They do not honor their quotes. I was quoted $280 through text message and $350 through facebook marketplace for the same job. When I confronted them about the discrepancy, they offered me $300 for the service and did not want to honor the $280 previous quoted. read more

Mr. Pedro Carrillo was referred to me by his family member, my auto detailer, Johann. I received a quote from another person closer to my home in Mission Viejo. Carrillo Upholstery gave me a lower quote, but I was guaranteed amazing service, which was actually delivered to us. We were told that it would take 3-4 hours, but when we arrived at our appointment (scheduled a week ahead due to our own time frame), we were told that Mr. Carrillo needed to keep the car for a day. My husband picked up the car the next day and he was very pleased. A previous nanny had ripped our arm rest on the driver's side (2 long rips), which she never told me about. By the time I saw it, the rips were already long. The cost was very affordable with Carrillo Upholstery and I'm very glad that we chose him instead of the other company. Thank you, Senor Carrillo!
