We have dined here MANY times over the last 25 years. I am not sure if this Carrabbas is under new management. But- the host was rude, the wait was long due to lack of staff, the bartender ran out of Hendricks Gin and Sam Adams beer (on NYE?? Really??). My veal piccata was way over salted. Let me start off by saying as an individual who has grown up going to Carrabba's this one is by far the most terrible. My fiancée and I sat down to have a wonderful dinner before heading out for our plans at 9pm. We arrived at 6:40pm, sat down, ordered our wine, and then ordered our dinner thinking we would have enough time before our plans. Our food arrived somewhat quickly but everyone in the surrounding waitress's section did not receive one refill or their alcoholic beverages until an hour after they had finished their food. We had asked two different waitresses to bring the drinks to us and did not receive anything until about 8pm once our food was finished. As for our food we did not receive any offer for Parmesan for our food nor refills on water until 8pm. I will not be returning to this Carraba's nor should anybody else. You would think management would walk around checking on the tables or on any complaints he received from the food runner who reported it to him in regards to wine but nope. I used to order lunch from this Carrabbas location at least once a week. In the past couple of months things have been subpar. The last order that I picked up curbside was an entree chicken Italian salad. I asked for Parmesan cheese and croutons on my salad, as I always do. Not only did the salad BATRLY have a sprinkle of cheese, the container was half empty. To make matters worse the chicken on the side was definitely reheated in the microwave. I also asked for warm bread. The server brought out hard cold bread. I asked if she had any WARM bread. She brought me back microwaved bread that was pipping hot, soggy and got hard after a couple of minutes. Very poor service here. read more

This review is based upon my experience with the Carrabbas location in Morrow, GA. I placed an online order for pickup at this location on 12/3/23 within the 6:00 pm hour. This pickup was for 2 orders. One order was the 7 oz Tuscan Grilled Sirloin with Marsala sauce topping, garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed spinach, and Caesar salad. Of course, bread is included with the meal. I didn't receive any mashed potatoes. The restaurant gave me broccoli instead. My steak was supposed to be cooked at med well temperature but it was very tough and chewy. The salad was comprised of 3 croutons and a few strips of Parmesan cheese. The salad and the salad dressing was warm as if it had been sitting without being chilled for hours. Some of the salad leaves were turning brown and were limp, soggy. The restaurant only gave me a finger pinch of herbs in a plastic container cup. I thought maybe the cup had mistakenly opened and the herbs may have spilled out into the bag, but that was not the case. The second order was supposed to have the same food contents with the exception of the additional steak topping. The steak was supposed to be cooked well done as opposed to the first order being cooked at medium well. This order was supposed to have broccoli and sautéed spinach as opposed to the first order having garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach. Instead this order had double sauteed spinach. No broccoli. The restaurant didn't include any herbs in the bag for the bread on this order. Salad and salad dressing was warm with brown limp, soggy lettuce leaves. The steak was tough and chewy with this order, as well. I paid $26.98 for a tough, chewy steak, spinach and bread with no herbs. I tossed the salad out along with the broccoli. What a waste. I rarely frequent the Morrow location although it is only 8 miles away from my home. During my few past visits to this location, me and my family have always experienced less than excellent customer service and or good food quality. We have to travel 17 miles to the next nearest Carrabba's restaurant. read more

I really enjoyed Valentine's dinner at this restaurant. We wanted somewhere where we can get on the wait list online so we didn't have a long wait before we grabbed a movie. 'Asana' was an awesome server; she was attentive and professional. Even the managers were helping the staff which is rare to see nowadays. The food was delicious and didn't take forever even though the restaurant was packed. The cooks were clean, quiet and focused. The only reason I'm not giving 5stars is the fact that the owners need to clean the ceiling vents. They are truly disgusting and probably a health risk for the consumer and staff. The appetizer of warm bread and the Oregano/ Rosemary Dipping Sauce was very tasty, and the Caesar Salad was fresh, but that's where it ended. After taking around 30 minutes, the order was missing the chicken and one of the salads was a house salad. Unfortunately we did not notice until we got home 20 minutes later. When we returned to the restaurant the on duty manager Jennifer, was not very welcoming but did give us the missing chicken and caesar salad. She did not apologize or even attempt to make our inconvenience right by any means. Food is just OK at this location. Penne noodles in a creamy tomato sauce with thinly sliced peppers. super fucking yummy and again I had to hold back from unhinging my jaw and tipping that plate back to my gaping hole in the middle of my face. 3. 13 oz ribeye with a seasoned butter and whipped garlic potatoes. It was cooked to a medium plus and was very tasty. Huge size, thick the way a steak should be not like some asshole places that serve a sliver of beef. Some of my food was missing and my complimentary bread, which is something I specifically asked them to remember in my order was missing! The noodles were dry. I could have made dry noodles at the house!! All they could offer me was a refund on the missing food. I paid over $80 dollars and my meal was incomplete. I am very disappointed!! Even if Carrabba's is a chain, you must admit they're a totally known quantity that serves up some pretty decent Italian food. I'd been to this location a few times. Service is generally pretty good. And the staff is always willing to make some accommodations for any special dietary needs in my party. (My Mom, for instance, is a vegetarian. Staff completely changed up a ravioli dish just for her. And the results were so good, everyone on staff wanted to eat it.) Everything I've ever ordered here has been reliably good. I can expect to go home satisfied. And that ain't a bad thing. Best Italian in the area! Always a pleasant experience at this location. Nice Italian decor and dim lighting makes for a romantic setting. My favorite dish (no longer on the menu but can still order) is Rigatoni Martino! Flavors are amazing!
