Once the test drives were done, she passed us to Mark who was incredibly pushy. I told him numerous times that I was only there to test drive and was willing to hear out ROUGH numbers only, but he kept insisting that I give all of my information to them to get accurate numbers and the best deal. I'm not at that stage yet, and he didn't listen to me once when I mentioned that. After telling us to "hold on" multiple times, he then brings over his incredibly eccentric and sleazy supervisor (maybe?), who also couldn't take "no" or "I'm only here for test drives" as an answer. On top of that, I'm the one buying the vehicle, yet they both kept looking over at and directing "questions" to the guy who was with me. It was very misogynistic, and it got to the point where I was feeling harassed because they didn't like the word "no", no matter how I said it or how many times I said it. They could give me the best deal out of any dealership in town and I still wouldn't go with them. Incredibly unprofessional and I honestly don't know what kinds of slimy fees they'd tack on without me knowing. I still tried going through with the purchase just because of the price we agreed to via text and condition of the car. He then tells me he is unable to go through with the deal because I am financing through my local credit union and cannot provide me a title on the car. Didn't tell me there was a problem with the steering, just waited to see if I figured it out on my own, which I almost didn't, my girlfriend caught it. When I brought it up he said, "oh yeah, I felt that too." So he knew there was a problem and didn't disclose it. Turns out a connection was loose on the shaft and came out when I turned the wheel in the parking lot rendering the truck unable to steer. Good thing it didn't happen in the middle of a corner, I could have crashed and died. Seems like there are several things that need to be fixed... fine but then they quoted me $7,500 which was more than I bought the car for... so I said no, how much to just take it home. Jim said $750... then later calls my wife and says he misquoted me and it would be $1,500... So I go to pick up the car and they forgot to give me back the whole key. When I tried to call someone about this, service sent me to voicemail several times and then said to try coming by tomorrow morning, because people are off work at 5pm, I called them at 4:25pm... . Update 2/11/23 Showed up to see if they can find my key. James said "check the center console, we may have put it in there..." checked and nope... checked the possible spots, nothing... they have my key and I want it back. I was told if they can't find it they will cut me another one. I get better responses in person. They were able to make a replacement key from my other key. It only took a few hours out of my Saturday morning. I don't like to dis on local businesses, but don't treat me in a way where I have to warn other customers. Buyers beware! Leaving 2 stars, but should really only be one.
