Limoncello cake

I can't say enough good things about this fabulous restaurant. The place is so pretty and elegant. White tablecloths. Change of cutlery between entrees. Lovely orchids decorate your table. Just wonderful! The service was fantastic! My sister and I were fortunate enough to be attended by Jessica. Such a wonderful personality!!! Perfect for the surroundings. And the food... oh my gosh. DELECTABLE!!! She brought us bread, hot and toasty, along with not only olive oil and vinegar, but with freshly shaved parmesan. We had the meatball appetizer which was exquisite. Then, I had the four cheese gnocchi and my sister had fettuccine with mushrooms and prosciutto in a creamy truffle sauce. Sooooo good and more than enough to bring leftovers home. Lastly we shared a limoncello cake. Divine!!! Can't wait to go back.

We were in the neighborhood today and decided to have an early dinner. We've been wanting to visit here for a while but never had the chance. Well that will no be changing for sure. We plan on coming here much more often now. We had the burrata pugliese for an appetizer. So good! Don't kid yourself the house Cabernet also amazing! They give you focaccia bites on the table as well. For the main we had Ravioli Di Ossobuco Alla Boscaiola which was so savory and amazing. Yes .... I scraped up all the sauce on the plate. Also the Fettuccini al Prosciutto e Funghi e Crema di Tartufo was so light and flavorful. Thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We finished it off with Torta di cioccolato which was like a dense mousse very good and the star of the dessert was the Tiramisu. I almost ordered another to take home. The cortadito and macchiato also very good. Service was great and the owner (I'm assuming he's the owner) greeted us when we came in and also when we were leaving asked us how everything was. Cannot wait to return! I already know I'm having lasagna della nonna and a cannoli!!!

Amazing!

Located way west on Kendall Dr and 163rd in a shopping plaza. Perhaps not the best location but definitely one of the best Italian restaurants in its class in Miami! For appetizers, we had the Carpaccio di Polpo. Absolutely delish! Small slices of beef tenderloin, shaved Parmesan sizzled in Aioli to perfection! Main entree were a Fettuccini al Prosciutto and house special of the evening, an excellent Ossobuco with Risotto! Both dishes were delicious! The Ossobuco. Cooked for over 12 hours just melts in your mouth after each bite! The Fettuccini was cooked as pasta should be cooked, al dente! The addition of the prosciutto gives it the right mix of flavors! Oh I'm a huge fan of tiramisu as well! They good a good one! Overall a really good restaurant. Under new managers and they are doing it right!!

Went and did it again and it was awesome. Good decor and the same great service. The food was great! I had the Burrata w prosciutto and a nice aged vinegar wow plenty fresh and good . I had the Ossobuco Wow . Not a large stand up but plenty and very tasty. Good sauce and moist fall of the bone yummm! We also ordered a pasta w mushrooms and cream sauce and fried prosciutto OMG ! This is the best I am so sorry I don't remember the name but Lord wowowow i will look up it was awesomeZ. Good wine prices and wines that I have never seen but smooth not too harsh good selection of wines . Pan acota dessert was also good fresh and good coffee espresso Versions and choices. Hopefully i think they will evolve to a great force here in our area.

Found this restaurant in YELP (thank you helpers) this a beautiful hidden Gem in Kendall. It's located inside a shopping center do there's plenty of parking. The service was fast and super friendly. We ordered a glass of rose and the red sangria (it was delicious ) They will start you with bread which was super good. We ordered the carbonara pasta but my favorite was the prosciutto and truffle one. For dessert we had the panacotta which was delicious too. I highly recommend this place so I hope you come and enjoy

Hidden jewel in West Kendall, from the moment you walk In the place looks immaculate great decorations all around, started with a pumpkin soup and Burrata appetizers, both were delicious, their wine selection is unknown to me as I mainly prefer California wines, but have to say their house cab was nice, for the main course, shrimp fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parmigiana, both delicious ended with a very tasty Tiramisu for dessert. As far as service an attentiveness our server Jessica was fantastic, Highly recommended this restaurant

The best home made taste pizza. We order for the first time and we will be ordering other items from the menu. I wish I can give more starts but I'm limited. The restaurant is clean, beautiful, hand sanitizer in each table and great decor. People are friendly and the hostess Tiger Lilly B is very nice, warm and helpful. Thank you Ciao Ristorante for baking great tasteful pizza.

O.M.G. this place is fantastic! I had heard about this place from my manicurist and while running my Saturday errands I got a little hungry and wanted to check this place out. Had it not been for the way I was dressed (chanqueletas, workout leggings, t shirt coming from home depot) I would've totally eaten inside. THankfully they had two tables available outside. We were greeted immediately and given 5 star service from beginning to end. Karla, our waitress, recommended the Carpaccio di Polpo for appetizer and whoa... it was delicious! I honestly have never had anything like it and it is now probably one of the best things I've ever eaten. Aside from it being astetically beautiful it was so yummy I wanted to order another! My son, the pescatarian ordered the seafood pizza. While I didn't taste it, he said it was the best pizza he's had in his life. (All 20 years) =) While pasta is not my favorite food... this particular day I was totally craving some good authentic pasta...and Ciao did not disappoint. I had the Fettuccine al Prosciutto e Funghi e Crema di Tartufo. This delicious plate consists of homemade Fettuccine, proscuitto, mushrooms truffle and cream sauce. I never crave pasta a day later and sure enough...I not only craved the pasta I ordered it again a day later for delivery both the appetizer and the meal! Yea I know, tremenda fattie! Don't judge! We wrapped up our experience with their homemade tiramusu which also left us wanting more. If you're a local of West kendall or not.. you must visit this new gem. You will not be disappointed. Great food, excellent service, and great ambiance. It's been a long time since I've been this impressed with a restaurant in west kendall. Totally going to be my new go to. Please support your local restaurants during this difficult time I would hate to see this one go! They have the perfect set up to ensure all Covid safety procedures are adhered to.

This place is legit! Good size place with pretty authentic food. Chicken Parm. Excellent!! Crispy crunch crust, soft and juicy on the inside. The cheese is real and delicious you can taste the great ingredients. The fettuccini chicken Alfredo was great also. Creamy and can tell it's home made.

When we went, the restaurant was empty and it took a long time to get our food. The service was not bad but it lacked professionalism.

Unfortunately, the illusion fades rather quickly. The first sign of trouble arrives with the server sporting a rather impressive lip piercing, followed closely by a colleague whose diamond nose stud could probably be seen from space. Not exactly the ambiance one expects when aiming for "elegant." Despite the abundance of servers floating around the dining room, none seem to notice when your knife dramatically dives off the table and lands on the floor -- where it enjoys a long, lonely stay. Water service is also quite innovative: they simply leave the entire bottle at the table, which seems less about generosity and more about avoiding the inconvenience of returning to refill your glass. The food? Sadly just as uninspired. From the octopus to the $68 Milanese, every dish managed the impressive feat of being completely flavorless. The Milanese arrived with a beautiful crust, which raised hopes... until you realized there was no sauce, no garnish, and nothing to rescue what turned out to be a remarkably bland plate. Meanwhile, the staff appears deeply committed to minimizing effort -- though not shy about judging you directly when the tip doesn't meet their expectations. All in all, this place feels like fine dining in costume. Perhaps a return to the basics of hospitality and service would be a good start... followed by a serious conversation with whoever is currently in the kitchen. Good luck to anyone brave enough to give it a try.

We choose the indoor seating this time around, but I think I prefer the outdoor seating. Indoors was lovely. It was dark, sexy, no bugs, and the perfect temperature. We ordered: Faust wine 5/5 All the usual free apps 5/5 Grilled Octopus 5/5 Spicy Rigatoni 5/5 Veal Parmesan 5/5 The service was great! They had amazing team work to provide the perfect high class dinning for guest. I never had to think about water being refilled, wine glass being refilled, or crumbs on the table. They checked in with us just enough. Price: If you have drinks, apps, entree, and dessert expect to spend around $300 or more. Portions: Not the largest portions for "family size" but if it's just two it may be filling enough because they give you bread, cheese, cured meats, and pickled cauliflower for the appetizers. Overall, this is one of our favorite spots and it's truly worth the hype. For it being F1 weekend it was not as hectic as expected.

I had high expectations for Carbone, especially given its reputation, but unfortunately, my…read moreexperience left me feeling disappointed. THE FOOD The food itself wasn't the problem- the value was. Charging nearly $200 for a 2.5-pound lobster and serving what appeared to be no more than 10 ounces of meat is unacceptable. I've ordered lobster countless times, and this was nowhere close to what should come from a lobster of that size. It honestly felt like a bait-and-switch. At Carbone's prices and reputation, I expected transparency and quality, not to leave wondering if I had just paid hundreds of dollars for an empty shell. It completely overshadowed the rest of the meal and left a terrible impression. THE SERVICE Our wait staff was excellent- friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the evening. When I raised my concern about the lobster, however, there wasn't a meaningful solution offered. The manager did bring out complimentary meatballs and two slices of cake, which was appreciated, but it didn't address the actual issue. I requested the veal entrée (about $125) as a gesture of goodwill, but that request was denied. I left feeling that my concerns were acknowledged but not truly resolved. THE VIBE The ambiance is everything you'd expect from Carbone- stylish, energetic, and full of old-school charm. It's a beautiful restaurant with a lively atmosphere, making it a great place for a special occasion. Ultimately, the atmosphere and attentive wait staff weren't enough to make up for what felt like poor value and an unsatisfactory resolution to a legitimate concern. At this level of dining, guests should leave feeling impressed--not questioning whether they received what they paid for. Our total bill was close to $1000. UNACCEPTABLE.

It was a Friday evening and we did not have reservations but we were still seated. The staff told us that we would be timed and had to give up the table within an hour of being seated because they had a reservation coming in around that time. We agreed that it was fine as long as they were able to serve us our food within that time. Parking was a mission of course because most places in Miami are not easy to find parking for. I parked in a garage behind the restaurant but if you're lucky/patient/not in a rush you can probably find street parking. The food was pretty good. I would recommend this restaurant if looking for decent Italian food in the area. I also would come back if someone invited me or suggested an outing at this restaurant. The only other downside to this visit sadly had to do with the service. At one point as the sun was setting, my seat was the only one on the terrace with no shade, and the sun was B L A Z I N G and obviously very bright. And it was directly in my line of sight, and at one point I could not take it anymore and kindly asked one of the employees if it would be okay to move the umbrella in a slightly different angle so it could also offer me some shade. He declined my request and said it could not be moved because then the other guests would be uncomfortable. After a few minutes he realized that the other guests were also being affected because obviously as the sun is setting the light is moving and the umbrella is no longer serving its purpose, and then he moved the umbrella and fixed the issue.
