I have been to this place a few weeks ago to do a car inspection. The mechanic there was really efficient and helpful! When I dropped the car there, they clearly communicated about the waiting time and I was surprised that the inspection was done so quickly. They pointed at each part of my car and explained to me what it was supposed to be like. And they were so patient and tried to answer my questions even if some were beyond their responsibility. First of all, as a woman, I cannot say how often I've been let down by mechanics. They always tend to take advantage of women when we get our car serviced, because they always assume we don't know what's going on. It's sad how hard it is to find honest and good folks these days. HOWEVER, I am so happy to say I received honest and exemplary service by LEKSFIXIT. Mark, who checked me in, was friendly and welcoming. The mechanic that helped me with my car problem was Luis and he was so down-to-earth and nice and kind. I didn't feel he was scammy at all (and I often feel that with the past car mechanics I've dealt with, sadly). For quite some time, my left car window controls would not work. I could lock and unlock frn the left side but I couldn't roll down any of my windows from the left side window. I avoided drive-thrus for that reason. It's honestly been years, I've taken it to numerous mechanics (literally four different people) and NO ONE has managed to figure it out! Until Luis took a look at my car and literally performed a miracle!!! He literally only took a day, too, when in the past people had tried to figure out the problem, to no avail. Now all my windows work and roll up and down normally from the left side. I am soo grateful to him and to this place for providing good quality service and treating me (a lady who knows nothing about cars) with kindness and respect. I bought an LX470 site-unseen from a dealer in Tempe. Joe and his team gave it a thorough going-thru and listed some recommended repairs. Once they got into it they realized that one of the repairs was unnecessary, and instead of doing it anyway, told me I didn't need it and reduced my bill accordingly, saving me more than $1k. It runs and drives amazing, and I'm beyond happy with it. Joe has also answered a couple of follow-up questions since I've taken possession of the car and guided me through some minor trouble-shooting and repairs. Sasha and Matt are both certified Lexus/Toyota master mechanics and they employ a team of certified mechanics. They ONLY service Toyota/Lexus. They share a lot with Arizona Specialty Motors, which specializes in Jeeps and exotic vehicles, and that give you a nice place to hang out while your vehicle is being worked on. They have not steered me wrong, gouged me, nor did me any disservice. I seldomly give reviews good or bad. But with the experience I received at Leksfixit it was a must! I brought my son's Lexus for a look over last week being concerned about the overall mechanical health of the transmission. The service was professional with great communication. Matt took his time to listen to my concerns and inspected the car from bumper to bumper. He did find other issues and explain my original concern was not a priority and explained what needed immediate attention like a new set of tires ASAP. He wasn't looking to oversell any unnecessary works or repairs. The shop is honest and looks out for the best interest for their clients. I had the most amazing experience today. The dashboard on my 2007 Prius lit up like a Christmas tree on Friday. I thought that I would have to take it to a Toyota dealer. I hate doing that because I've never felt like I've gotten a fair deal from one. I decided to look online to see if there was a local repair shop who could help me. I found LEKSFIXIT and read their tremendous user reviews. I decided to call, even though it was almost closing time. Matt answered the phone, patiently answered all of my questions, and made me feel very comfortable about having them take a look at my car. I went in Monday morning and Sasa was there. I told him what was going on and he immediately brought out a machine that would tell us what was wrong. I was SURE it would be the hybrid battery (because that was the worst case scenario and that's what ALWAYS happens for me!), but he said that it was a pump and it was about 15% the cost of the battery!. He had the part, there had been a cancellation on the schedule, and he could do it right away. Matt walked me over to the waiting room and 90 minutes later, I was on my way. I have NEVER been treated better by an auto shop than I was today. I can't thank the guys enough for their kindness and their honesty. I know where I'll be taking my car from now on. If you have a Prius and your brake accumulator pump is getting noisier and fails occasionally w/ the extra warning lights on the dash, sell the car or get it fixed immediately. I drove my car for a year with the pump making noise and for two months with it failing every now and then before I set off for work on the coldest day in 2020 and had my brakes fail going 35 down Scottsdale. I was just lucky that no one was in front of me because I had lost ~90% of normal braking force and could not stop the car without a lot of room.... At any rate, I'd been taking my 2006 & 2007 Toyota Priuses (wife and I have a matching pair) to a local hybrid-specific shop, but looked elsewhere when they insisted on charging me a $550/50% markup on a brake accumulator pump. Look, I've got no problem paying a shop more than their actual costs for a part that they have to source because their time is valuable, but I purchased the exact same new part from a Toyota dealer online for under $1,200 w/o tax instead of paying the hybrid shop the part's $1,700 list price plus tax. They flat out refused to do the work unless I bought the part through them. Good riddance. An Uber driver referred me to Leksfixit and informed me that a local company that rents out Priuses to Uber drivers sends their fleet their for service (no idea if this is true, but I counted at least two dozen Priuses parked around the shop). I spoke with Matt and was thrilled to learn that they would install the brake accumulator pump if I brought it to them and just charge me for the labor, but with no warranty since I was providing the part. I dropped off my car and the brake accumulator pump on Wednesday at noon and it was ready the next day at 2 pm -- way beyond my expectations given how busy they were. End Result: Leksfixit installed the brake accumulator pump for $400 less than the dealer (no 12 mo warranty, but it's a Toyota -- why worry). My 2007 Prius with 140k miles had been getting 41.3 MPG at best for the past 6 months, but now that the pump isn't running all the time, I'm getting 51.4 MPG (!!) on my most recent tank. I couldn't be happier and anticipate another 100k+ miles with minimal maintenance and great mileage. I'll only be bringing my cars to Leksfixit from now on. Thank you Leksfixit!!! :) read more

I love my Lexus and always thought that luxury cars were best left to the dealership when it comes time to scheduled maintenance. After realizing that spending $200 - $300 every 5k miles was going to kill my bank account, I broke down and did some extensive online research. I decided on Leksfixit based on the fact that they specialized in Lexuses and the 5 star ratings on Yelp and Google. So far, I have to say that Sasa lives up to the reputation. Prices are far lower than the dealership and he is completely honest when letting you know what does and doesn't need to be done to your car.
