It was a year ago today that I got my eyebrows "tattooed". I had been a customer of Mallory's long before she started providing this service. To the best of my knowledge, I was a responsible and considerate client to work with. I don't recall EVER being late(with the exception of my initial tattoo appointment that was done at a different location than her regulars business... of which I was not aware) I tipped well, and was flexible when any conflict arose. After my brows were tattooed I scheduled for the, price included, touch up. Then Covid hit. I was contacted by Mallory and was told that she would reach out to me when restrictions were lifted. I received no such phone call, but reached out to her to schedule the touch up, once the strictest restrictions were pulled back. Then, I contracted Covid and Mallory and I BOTH agreed to reschedule the touch up appointment. The day of my touch up appointment I reached out to Mallory to confirm my appointment later that day She confirmed and reiterated all pre rules that needed to be fulfilled. I take FULL responsibility for not reviewing the instructions that were given A YEAR AGO. I was told that there would be an additional $100 fee in order to reschedule. After cancelling... mind you... TWO of my appointments were changed because of Covid and were completely out of my control! I am disappointed that not only have I lost someone that was so precise and careful with my brows, but now I am left to fill my eyebrows in every day. My advise... don't miss ANY appointment, don't forget information given to you... regardless of elapsed time, and hope that a Pandemic doesn't break out in the time frame that you need to get services done and completed. read more

I have been to plenty eyebrow threading/waxing salons and they all have failed my eyebrows. My eyebrows before Mallory were weirdly shaped and the other women would shape it weird. Which is why I would go from one salon to another until I met Mallory. She was able to transform my weird eyebrows to one that I'm very happy with.
