consisted of my sharing my husband's favorite - Tiramisu. We really enjoyed the service we received and the friendliness of the staff including the manager. We come here about once a week and sit at the bar. Marlin is awesome. He always knows what we want and takes great care of us. We love the sausage and lintel soup. We always get it first. We order different things all the time. So we have tried the lasagne, chicken everything, Veal every way and a few others. Everything is always pretty good. The service makes it all great. They always try to give you a good meal. The dine rewards is a really nice touch. We have been able to save a bit of money every time we come here. Carrabas is a great place. read more

Let's see, we took my mother in law there on Monday for her 88th bday. Our waitress Stephanie was fantastic. My mother in law got the wrong salmon, I sent mine back because the pasta was in a gluey gob. My husband & MIL were done with their meals I still didn't have mine back. I went to the hostess stand & the young lady asked for the manager for me. I sat there in the lobby at least 10 minutes I was totally frustrated with the management, no one ever came. I went back to table & Stephanie was bringing my redo to table. I told her I didn't want it & she brought check like my husband asked her to, she must have apologized 10 times. The next day I called corporate office to report this. The young lady said, you will hear from the area manager within 48 hours. That hasn't happened yet & it's Friday. I want to add that I was a restaurant manager for over 20 years. I always appreciated feedback, it helps to resolve future issues. I also don't like when an employee apologizes for a manager.
