I purchased a vehicle from this dealership about 6 months ago, and it has been a complete nightmare ever since. The engine failed entirely, the axle was already broken, and to make matters worse, there was even an active recall on the vehicle at the time it was sold to me. When I reached out for help, I was told there was nothing they could do. The only "solution" offered was a rental car for $30 a day--which hardly feels like help given the situation. It's incredibly disappointing that they don't stand behind the vehicles they sell or take responsibility for issues like this. I purchased a vehicle and was approved! Dealer allowed me to drive off with the vehicle. I purchased a set of wheels and tires also have them installed. I purchased a sound system had that installed. For some reason I was asked to return the vehicle and I am not able to get a clear reason on why. I ultimately invested $5000 into the car just to be forced to return the vehicle in less than two weeks. This is a complete nightmare!!!! now for some reason the lender says no application was ever done yet it shows on my credit report. Now I am unable to retrieve a car from any dealership until it is removed from my credit. Enterprise assured me they will take care of me but ultimately cost me 5000 smh not satisfied purchase a car anywhere else other than Enterprise. I have a 2021 vehicle with 65k miles on It and started having issues (check engine light and driving issues) two weeks after buying It. I took It back and they wouldn't do anything about It. They told me I had to take It to pepboys and basically figure It out. I then had to replace a $1500 part. As you can imagine I was pissed, this was a certified vehicle that was supposedly inspected thoroughly and was well maintained. It was also happened less than a month after buying It from enterprise so yeah I was very upset and felt like I got scammed with a lemon... It gets worse. There was no way I was going to pay for that and It wasn't covered in their powertrain warranty, which MOST powertrain warranties cover this particular part. I called multiple managers/area managers of enterprise because I was not going to pay for this as I felt they sold me a poorly inspected car. After 4-5 times calling them asking them to pay for It I got them to pay for half of the repair cost. Keep in mind It felt like a negotiation the whole time. I ended up settling with them paying half because at the ended of the day I needed my car for work. I wasn't happy with It but whatever it was something.. Here we are a few months later, I have taken the car back to pep boys 6 TIMES! They replaced the part the first time and the problem never stopped. Now my car is sitting in the shop for the sixth time and pepboys is telling me It's a computer problem and I have to take It to the dealership to fix It. Long story short, Enterprise sold me a lemon and won't do anything about It. I feel completely scammed and they convinced me that they were better than big dealerships and their cars are better inspected and maintained than anyone else. Completely shocked and stunned by how I was treated by the place! I fully intended on purchasing a vehicle. In fact I had been in twice the same day. I told them that I needed to go home and crunch the numbers to see if I could pay cash or would need to get part of it financed (especially since the bottom line was thousands more than what was listed) upon leaving the dealership (and within minutes of leaving!) I was told that another dealership wanted the vehicle. Earlier I had been told that another person was interested in the vehicle. VERY long story short, the vehicle was shipped out that day to show someone who hadn't even seen it yet and was too lazy to drive across the valley to see it! Why would you transfer a vehicle out that someone was in the process of buying just for someone else to look at it for the first time!! The sales person in Peoria (where the vehicle had been transferred out to) was very condescending when inquiring about this "supposed" buyer as well. I finally got fed up and called the corporate office to file a complaint only to get transferred to the site I was trying to purchase the vehicle from. The manager Ahmed was extremely condescending and rude to the point I hung up on him. Just the tip of the iceberg of dishonesty and shady behavior. I asked for a copy of the sales information and the contract so that I would look them over and was refused. Was told to take a screen shot of the screen of the final price!! We have been very happy with our purchase from Enterprise Car Sales. And for 2 years all has been good with the vehicle we purchased. Unfortunately a few months back we started having some major issues with the electronics of the vehicle. Finally coming to a head a few weeks ago. Luckily we purchased what we thought was an superior extended warranty but have come to find out that it doesn't cover all of what your lead to believe. While Assurance is covering these major repairs the it's the restriction of a max of 5 days and $50 per day for a rental car. Of which I'm not happy to pay for considering how much we're paying for the warranty. But that is what it is. But now my replacement parts are delayed and they won't extend me any extra days due to this. So while we did purchase a luxury SUV the warranty doesn't support an of like kind rental nor will that take in consideration the parts delay except for 2 days of which happen to land over a weekend. So my car sits waiting for repairs and and I'll be once again without a vehicle. This is very unfortunate. Enterprise I recommend you partner with a better extended warranty company that treats your customers with the level of service your company provides. read more

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I got a great deal on my truck and got exactly what I wanted. I came in after speaking to J.T. on the phone and saw a truck similar to what I looked at online and they had it parked outside. After reviewing my payments I needed to make sure it was doable for me and they said why don't you take some time to think about it. What car dealership would ever do that? I called back a couple hours later after speaking to my boyfriend and a few friends who all said what a great deal I was getting. I called back and spoke to Dave and said I had something going on later and was hoping we could do the transaction fairly quick. I would have given them one star if I could. Stay away from this dealership. They scammed me with an suv they knew I wanted, but prevented me from testing driving it because it was getting dark. Little did I know after I bought it and drove it home, that the drivers seat was not attacked, the windows did not work and they never did s CARFAX for me so I did and it was in a head on collision. I called the dealership and the Sales woman everyone lived in prior reviews conveniently let the dealership. The manager was rude and said maybe if you bought a more expensive car like I bought for my wife you would not have these problems. I purchased a 2020 Nissan Rogue. I ended up bringing it to a Nissan dealership and the service department told me this suv should not be on the road. I called Ally sho financed me and they refused to do anything. I told them I wanted this suv fixed or another car. I did not have the money to fix everything. It ended getting repossessed . Nor my credit is ruined. I never had trouble getting a car and no problems with them. Warning, they will approve anyone and the payments will be high. They tell you not to worry you have 45 days to make the first payment. You will end up getting it repossessed because they lie on the application. Even people who do not have a job get a car. My friend had a credit score of 450 snd she got a car. I have a Lawyer. He is going to sue them for selling me a car that was unsafe to drive off the lot and lying on the application. Beware. read more

I had been thinking about a newer car since my 01 Honda(original owner) had started becoming a money pit. I knew I wanted a Camry I saw on their site. Yosiah, Dave and Pete hooked me up and everyone had been very professional, not pushy and listened to my needs. After my trip I purchased my 16 Camry and I bought the extended warranty, GAP and tire package. My mom was visiting from KCMO area and didn't know Enterprise sold cars. Very satisfied with the service that Dianna, Pete, and Dave provided me during my car purchase. I came in having the mentality of a usual car dealership and how they were going to treat me, as a number. This experience was different from the many different car buying experiences that I have had, but this was by far the best experience. Walking into this dealership, I had my goal set. I wanted one type of car and color. This car wasn't available yet but it was posted online. They were able to expedite the inspection process for the car. While waiting, Dianna suggested to look at other cars just as an option and I was reluctant because I know what I wanted. I eventually gave in, but the car was in Peoria. She was willing to drive 45 mins each way to just have me see this vehicle while I wait for the one I wanted. When she came back, a customer wanted he vehicle that she picked up for me to see. She wasn't willing to give it up to them because she promised me that she would show me the vehicle. I arrived while the customer was still there. I ended buying the car that she suggested, I actually fell in love with it. I saw the car that i originally wanted and would've made the wrong decision. I am not one to give people credit, but Dianna was right to allow to see other options. Pete and Dave was able to maximize my savings and handle all of my finances. Pete made it very comfortable with all the numbers and questions I had regarding the process. He explained every process and thing he was doing, it was not confusing at all. We were able to connect on a personal level, which a regular dealership you wouldn't be able to do with the manager. This place do have the best used vehicles. I went to various different types of car dealerships and checked out their cars. The cars were cheaper in price, but the quality was a lot worst. When you drive it and see it, it will not feel great. Go and test drive a vehicle at Enterprise, you will feel the difference in quality and the price matches it. If you don't like it, you can return it in 7 days. You also have a 12 month, 12k warranty on your vehicle that does not cost anything to you. I ended up getting a 2016 Hyundai Sonata and feel great about it. I feel better coming out of it than into the car buying process. It's rare that a person would feel this satisfied with no regrets coming out of the process, but i did. This was really a one of a kind service that I got at this dealership. I respect a dealership that would go above and beyond to not make a sale and to keep their word to hold the car for you. My husband and I bought a 2015 Dodge Journey from this location. We were well taken are of by Mary who listened to what we wanted and didn't push us when we didn't want to buy a car she had shown us that was just out of our budget. Mary did more looking and found a Dodge Journey for us. We finally signed just before closing on a Friday night and once we got home, we realized that although we were told this car had Bluetooth (a must for us), it in fact did not. It was after closing time so we called as soon as they opened Saturday morning and told them we'd like to return the car. My husband was on his way with the car when he was called back by Evan (site manager??) and told to keep the car and they were going to look into some options for installing the Bluetooth for us and would call us back, no later than Monday. We were called on Monday and told they were still working on it. Through some of the calls we were asked if we would be ok with them replacing the head unit (display screen) in order to install the Bluetooth. We told them that would be fine, how else would it have been done?? Finally on Thursday or Friday we were called to tell us we could bring the car in on Tuesday. We dropped the car off and were told they would be taking it to an after-market place to get the Bluetooth installed and that they could get it to work with the current screen it has. This was the first we had heard about it being taken to an after-market location. I expressed that would be fine as long as it still looked good and didn't look like it had been pieced together or janky. I told this to TWO people. And both said it wouldn't look janky but that it'd look good. We got called back that the car was done and ready to be picked up Tuesday evening. The solution to the problem was to install a microphone to stick out where the sun visor is on the driver side and to have a small display for the Bluetooth attached to the dashboard that looks like a digital timer. We can't sync our phones to it to play music and we can't sync it to our phone's maps for verbal directions. We enjoyed the efforts made on or behalf by Mary and Evan. We are disappointed with the end product. We feel our car is not worth the money we paid and since we dropped our car off for the "Bluetooth" 11 days after we signed it was past the seven day return window and are now the semi-proud owners of a 2015 Dodge Journey that has hands free calling (I would not consider this Bluetooth). read more

Had to go get a rental car after my car was in a collision. The manager Clark was first to assist me and got the whole process started. I was able to go in get everything started and drive home to drop of my motorcycle. Clark had me call him when I got home so I could be picked up by a member of his staff. Within 5 min of my call Andrew was there with my car. We drove back to enterprise and got all the paper work finished up. The insurance package was so cheap and worth not having a future financial headache. They were also having issues with Wells Fargo debit cards. So to make sure nothing went wrong Andrew invited me inside so the process would be smooth. I was out of there in no time which was no surprise they were getting people in and out of cars and dropped off at their homes in a hurry.
