Worried I was…read moregoing to be stuck with this situation forever, I began looking for an upholstery company that could possibly help me in someway and had no idea that they can literally save my body from long-term chiropractic visits. Prestige companies is so incredibly professional, the employees are nice and they do such extremely high-quality work, I am so fortunate and grateful that I found them. The original seat was manufactured very oddly with curves of the seat that was digging into my tailbone and causing severe pain in my back all the way down my leg. This company modified my seat to perfection and it is now completely evened and comfortable. They didn't rush the job and made sure I was happy. My seat was a pain in the ass (literally) to work with and they worked hard on my seat and went above and beyond for me. I will definitely will be returning to them in the future for any automobile interior repairs or upgrades. I highly recommend them!

The fabric gets dirty very easily and is not easy to clean. Would not recommend coming to this company.

I agreed to drop off my car mid week and it would be done in 1-2 days. I got my car back on Friday. It was a bit expensive, but I didn't feel comfortable enough to pull the panel off myself without breaking anything. But if you are, you can do that part of the labor and save some money. The end result was good, the color was slightly darker since that's what he had on hand (I agreed to it). In certain light and angles, the finish is not at smooth as the original, but totally a good replacement. Hopefully this will last until I decide to sell the car.

Martin helped to match the color of my seats and found the right materials. The middle section of the seat is leather but the rest is vinyl, I chose to have it done in leather. It looks like new. The craftsmanship of Martin's work is beyond amazing. I highly recommend his business, he also does cloth seats. I'm looking forward to getting the rest of my car seats done with him as needed. He is very affordable and his craftsmanship is of an expert.

The headboard's material was peeling and there were tears in the bench. I delivered both to the company's shop in Santa Ana. Both pieces were reupholstered as I waited. They have a variety of materials. I used an industrial vinyl for the headboard and leather (they had a scrap piece which fit perfectly!) for the bench. Each choice and reason for using one material vs another type was thoroughly explained so I felt comfortable with my choice. I also saw and understood why the original material on the headboard peeled, thus guiding my choice to the industrial vinyl (which is beautiful). I had the bench reupholstered a few years back. Upon removal of the original materials, it was found that two different colors of vinyl were used. There were also two different pieces of foam which were not glued properly and caused a dip to be created over time in the middle of the bench. Craftsmanship and materials were important for me on this project because I plan on keeping these pieces. I'm very happy with my experience, the value and price paid.

Carrillo upholstery did a great job reupholstering my 2 front motorhome seats. I dropped them off on Monday and they were finished by Friday afternoon. The quality of work turned out better than I expected. I shopped around on facebook and other local upholstery shops for quotes. Carrillo upholstery was reasonably priced compared to the others that were higher priced than buying new seats. One shop in Laguna Niguel agreed on a price near Carrillo's price and after I gave them a credit card deposit they doubled the total and told me the price was per seat when I had 2 seats sitting there for the estimate. Shady people. I am very happy with their service and have already recommended them to friends. I will definitely return when needed. read more

My fairly new couch leather split. Carillo's upholstery matched it perfectly, and made it one solid piece so it won't split at the seams again.
