Ordered food on their website and I went to go pick it up. When I arrived to pick it up, the restaurant was closed for the week. I don't know why the website allowed me to order and the proceeded to charge me if they were closed. I waited a few days for a refund but didn't get it. I had to dispute with my credit card and heard back from restaurant stating that I received my food and they would not be refunding my money. Long story short, I had taken a picture of the closed paper sign they had and that is the only reason my credit card gave me back to money. Previously I have gone here before and it's always empty. The food is good but expensive. But I will not be going back after that last experience. There must be a reason why they are always empty. read more

I can't say enough good things about this fabulous restaurant. The place is so pretty and elegant. White tablecloths. Change of cutlery between entrees. Lovely orchids decorate your table. Just wonderful! The service was fantastic! My sister and I were fortunate enough to be attended by Jessica. Such a wonderful personality!!! Perfect for the surroundings. And the food... oh my gosh. DELECTABLE!!! She brought us bread, hot and toasty, along with not only olive oil and vinegar, but with freshly shaved parmesan. We had the meatball appetizer which was exquisite. Then, I had the four cheese gnocchi and my sister had fettuccine with mushrooms and prosciutto in a creamy truffle sauce. Sooooo good and more than enough to bring leftovers home. Went to lunch with my son. The food wait time was forever because they were short staffed. I asked for bread while we waited for the food, and was told that they had to run out. The chef was making bread because supposedly they do everything in house. I also asked for a side of spaghetti for my Son and was charged for the side as a full meal.when I told the waitress, she apologize and said that they were working on getting more sides but spaghetti was not one of them at the moment. The food was very good and the establishment is very nicely decorated. But they definitely need more staff and more variety especially for children read more

We were in the neighborhood today and decided to have an early dinner. We've been wanting to visit here for a while but never had the chance. Well that will no be changing for sure. We plan on coming here much more often now. We had the burrata pugliese for an appetizer. So good! Don't kid yourself the house Cabernet also amazing! They give you focaccia bites on the table as well. For the main we had Ravioli Di Ossobuco Alla Boscaiola which was so savory and amazing. Yes .... I scraped up all the sauce on the plate. Also the Fettuccini al Prosciutto e Funghi e Crema di Tartufo was so light and flavorful. Thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We finished it off with Torta di cioccolato which was like a dense mousse very good and the star of the dessert was the Tiramisu. I almost ordered another to take home. The cortadito and macchiato also very good. Service was great and the owner (I'm assuming he's the owner) greeted us when we came in and also when we were leaving asked us how everything was. When we went, the restaurant was empty and it took a long time to get our food. The service was not bad but it lacked professionalism.

Service is tooo slow in this restaurant. I placed an order online for a simple salad my wife loves, they sent me a message saying it would be ready in 20 minutes. I get there in 20 minutes to pick up and still have to wait 45 minutes. The restaurant only had a party of 5 in one table, the rest of the restaurant was empty, I wonder why. This was our first time trying this place---overall good ... just good. The restaurant is nicely decorated and for a Saturday night, not very full. Food was good but the service was slightly lacking. Our Server was very nice but just a bit on the slow side. Again, since the restaurant was not packed, i was expecting superior service. We enjoyed a caprese salad, Seafood risotto, and Lasagna---good not exceptional. The seafood dish was very pricey. We did order a bottle of wine, which was very good. For appetizers, we had the Carpaccio di Polpo. Absolutely delish! Small slices of beef tenderloin, shaved Parmesan sizzled in Aioli to perfection! Main entree were a Fettuccini al Prosciutto and house special of the evening, an excellent Ossobuco with Risotto! Both dishes were delicious! The Ossobuco. Cooked for over 12 hours just melts in your mouth after each bite! The Fettuccini was cooked as pasta should be cooked, al dente! The addition of the prosciutto gives it the right mix of flavors! Went and did it again and it was awesome. Good decor and the same great service. The food was great! I had the Burrata w prosciutto and a nice aged vinegar wow plenty fresh and good . I had the Ossobuco Wow . Not a large stand up but plenty and very tasty. Good sauce and moist fall of the bone yummm! We also ordered a pasta w mushrooms and cream sauce and fried prosciutto OMG ! This is the best I am so sorry I don't remember the name but Lord wowowow i will look up it was awesomeZ. Good wine prices and wines that I have never seen but smooth not too harsh good selection of wines . Pan acota dessert was also good fresh and good coffee espresso Versions and choices. Found this restaurant in YELP (thank you helpers) this a beautiful hidden Gem in Kendall. It's located inside a shopping center do there's plenty of parking. The service was fast and super friendly. We ordered a glass of rose and the red sangria (it was delicious ) They will start you with bread which was super good. We ordered the carbonara pasta but my favorite was the prosciutto and truffle one. For dessert we had the panacotta which was delicious too. Hidden jewel in West Kendall, from the moment you walk In the place looks immaculate great decorations all around, started with a pumpkin soup and Burrata appetizers, both were delicious, their wine selection is unknown to me as I mainly prefer California wines, but have to say their house cab was nice, for the main course, shrimp fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parmigiana, both delicious ended with a very tasty Tiramisu for dessert. Sadly I forgot to take pictures of my dinner. But the spinach Raviolis with pesto sauce is a must, the sauce is so flavorful and creamy. I would highly recommend getting it on any meal where it's an option. The cannolis for dessert were small, compared to what I'm used to seeing at other places. Milanese Suprema di pollo parmigiana was ok, but the spaghetti it came with was straight crushed tomatoes, no seasoning no taste. 12 oz Sirloin steak $33 served with mashed potatoes was Dennys quality. Had craving for salmon and I knew at the LA Fitness I've seen this restaurant when I exit. So I decided to order online since I was in a hurry. To my surprise the salmon and mashed potatoes were very good. This place is legit! Good size place with pretty authentic food. Chicken Parm. Excellent!! Crispy crunch crust, soft and juicy on the inside. Decided to try it to see how it is with new owners. First of all they didn't have the wine I wanted that was on the wine menu so they offered me another choice at a higher price. No big deal but i would have matched the price. Only 5$ difference. Ordered a caprice salad and it was a tomato sliced 4 ways with the cheese in the middle . Ok. Ordered a margarita pizza and was given a cheese pizza. That's it. When I enquired about the pizza they said that's the way they make it(picture included). My wife ordered the veal piccata and they veal scallopini with capers which was equally as bad . The pasta was overdone also.The severs were good and the ambience was nice, but the food was just not good . Wow what a great experience my family and I had here at this fine establishment. A little background I used to come here when it was the pasta boutique and I always thought that place did well and the food was ok. Now I am please to announced that Ciao has remodeled the inside and it looks fantastic! The food is even better that I remember from pasta boutique. I would rather go to Olive Garden than go here again. The risotto and pasta were dry, the steak looked like it was cooked from frozen, and the service was slow even with only 3 tables occupied. The only saving graces were that it was clean and there was a nice serving of anchovies served on the side with my Caesar salad. Never again. I don't know how they got such a high rating. Was in the neighborhood & looking for a great NEW place to have Pizza. Well, came across this little GEM! They had just opened, we walked in, greeted immediately by the very sweet host. She let us pick our table of choice & came back with Menus & asked for our drink order. We ordered off the Lunch Menu , Margherita Pizza, and it came with a soup or salad. (Got the Cesar salad). Soon waitress was back with an adorable little basket full of Focaccia bread squares, offered us olive oil & Balsamic vinegar so we could DRENCH our bread in. First let me say, this Focaccia bread was FRESH! FRESH!!! Delicious, hot, @ first bite all flavors just mixed perfectly in my mouth & I was ready for more lol. Next...she arrives with the Cesar salads, plated beautifully, with the Caesar dressing on the side (why don't more places do this) . Fresh lettuce (& I know it might not matter to others but I luv a lettuce that is cut into small shreds because it's easier to eat. So THANK YOU!!!). Anyhow, lettuce is great, dressing delish & fresh crispy croutons). Next, here comes the PIZZA!!! It's pretty big, we could've split it honestly, but who am I kidding??? Taking the rest home!!! Lol. Had a great time, didn't get to dessert because we were in a hurry but will definitely be back, must try other things on the menu. We just ordered take-out via UberEats from here this weekend. This review will be pretty abbreviated since we really didn't get the full dining experience. With take-out, the food just isn't going to be the same, (especially temperatures wise) as in restaurant dining. As expected, our food arrived just barely warm. We ordered the Lasanga Della Nonna and Caprina pizza. The lasanga was tasty and loaded with beef ragú. It barely had cheese though and no real layers of noodles. Though the noodles that it did have were nice and thin. They did supply a container of Parmesan for us to add to taste. The bread that they include is a very tasty focaccia. Yum. The pizza was good as well. I do enjoy goat cheese. The pizza was supposed to contain bacon but we did not find any at all. The crust was nice and thin with crusty edges. Had lunch here and let me tell you this is a hidden gem In West Kendall. We were greeted by Luis and his customer service exceeded our expectations. To begin we had a diavalo pizza. Wow it was so delicious! Everything from the cheese to the sauce and don't get me started on the crust. Highly recommended, next I ordered the spaghetti carbonara. I've had many carboneras but this was made to perfection! Fresh made pasta in-house with nice chunky pieces of bacon and the combination of the creamy sauce had me digging in for more! Lastly Luis recommended for us to try the lemon cello. Not sure if I spelled that correctly but this is a must try! The presentation of the plate was also very impressive. Ask for Luis! We were rewarded with the best Lasagna and Osso Bucco we've ever ordered anywhere! Our server, Jessica, was attentive and sweet. Cost was very reasonable for the quality of the food, and the atmosphere was upscale and crisp. It's situated in a strip mall just west of a LA Fitness facility.
