This was my first time and although I love seafood, and I think the food was acceptable I don't think the food was as good as what others claimed it to be, but then everyone has their own taste. Service was OK but nothing special as it took a very long time to get the food and they weren't busy and then it took even longer to get the utensils for everyone to eat the meal see that we were shorted one and our server seem to have disappeared. As for ambience in my opinion, there was none but that's my opinion. The Restaurant did have Decor, but I don't know that it really gave it much ambience. With a seafood of course the price is going to be high and in this case, I don't think it justified what we got but then again the person who brought us here is a regular. I am an avid foodie. I've tried seafood boils in Tampa, Miami and in Fort Lauderdale. Believe me when I tell you that this place is not the best and you should not waste your money. I ordered a pound of king crab, which only came with one leg. So, where was the pound at? I am so confused. I ordered it with green muscles too, but the taste was not there. One order also comes with literally one corn and one potato. My singular corn I had didn't even have enough kernel. I expected the bag to be heavy because of what I ordered, but it was light so I knew something was wrong. Remember, I'm a foodie and when I want to spend on seafood boils, I want to go all out. This was a horrible experience and a waste of money. I paid $90 for lies. The ambiance is very awkward as well. I just got that vibe when I was there - can't really put my finger on it. Quite literally the worst food experience ever! The bag of one tiny lobster tail, one potato, and one tiny corn for $25 is literal robbery. I tried the "ramen bowl " but it is more of a plate than a bowl. Not soup but noodles with shrimp (still in the shell), a potato an egg and a piece of corn . Light and likely the cheapest thing ($16) they have. My wife had the one pound lobster . This comes with 2 lobster tails, a piece of corn and 2 potatoes for $50. Service was quick but you have to ask for a knife as you only get a fork. The radio they had on is rather loud hard rock. read more

"tonight, My husband, two friends, and I Had dinner at Crab Knight on International speedway in Daytona Beach. For the four of us, our bill came to about $270 for dinner and drinks. The table next to us, a mother and her four teen children on one check, had a bill of $260. The Grandmother was at the same table but on a separate check Because there were six of them, an automatic gratuity was added, charging that mother a $50 tip. My table, with only four people, wasn't charged any gratuity. what special service did that table receive to be required to pay a $50tip? That family had only 2 tray's of food rolled out on a cart with 5 drinks. Left No mess at all. Versus our table had four different tray's 4 glasses of water, each of us had an alcohol beverage sat there for about 1 hour we weren't required NO Tip. The mother was understandably upset and vocal about it. The only difference was one extra person, yet she was forced to pay a $50 tip. The worst experience I have ever had dining out with my family. This staff was the most unprofessional and rudest customer service experience I have ever had in my life. We ordered our food. 2 of 3 orders came out. We started eating and as I am in literally in the middle of eating a shrimp a really loud short guy and our waitress return to the table with another order claiming I have the wrong order and snatches my plate as I am eating it and slides another one in front of me. No apology ! As if this was normal. Smh The waitress then returns about 20 mins later with the 3rd order and the order is wrong. So we tell her the order again. ... 20 mins later the short loud rude man returns and ask if what the order was and when told proceeded to tell us what we ordered which was still incorrect so we corrected him again. I had enough by then and I told him what she ordered and asked that he and the staff try and get it right. He then proceeded to look my party whose ordered they had messed up for the 3rd time and asked if she wanted to eat ?!? As if we hadn't been waiting there for what was an hour now. I was now ready to go and ask that they bag up our orders and get me the check. The lady at the register was unprofessional and rude. She kept referring to me as honey and I asked her to stop. In this setting especially since the entire experience was ruined at this point felt very antagonizing. They gave us a discount and we left. My boyfriend and I were excited to try a crab and lobster boil for the first time but unfortunately our food arrived cold and his crab legs were very mushy and unflavorful even with the butter. Took the whole family for dinner at the Crab Knight. Our service was great and our food was very good. Even the kids ate all their dinner. We had cocktails that were good. The calamari appetizers were great. I asked about the onion rings, and he said they sliced them and battered them fresh. They were fantastic.
