I wanted to try someplace new and saw the excellent reviews for Pulcinella Pizza and Pasta so I made my way over for a late night dinner. Was immediately struck by how authentic and comfortable the atmosphere was at this classic Italian eatery. The service was absolutely stellar with extremely attentive servers. However, it turned out that the food was somewhat of a disappointment. My wife ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, since there was a statement at the top of their Facebook page that that is their specialty. I decided to try the chicken Parmesan. Both came with a high recommendation of our server. The dinner is both included salad and some delicious garlic rolls. Salad was fresh. The dressing was tasty and not overpowering. The garlic rolls were outstanding. Sadly, that is where the food accolades and. The chicken Parmesan was in a rather soggy and pasty breading and essentially tasteless. The gravy was way too sweet, which also ruined the taste of the homemade, but somewhat overcooked pasta. The cheese was abundant, but again overpowered by the sweetness of the tomato sauce. I really did not enjoy this very much and I am a big fan of chicken Parmesan. The meatballs that my wife had were also lackluster. I tried one at her suggestion and simply did not like the taste. This is very disappointing. After the meal I reread some of the reviews and noticed that the highest praise went to the pizza. As the pizzas came out, I found myself envious of those who had ordered them. They were not just beautiful, but those eating them seem to be genuinely enjoying it. Because I enjoyed the vibe of the restaurant so much I will be returning to try the pizza and hopefully will upgrade this review but the only word that comes to mine right now for the food is meh.

Though easy to miss, this restaurant is definitely a gem. We ordered the fried calamari, pizza, and I got a pasta with mussels. The calamari was not very good, but everything else was very tasty, especially the pizza! The waitress was talking to a coworker for a while, so it was a little hard to get her attention at times, but other than that I'll definitely be back for the pizza!

Everything was fantastic! We've been meaning to come ever since we noticed that they have a free bottle of wine with 2 entrees special (between 4-7) . We had the Chicken Parm and Pesto Pasta - both were excellent. Our server, Tanya, was so friendly and welcoming. The place was decorated to celebrate their 1 year anniversary and looked so cute. We'll be back!

We found this restaurant in Yelp! Thank you Yelpers We went on a Friday evening as a walk-in and we didn't have to wait as they had available tables. The restaurant is inside a big shopping center so there's plenty of parking and it's free. I am also not giving 5 starts because service. We ordered a few plates, and although our waiter was nice, she was not attentive. We have to call for her at all times. She even brought an extra plate we did not order and I had to remind her about the wine I ordered. Other than that the food was good, the pizza was yummy. I hope you go and enjoy

Been coming here for sometime. Food has always been good. Service is good. The only problem we have had is having to wait a few times, the dining area is small, but glad it's that way. The place was sold to different owners about a year ago, but the quality all around has stayed the same.

The food was excellent, and the place was cozy and happened to be decorated for Valentine's Day. Our server was knowledgeable and accommodating. We had the pork Osso Buco, which was tender and flavorful. Definitely something I would have again and the garlic bread was special, hot and cheesy. We also had the spaghetti Bolognese both dishes were plentiful enough to take home and have a second meal. To top it all off, the lemon cello cake was to die for. I would definitely recommend this place and we plan to visit again.

From the second you pull up the driveway, you are greeted by rolling rows of vines and an atmosphere that instantly makes you drop your shoulders and relax. It completely lives up to its name--the vibe is effortlessly mellow, sophisticated, and incredibly welcoming. Here is why this place has officially become my absolute favorite spot: 1. The Wine & Food Pairings are Masterful The culinary team here clearly works hand-in-hand with the winemakers, because the pairings are flawless. We started with a crisp, beautifully balanced white blend paired with an artisanal charcuterie board featuring locally sourced cheeses and a phenomenal house-made fig jam. For the main course, the slow-braised short rib literally melted off the bone, and when paired with their estate estate Syrah, it was pure magic. Every bite was an absolute home run. 2. Breathtaking Atmosphere & Ambiance The design of the restaurant strikes the perfect balance between rustic vineyard charm and modern elegance. We sat out on the covered patio, which offers sweeping, unobstructed views of the vineyard. As the sun began to set, they lit the fire pits and turned on string lights, creating an incredibly romantic, warm glow across the entire space. It's the kind of environment where you just want to linger for hours over dessert and another bottle. 3. World-Class Hospitality What truly elevates Mellow Grapes is the service. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable without an ounce of pretentiousness. They walked us through the tasting notes of each wine, shared the history of the vineyard, and gave us brilliant recommendations based on our personal palates. The pace of the meal was perfect--we never felt rushed, yet we were perfectly looked after the entire evening. The Verdict Mellow Grapes is an absolute gem. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, planning a perfect date night, or just want to treat yourself to an exquisite meal and fantastic wine, this place delivers on every front. The passion behind the food, the wine, and the hospitality is evident in every single detail. I'm already counting down the days until my next visit. Cheers to the team for creating such a spectacular experience!

Since they were offering a brunch menu, I decided to order the pork tostones as an appetizer. Unfortunately, that dish was heavily seasoned, and the spices were a bit overwhelming for my taste, so I didn't enjoy it as much as I had hoped. For my entrée, I had a delicious combination of pork and sweet plantains. It reminded me of a Colombian dish called mariquitas, which made it even more enjoyable. For dessert, I ordered the Buenazo, a brownie filled with chocolate and topped with lucuma ice cream. It was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to end the meal. The service was outstanding. Our server was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. She provided excellent recommendations, several of which I ended up ordering.
