The same service that said it was up to the office. Was told I would receive a call before my lunch break is over and did I get a call? No! This is my worst experience with a car place I have gotten a great experience from A+ motors the man's name was Ali. I wish I had went to him this time. I can tell you no one in my family will ever go back to this place and if any of my customers ask me about a car place I will tell them all about Auto Resources and how they don't care for their customers. Good thing I work in the customer service field and will be sure that I inform my customers of this experience. For reference the vehicle I purchased was at the end of February and issues started before 30 days and they reset my screens on my car assuring me they did service it. Not even 2 weeks later oil lights and engine lights are on. Don't even have the registration and haven't even had the first payment due!! You make your own conclusions on the company from that. Ali at A plus motors went above and beyond for me when I got my last vehicle years ago and if I or my family ever need one again that will be where we stay

Yesterday evening, I put in an inquiry regarding a 2022 Volkswagen Atlas. This morning a lady from…read morethe dealership called to ask about my inquiry. The level of customer service provided by her shows that she was about the numbers and not about the customer service experience. The first question I asked was regarding Carfax. This dealership does not use Carfax. They do use an alternative which she was going to provided. I explained that I knew this car was a rental with two previous owners. I wanted to know if it came directly from a rental company or from the auction. Her answer was the first one of trying to deflect the questions rather than explain with an answers. After pressing her for an explanation was that with the report that they would pull up it would be uncertain if they knew where they purchased the vehicle from. The main reason asking this question is to know where the vehicle was rented and type of climate the vehicle was normally in. Where things went South was I inquired about the out the door price. She insisted that I had to come into the dealership in order to get the out door price. I did acknowledge that I was looking at a similar vehicle with 2000 miles more at a Chowchilla location that was slightly below their asking price. However, I didn't want to support local, which is why I inquired through them. When I acquired about the days that the vehicle had been on the lot, she insisted that they owner their cars, which does not impact the amount of length that they are staying on the lot. Which I would think that the owners would not be fond of especially with a car that is sitting on the lot for over 100 days. That led me to the conclusion that if they purchased it from auction, that means they got it at a really low price and are overcharging on the vehicle. When I had mentioned that Chowchilla provided the out the door price she then is instead to go there for business. Instead of trying to keep me as a customer she was willing to give the other dealership, the opportunity to have the purchase. It would be reasonable to think she would get another sales person or management trying to speak with me to inquire more about the car rather than lose the business. I will be gladly taking my business elsewhere, which is why I am posting such a negative review regarding this business. It makes it feel as if it's only about the numbers that they care about and not the customer.

Ongoing registration issues and unsatisfactory customer service…read moreMy wife and I purchased a vehicle from Auto Resources with the understanding, both verbally and in writing, that the dealership would handle the vehicle registration, tags, and associated fees. Unfortunately, our tags never arrived. After contacting the DMV, we were informed that there are outstanding back fees associated with the vehicle. Since learning this, we have repeatedly contacted the dealership seeking clarification and assistance. However, each time we call, we are either told that there is nothing they can do or our concerns are not adequately addressed. The level of customer service we have received has been disappointing and has left us feeling ignored rather than supported. Had we known about these registration issues and the lack of post-sale assistance, we would not have proceeded with the purchase. We relied on the dealership's written agreement stating that these matters would be taken care of, and we expected that commitment to be honored. Both my wife and I work full-time during the week, making it difficult to repeatedly visit the DMV and spend additional time resolving an issue that we were assured would be handled by the dealership. This situation has created unnecessary stress and inconvenience for our family. We are requesting that Auto Resources promptly resolve the registration and fee issues in accordance with the agreement made at the time of sale. If this matter is not addressed in a timely manner, we will have no choice but to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and explore any other available options to protect our rights as consumers. It is unfortunate that the level of service we received during the sales process has not continued after the purchase. Building trust with customers should not end once the sale is completed. We hope the dealership will take responsibility for this matter and work toward a satisfactory resolution.

All cars are equipped with a "hardwired" and "unremovable" GPS system (from personal/professional experience these devices are used by dealerships to track your vehicle when you don't pay and help the police find it) meaning they know where you are at all the times. They will not remove this unnecessary accessory to make more on the deal, so you must purchase it if you want the car. Also! Remember! You do not need to purchase a 5 year warranty for $4000 if you don't want to. After a lot of back and forth and three different sales people, I settled for a 3 years for only 1600, which is good deal. Be prepared to spend all day there, for some reason they run the numbers in a different room leaving you alone for long periods. Good people that just want to get an extra buck. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to ask about the GPS system ethicality. Good luck!

DO NOT buy your automobile from here! Joseph sold me a…read moretruck, and within the first week, the check engine light came on. I tried calling and texting him several times, but he never responded. I finally called the dealership directly, and he answered. I was transferred to the service department and scheduled an appointment for the following week. When I took the truck in, they supposedly fixed the issue, but within 30 minutes of leaving the dealership, the check engine light came back on. I called immediately to schedule another appointment, but they couldn't get me in until the following week. I explained that I needed to drive to Los Angeles, and the service manager told me to go ahead because the issue would not affect the truck. When I returned for the second appointment, I was told they would not cover the repair because I had driven more than 1,000 miles. Keep in mind, I only drove those miles because their service manager specifically told me it was safe to do so. He never mentioned a mileage limit when I bought the truck, Joseph had told me they would fix anything within the first 30 days, at no point did he mention a 1,000-mile limitation. When I called Joseph to ask if they would help since I had originally reported the problem within the first few days of owning the truck, he refused. When I told him he had never mentioned the mileage limit, he rudely replied, "You never asked!" He then said, "You know you bought a used car!" The service department also tried to deny that I brought the truck in before the 30-day period. They claimed they had no record of my truck ever being there. Fortunately, I have proof through the CarRx app showing that my truck was serviced there before the 30 days had passed. I was told they must have forgotten to log it. I repeatedly tried to speak with the manager, Eugene, but I was never allowed to talk to him. I was always told I had to go through Polly, who told me it was out of his hands and there was nothing he could do. It took nearly two months to get any resolution for a repair that would have cost almost $3,800. The only person who truly listened and helped me was Melissa. Because of her, I finally got some assistance, but I still had to pay $1,500 out of pocket. I believe that was completely unfair since the problem appeared within the first three days after I purchased the truck. I also drove two hours each way to buy this truck and ended up making four separate trips to the dealership. After the truck was finally repaired, I still wanted to speak with the owner to explain how poorly I had been treated by his employees. I waited for over an hour while he was in his office, only to have another employee tell me that the owner left without speaking to me. He knew I was waiting for him so he either snuck out the back or was hiding in his office. Think twice before buying from this dealership. If the owner won't even take a few minutes to listen to a customer with a legitimate concern, what does that say about how the business is run? They knew this truck had a faulty part, and it felt like they simply didn't care.

He asked if I needed help, I said yes, I found on car gurus a blazer EV and an equinox I would like to see. He said yes we have them. So I asked, I saw that you guys have LoJack on your cars, if I buy it I really don't want to get that specially on an EV. With an attitude he replied he didn't even let me finish talking. He said' " well are you gonna buy it? You gonna do it today? I can call the owner and ask if I can take it off, but why call if you not gonna buy right? I asked a second question, there's a rebate for California $1750 I want to know if you guys participate on it so I can use it, once again, didn't let me finish, " no we don't. You get it on your taxes, not here, we don't do that here. " I explained ok, usually it's done at the dealer but it's ok. His attitude was rude & arrogant. The whole conversation lasted 1-2 mins. I don't expect him to know, but he's, can be applied at the dealership. I can't take his attitude. He seems the type of sales guy that everyone thinks about when buying a car. Cocky, disrespectful, rude & *sshole I showed up on my worse clothes, messy hair, driving bucket car, he probably thought I was broke and can't afford to buy a car. I've been in the car business for 13 years and I would never treat someone the way he acted with us. As a finance manager now, this guy would be fired on the spot for his behavior. That tells me this place has zero professionalism. Never again stopping by here. I drove to another dealer on the auto mall. I'll Paid a bit more for the car but the customer service I got was excellent. I hope your owner is happy you cost him a car deal.
