This has got to be one of the slowest Dunkin's ever. It doesn't matter what time of day you come here. I ordered and paid through the app for drive thru pickup at 12:54pm. Got there at 12:55, sat in the drive thru for 30 mins before even reaching the speaker to let them know I was there for my order. Watched more cars get in the line, sit for a few, then get tired and leave without ordering while I sat another 15 mins to get from the speaker box to the window to get my order... a single iced drink. I am a huge fan of the iced dunkalatte! I get one almost everyday, or at least every other day. I came by and ordered two of them and they were very off tasting, so when I returned them I explained the situation on how I didn't taste any sweetness (i know there isn't any added sugar but the coffee milk has sugar as well) and she told me they are not sweet drinks, remade them, and they were OVERLY sweet. I tried to just take what tasted like an iced coffee, but I couldn't and had to come back one more time. I went inside where I explained the situation to a girl named Maddie and she made me fresh drinks right then and there that tasted WONDERFUL and she gave complimentary donuts for the trouble. The workers there are very unkind! They have terrible attitudes. I had ordered medium ice macchiato caramel this morning, it was most definitely NO caramel and NO sweeteners! The lady working there was very dismissive and rude. She made my macchiato taste like hand sanitizer. That is why I am giving them one star. read more

I really tried to like this place as an alternative to Starbucks (which I don't care for much, being spoiled in my neighborhood with local cafes) but when I am visiting fam, I still need a place to get my coffee in Carrollton. However, they will continue to be the runner-up to their competitior, contrary to what they want to keep claiming as the the place to get coffee. My reasoning: They NEVER carry decaf espressos (even if it is available on the menu and on online ordering), the staff attitude is most of the time curt, and this last time the order was wrong. They seem to save their sorrys as if it costs then something. Also, the cold brew is water. Don't get, cause why pay for brown water. Literally. Oh! You can try calling customer service like me. They didn't give a shit for a few years now so feel free take that advice (and same yourself unnecessary time and effort). I guess the only saving grace is their breakfast menu which I will get, but get your coffee elsewhere. read more

I am a major fan of Dunkin, but I absolutely hate the Carrollton location. 3 out of my last 4 visits have been super disappointing. On one of those visits I received donut holes that should have been thrown away several days previously as they were nearly rock solid. In 2 of my last 4 visits I received "hot" coffee that was at room temperature. It literally tasted like the coffee had been sitting out on the counter for several hours (and probably had been). I will continue buying coffee and donuts from Dunkin, but never again from the Carrollton location. read more

My favorite dunkin ever!! It has the sweetest people. The wait can be a little long but if you order ahead they'll have it out in no time.

I have always received the best service at this location! They do their very best to serve in a timely manner with the freshest food! There was a small mix up with my order because they could not understand me over the microphone but wasted no time getting it right! The employees are very kind and respectful! Let me start by saying this, we pull up to the drive-through speaker, and we are the only ones there, this is at about 8 o'clock at night. We wait a good while to get somebody to ask " hello how may I help you" and within half of my first sentence giving my order, she cuts us off and says "one moment". So I already know that her mind isn't on the customer. I order one drink and one drink only. I'll pull up to the drive-through window, and I have a free drink reward on my Dunkin' app. She scans it and claims my free drink. At this point, there is only one other person behind us. I waited there exactly 10 minutes for them to hand me my drink, but not only my drink, she has to be the persons drink behind me. Rest assured that I took the drink, even though it wasn't mine. I took that drink as collateral for waiting 10 minutes. She did not say a word, as she had AirPods in her ears. Good thing the drink was free, because both drinks that I tried were god-awful. I don't know what it is about certain workers at certain shifts, but they just don't do it like some of the more better workers there do it during the day. Get your act straight. read more

A donut shop that never has any donuts. Many many times I've been in there around 5 to 6pm on a Friday and they are completely out of donuts. So no donuts ... how about coffee? Well ... Nice people. Very very slow if you order something other than donuts or coffee. We got the the new tailergater breakfast sandwich which we thought was pretty good overall but not worth $3.99. After being a customer of HWY 5 Dunkin Donuts in Douglasville, GA this one is pretty bad. Seems drinks aren't that good. Also this location seems to always be out of something. Another issue is that one door always seems to be locked. Customer service is a hit and a miss also. read more

The workers are very nice and friendly and the restaurant is extremely clean but they are often out of donuts regardless of the time of day and the cream filled donuts are all bread with less than a quarter sized amount of cream. I would suggest they keep more food stocked and work on the quality of the pastries but the people who work there are awesome! read more

Sunday morning, moderately busy: The person at the counter was reluctant to check for a particular type of bagel. She hemmed and hawed and said she didn't know instead of just checking! The bacon, egg and cheese bagels were supposed to be toasted, and were not. They were put together haphazardly, one with just a little bacon all piled in the center, and the bagels themselves were gummy, like they were going stale. The order for a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese was ignored and we ended up with a plain, un-toasted bagel with cream cheese, also gummy. When I went in there with my girlfriend we were both impressed with the overall friendliness o the cashier, that is why we gave this review at least one star. However when it came to our orders that was where things started going down hill. They got here coffee completely wrong and it needed to be remade. After that we waited 15 minutes for our food and when I asked what the status of the order was they said that they had given both our sandwiches away in the drive through. This was a completely understandable circumstance considering the one worker talking on her personal cell phone for 5 minutes and another girl behind the counter with that didn't look like an employee eating and drinking and acting like she was working. The service is slow BUT that can be overlooked. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service cannot. As I pulled up to the window I sat for about 30 seconds and then an almost inaudible voice said "Dunkin", I waited and ordered. The employee's replied "I got you". I then pulled up to the window. The cashier reached out with my coffee with one hand and tried to grab my cash with the same hand which was holding the coffee. She then handed me my change and said nothing. They usually prepare the coffee fine. Their doughnuts are pretty dry. There's some female workers there that are very monotoned and speak like moody teenagers. It's really annoying. Especially when I say thank you repeatedly and they just walk away or stare. It's like talking to a wall. A little social skills wouldn't hurt. read more
