The food here was great for what it was. We shared the mozzarella sticks which are always delicious. I had a minestrone soup, which was great, and the mezzaluna pasta (which is chicken, cheese, spinach ravioli), which was also fantastic. My dad's spaghetti was extremely watery almost as if they just didn't strain the pasta at all (and you can see it in the photo). However, the manager was walking around to all the tables asking if everything was okay and he quickly replaced the dish which was appreciated. The food was all great temperature and was brought out quickly. The server did disappear for quite some time so we were without water refills for a while. Carrabas is one of those staples that you sometimes overlook how good they really are. Food is quality and fresh and they always surprise me with something new in the menu every time I come. Albeit, I only come like once a year but I definitely need to change that. They currently have a take home promotion for $10 same priced meal you had to take home. That's great. And their happy hour is pretty good too. $3 peroni drafts and cocktails and bites for $8. I had their passion pear spritz and it was delicious. Good Italian comfort food and great prices. This carrabas location is really very good. Not huge but nice an welcoming. Excellent service and the food is better than expected. On this trip I had the chicken Marsala and it was perfect. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious. You do get complementary bread and salad both of which are outstanding. My wife ordered the shrimp scampi and other than it being very good it was enough for two meals of leftovers. They have a Nice wine list too and the ambiance is very cool and laid back. I have to be honest, I don't like big chains but this Carrabas has completely changed my view. The food was actually better than we expected and the service was really good as well. We started with the Charcuterie Board and it was more than enough for 2. Also, we shared the Classics Combo which had calamari, Mozzarella Sticks with Marinara, and sausage-stuffed mushrooms. This platter is also perfect for sharing and everything was tasty. For the main course, I highly recommend the Grilled Lamb T-Bones and the Grilled Ribeye. Both were perfectly cooked, juicy, and tender. Loved the grilled taste! If you don't eat meat, then opt for one o their pastas like the Fettucine Alfredo. Also, make sure to save room for dessert cause the Cannoli Cake is to die for. Make sure to wash all these yummy foods down by getting their well-crafted like the Prickly Pear Marg and Passion Pear Spritz. They have seasonal cocktails and food items as well so make sure to ask your server about the specials. We enjoyed our visit here. Carrabas is a corporate chain owned by Bloomin Brands, which also handles Outback and Flemings. This was my first time visiting a Carrabba's we arrived ten minutes before happy hour was over and we were able to at least get one drink on HH. We had the Italian old fashion (which was great, not too sweet) and a red house wine which was delicious. For starters we had the Tomato Caprese with Fresh Burrata which was a nice light appetizer. Followed by the filet shrimp toscana (the steak was cooked at a perfect medium) and the shrimp and scallop linguine alla vodka. The servings were so large that we even had left overs! We finished the night off with their version of the brownie, I will say it's different from a traditional brownie but still good, it reminded us of a Hershey's pie. Our waiter and foodrunners were spectacular, very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the food left a lot to be desired, particularly with the Fettuccine Alfredo. The place is lovely and has ample parking. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. We were seated within minutes. Our server, Gaby, made the evening extra special. My husband had the traditional sangria and I had the best Margarita I've had in a while. It was delicious. The bread was warm and the food outstanding. Came to Carrabba's tonight and had quite the delight with our server, Haddys. She was so kind, caring, attentive, and a such a breath of fresh air. She was accommodating and wanted to make sure our experience was perfect. She was relatable and easy to communicate with. Any request was quickly completed without an ounce of attitude. Truly remarkable. Honestly the way it should be. We took a moment to speak to the manager as well to say thank you for having such a great waitress on staff. The location was clean, staffed, and displayed a welcoming feel. The food was delicious. A few requests when we ordered, but not an ounce of problem, displeasure, or feeling like we were a bother. I explained I recently had a surgery and she completely understood and made great recommendations. Very accommodating.. Haddys came back to the table to make sure the food was perfect. Overall, and unfortunately, a waste of time and money...! Service - We were escorted to the mostly empty bar area. The hostess decided to sit us behind these two kids that were strangling each other (no exaggeration) while the parents were enjoying their meals so I told her to sit us somewhere else. Food - My daughter and I ordered the pork chops with fettuccini (which there's an almost $3 up charge for the pasta substitution). When we get our food, the pasta quantity was less than a cup (child portion) and very dry, the chops were cold and the broccoli that came as a side was on the brownish side. I told the server and she tells me "what..? You want more pasta sauce?". I told her that both plates needed to be redone Minutes later - The same plates came back. They had been microwaved which made the food even dryer tasting so I asked the server to take them back and get me freshly prepared food. The manager stops by and I tell her what is happening with the food and she tells me unapologetically "so I guess you want the food to be re-done..?". I told her to take back the food and credit my bill. The GM, then, stops by only to give us an apology that seemed like he didn't want to give to begin with. I stopped going to this restaurant over 2 yrs ago because of these same food issues and how this place is managed. This was a wild night at Carrabbas. That is not usually the word to describe this restaurant but it was just that. When we arrived, it was busy. We had to wait 40 minutes. Then, we were told they were setting up for a party of 50. I think it actually ended up being 60! They were seated in the middle of the restaurant and were LOUD!!! Not what I expected at a Carrabbas. It added to the atmosphere but felt kind of stressful. I have eaten at Carrabbas a million times over the years and my experience has never come close to this. I felt like I was at the World Cup. Anyway, because of the chaos, I think the drinks we ordered were sitting around a while. I ordered an Amaretto Sour. I remembered Carrabbas makes the best ones, in my opinion of course. It was still good but way too much ice. That was my fault for not asking for little ice. My beloved Chicken Bryan was as good as ever. I wish they would put on enough sauce for my liking for the penne a la vodka, but they never do. I received my requested extra sauce and it was barely warm but tasted good. They liked the spaghetti and meatballs and the filet was cooked just right. Carrabbas went back to giving a salad or soup and two sides with the filet mignon. So it is a nice amount of food. Our waitress, Jorgie, was extremely helpful and patient, even when we couldn't decide what we wanted. She brought us a whole bunch of fresh basil even when we asked for just a couple of leaves. She always gave us more water when she saw we were running out and even split the dish we got in two plates because she overheard that we were going to share! Additionally, the chef, Bernadette, came over to our table to address my dad's sensitivity to garlic and suggested that she make a whole new dish with no garlic. She brought us spoons as well when she overheard us talking about using one from the other side of the booth. We had a lovely conversation with her after our meal and she complimented how I speak eloquently which meant a lot to me. And the spaghetti she made for us was so delicious. It was a pasta with olive oil and roasted tomatoes- simple but DIVINE. We had bread with olive oil and herbs and fried zucchini for an appetizer. Our pasta came with a soup so we got the minestrone which I can't speak on because I have never had minestrone before so I have nothing to compare it to but it was great. For dessert, we had a light and fluffy cheesecake with strawberry purée. The cake itself was a bit too sweet but we devoured it anyway. We didn't add on the puree because it was also quite sweet. But overall, I couldn't have had a better time. How do I start? the instant we entered a warm and inviting setting. We were seated at a magnificent table. I have been sleeping on Carraba's! I went in with lowish expectations since it was a chain restaurant but Carraba's delivered some seriously delicious food. We arrived around 7:30 and there were only a few people dining in so we were seated right away. As we were walking to our table I noticed the kitchen is open concept which I prefer. Once we were seated our waiter brought us water right away and went over the menu. He then brought us warm bread with delicious herb/olive oil for dipping. We decided to try out the meatball with ricotta appetizer. The meatballs were flavorful and the sauce was really good. The only thing is that the app only brings 2 meatballs! Since we were two people it was ok but it was a small portion. I'm super indecisive (especially when everything sounds good) and was stuck between a few dishes and noticed they have "combination" dinners that include two or more entrees. I ended up going with the chicken trio which brings chicken bryan, pollo rosa, and chicken marsala. They were all great but the chicken marsala was like over the top good. I got that with a side of pasta and it was cooked al dente. My boyfriend ordered the Tuscan grilled sirloin with fettuccine alfredo. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium and was very flavorful, the fettuccine was also super tasty. All entrees come with either a soup or salad - we both went with the house sicilian chicken soup which was comforting and had real big pieces of chicken (not those small chicken pieces other places would serve) We were too full to even think about dessert but I can tell you I will 100% be coming back. read more

I addressed it to the manager and he said ill change it. Then when the meal arrived cold, it did not contain my chicken. I dont think anyone was checking on the food as it was coming out. We try an appetizer called trio mixto. It was fried calamari, zucchini, red peppers, and squash. It was really good. My friends a dish called linguine with shrimp and scallops with mushrooms.
