I left Milton a message and he called me back in about 30 minutes, I told him that I needed my headliner fabric replace as my 12 year old car's original one started to droop here and there. I agreed to drop off my car mid week and it would be done in 1-2 days. I got my car back on Friday. It was a bit expensive, but I didn't feel comfortable enough to pull the panel off myself without breaking anything. But if you are, you can do that part of the labor and save some money. The end result was good, the color was slightly darker since that's what he had on hand (I agreed to it). In certain light and angles, the finish is not at smooth as the original, but totally a good replacement. Hopefully this will last until I decide to sell the car. read more

PHENOMENAL! I brought Milton my seat pan in desperate need of new foam cushion, he quoted me a great price to replace the cushion and patch a small hole in the seat fabric. After he took apart the upholstery he noticed the underside of the fabric was also very deteriorated, sent me pictures of what it looked like, and said he could replace the worn fabric/foam liner for little extra cost. The fabric was a PERFECT match for the seat and the final product looked untouched. Very helpful and communicative service, amazing work, and a great price. The finished repair is factory perfect, and the materials he used are actually a bit nicer than the original construction. Milton's has great prices and great service! Also, they book up fast, so make sure book ahead of time. When I called, they were booked up for 3 weeks. I was in a jam, and needed to do a lease return on my Mercedes in 1 week. They were able to squeeze me in, and finished a day earlier than expected. I was quoted at a little over half of the pricing the other location gave me. Tip: have pictures of what you're hoping to get worked on so that you can text them over. Update on my prior review. The owner is a sole proprietor and happened to be out of the office the day I stopped by. Once I got in touch with him, he gave me a very fair estimate for work required on my wife's 30-year-old Mazda (which she totally loves and babies), including repairing both visors, redoing floor mats & the roof liner (which included the sunroof). Everything came out great, although my wife didn't like the floormat colors (she had picked) once installed. He readily agreed to make it right & did so without any difficulty. All with the quality I had seen when I first used him in 2017. Definitely a 5-star rating for this time around. read more

I had a disappointing experience with Milton's Auto Upholstery. While they initially seemed promising, their engine detail left my car with water damage and triggered multiple check engine lights. What was even more disheartening was their unwillingness to take responsibility for the damage. The owner's attitude was a significant issue. He came across as incredibly rude, unpleasant, and displayed an uncaring demeanor throughout our interaction. This lack of accountability and poor customer service overshadowed any potential benefits of their services. I would caution others to be cautious when considering Milton's Auto Upholstery for their car needs. The overall value of the detail was overshadowed by the cost that it is going to take me to have my alternator, battery and electrical wiring looked at and possibly replace. I would advise that if you feel the need to have your engine polished- remember that what truly matters is on the inside of the engine and not the polished exterior. Milton's has a polished exterior, but deep inside they do not care about their customers and are incredibly rude about their faults. Accidents happen, it would be great if they took responsibility for their mistakes instead of getting defensive about it. read more

I used Milton's to fix a tear in my car seat. He came highly recommended from the car wash gentleman. I had to leave my car there for about 24 hours but boy did he do a great job. Even though as a disclaimer he mentioned the seat might not be 100% match, the job done was above 100%. The area with the tear looked brand new and blended with the car seat perfectly. Setting up an appointment was easy as I got a rough estimate through text. But remember that he is busy so you might have to make an appointment in advance. I took my 2006 Corolla S to the shop. I bought this car New, and after 15 years the driver seat foam was worn in. I asked The Younger Milton for his professional opinion and he said "if it was me I wouldn't strip the entire seat, I would just add foam to it". He noticed that the center foam on the bottom and back of the chair was a little worn. But the side bolster was good as new. He also repaired a spring that broke in the back of the chair. Milton did my VW CC roof lining. It was sagging everywhere and the glue foam was making lots of sticky mess in the car. The common VW issues we all see after 10 years of owning VW. I needed to get a car door panel repaired and was referred to Milton's from a body shop I use. Their reviews looked great so I gave them a call to verify this that they could do it. I explained what I needed and they told me to bring it in for a looksee. I burned a lunch to get all of the parts together and when I got there a guy working in the back said they couldn't do it since they were too busy for the next two months.
