I scheduled the appointment to have a 12.3 Android Car Play unit in my Mercedes-Benz. I showed up this morning and met with Arian, a true professional at his trade as well as a kind, honest and knowledgeable individual. The shop is meticulously maintained and has a vast array of tools, work bench areas, awesome LED ceiling lighting, a waiting area, front office and conference/training room. This shop and team of professionals are a class act. Arian explained the installation process and timeline and I was quite impressed. The Rolls Royce in the shop that was getting customized with lighting and sound was a testament to the quality of work that Arian, Sam and the other team members provide when you bring your car into the shop. Arian called me when the car was completed and when I arrived gave me a very thorough orientation on the features, modes and operational functionality of the new unit. Very impressive and truly a plus when you have such a professional take the time to show you the details and functions of the new unit. Sam was in the shop as well as was amazing. Great customer service! These guys not only know their business and have vast knowledge of car Audio and accessories but are transparent, kind and informative professionals. Sam showed me the lighting in the Rolls Royce and also a few options that can be installed on the Mercedes-Benz. I opted for the very nice AMG entry lighting. Very cool. Prestige companies is so incredibly professional, the employees are nice and they do such extremely high-quality work, I am so fortunate and grateful that I found them. The original seat was manufactured very oddly with curves of the seat that was digging into my tailbone and causing severe pain in my back all the way down my leg. This company modified my seat to perfection and it is now completely evened and comfortable. They didn't rush the job and made sure I was happy. My seat was a pain in the ass (literally) to work with and they worked hard on my seat and went above and beyond for me. I will definitely will be returning to them in the future for any automobile interior repairs or upgrades. I highly recommend them!

The last visit I had with my Land Cruiser was urgent as one of my transmission hoses ruptured rending it undrivable. Frank/Eric were proactive and allowed me to tow my LC to them to figure out the issue the next day (they were closing at the time I called). After parts were received on their end, my Land Cruiser was up and running back to normal. They inspected and test for any damage to the transmission that may have occurred when losing all of my transmission fluid. I am happy to have found a shop with a good work ethic, friendliness and thoroughness that is local to me in Santa Ana. 10/10 would recommend if you have a offroad vehicle or a Toyota (I am sure they are proficient with other vehicles as well).

Insurance was covering, so price really wasn't an issue dor me. They aren't cheap, but they do amazing work. Turn around time was laid out in front of me, and they met the goal. It was a LONG process (read 1.5 months); if I didn't have a provided rental it may have affected my rating, but I did have one. Everything with the insurance process, getting me to/from the rental location, communication with me and the adjustor, and workmanship were all top notch. Ran into some issues on first attempt at a pick up, but they rectified it with fixing the issue, as well as transportation and delivery to the Irvine location. I then had wheels installed at the performance shop in Irvine. Again, it wasn't cheap, but they met all expectations. Shout out to Issa, Luis, Josh and all the of the SSR team that worked on my vehicle. If owners of high end luxury cars and supercars trust SSR, you should to. (If you have a luxury of super car that is.)

Unfortunately, the impact did penetrate through some parts of the PPF and left residual scratch marks, however had I not had the PPF the damage would have been much worse and cost a lot more to fix. I used to come to this tire repair shop many years ago, and back then I thought it was a very good…read moredeal. They could patch a tire for about $20 cash, and the service was quick and convenient. At that time, I felt it was a great option. This time, however, my experience was different. I am not sure whether it is because prices have gone up, but the tire looked repairable to me. Still, they told me it could not be patched and that I needed to buy a used tire instead. Since I was already there and the work needed to be done, I ended up paying $60 for a used tire. What disappointed me most was that I originally thought I would be able to keep my old tire and take it home, because I believed I could patch it myself and keep it as a spare. In the end, that was not how it worked. Their used tire replacement process meant they kept my original tire and gave me another used tire in exchange. So it did not really feel like I was simply buying a used tire for $60. It felt more like I was trading in my old tire, which did not even have a hole that obvious to me, and still paying $60 on top of that. The service was done quickly, but the overall experience left me feeling less satisfied than before. Next time, I would definitely compare prices and ask more questions at a few other shops before making a decision.on the car

The headboard's material was peeling and there were tears in the bench. I delivered both to the company's shop in Santa Ana. Both pieces were reupholstered as I waited. They have a variety of materials. I used an industrial vinyl for the headboard and leather (they had a scrap piece which fit perfectly!) for the bench. Each choice and reason for using one material vs another type was thoroughly explained so I felt comfortable with my choice. I also saw and understood why the original material on the headboard peeled, thus guiding my choice to the industrial vinyl (which is beautiful). I had the bench reupholstered a few years back. Upon removal of the original materials, it was found that two different colors of vinyl were used. There were also two different pieces of foam which were not glued properly and caused a dip to be created over time in the middle of the bench. Craftsmanship and materials were important for me on this project because I plan on keeping these pieces. I'm very happy with my experience, the value and price paid.

We reached out to Arnold for a pre-purchase inspection. While six other places quoted us $250-$350 for a "comprehensive" inspection, we paid Arnold $100, which was a STEAL for what he did, even more than what the others promised. He spent at least two hours thoroughly checking the vehicle, test driving it and walking us through every detail so we truly understood its condition. We were looking at buying an Audi Q4 e-tron that had a damage report. A reputable dealership told us it was "minor" and offered to take it to the mechanic for our peace of mind. After browsing Yelp and reading the amazing reviews, we decided to come here instead and I'm so glad we did. I had already done my due diligence and familiarized myself with the vehicle and potential issues. I asked Arnold very specific, technical questions that I already knew the answers to. He answered every single one with clarity and confidence and everything I was expecting to hear. My husband stayed the entire time, and Arnold patiently explained everything while inspecting the car. You can tell he was that kid that made the auto shop his playground growing up. He's passionate, meticulous, and GENUINELY cares. What impressed me most is that Arnold will never pressure you. He won't tell you "don't buy it," but he will clearly explain what could go wrong and what it might cost to fix.
