My experience at CarSense was amazing! This is the third car I've bought at CarSense but this time I started at Carvana to try the car vending machine gimmick (and it really is a gimmick) process. So, I decided I wanted a 2018 Honda Civic Type R without knowing all the ins and outs of that car. I took delivery of a car from Carvana and that process was fine and all, but I can say they didn't give as much on my trade, and their warranty wasn't near as comprehensive. I drove the Carvana 2018 for the week as they have a no hassle return policy, but yet so does CarSense once I realized I wanted a 2019 of the same car I found one on CarSense's website and used their inquiry option on their web page to schedule a test drive. The car was in the Philadelphia area and would need to be transported to the Cranberry location for me to drive it. I got a call the next day from Andrew Ebel (a Car Sense sales associate) he informed me that there is a 195 dollar fee to transport the car (Carvana charges 300 BTW and they keep the money in the deal so you PAY the 300) where as if you buy the car from CasSense you get the 195 back. So let me say this if you are a millennial; and can't speak to humans you will think the Carvana process is better but you will lose money at each stage of the game, Trust me it is totally worth it in this case for you to SPEAK TO A HUMAN!! So, the car was transported to the Cranberry location, I returned the 2018 to Carvana and received my traded vehicle back from them, that process was simple and worked like they said it would. I texted Andy and found out that even though I had scheduled to come in on Friday I could make it there a day earlier and he was totally accommodating to me just pretty much showing up whenever. A couple of things that are great about the CarSense process, the test drive you go on your own so you don't' have any sales "pressure" when you are checking out the car, and they tell you to take your time and drive the car! That is a HUGE plus from the normal process at a traditional car lot, normally you have to take the sales guy with you and he wants to talk to you the whole time, this way you can just drive and see if the car is what you like and need. There is ZERO pressure at CarSense you know the price of the car you are buying from the time you see it on the website till you purchase it. The only real options or choices you will be making about your purchase are the warranty options and hands down CarSense's options are a BILLION times better than Carvana, trust me if you read the Carvana language it appears they are telling you what they won't do where as at CarSense it feel and reads like they are looking to help you and make sure your car is safe and reliable. As the Type are is a Turbo car I opted for the 10 year mechanical warranty but they also have a 7 year coverage for all the cosmetic things that I decided to get as well due to very low profile tires on this car and Pittsburgh potholes possibly blowing up a rim. So the long and the short of it is at CarSense the car was a great value, they gave me more for my trade, the warranties are great (a guy that works for me bought a Ford Explorer with the turbo Eco boost engine and he has had 3 turbos fixed for no cost due to that, Trust me it's worth it!!) The sales folks are great, Andy was top notch and I highly recommend going to him if you decide to go! And they also have a great return policy. CarSense beats Carvana hands down!! Don't fall for the doing it all from an app millennial thing, trust me you WANT to talk to these folks you will get a MUCH better deal. read more

Seriously! You need to go here to look for your next vehicle! This was handsdown the most pleasurable and smoothest vehicle purchase I have ever made! I wasn't even really thinking about trading in my car. I came across the carsense website through a friends recommendation. I found a vehicle I loved and filled out the teeny bit of info they asked for online.Someone called me the very next day. They were not obnoxious or pushy. I made an appointment to look at a model of the vehicle I was looking at online. I test drove it and loved it. I loved how the salesman didnt have to be with me when I test drove it. He went over all the features with me and answered all my questions. He wasn't pushy and asked if Id like to see about financing options and I did and that was even enjoyable! I ended up purchasing the vehicle that day! The one I purchased happened to be in NJ so they had to have it shipped in, It arrived on a Tuesday and I was able to go check it out and make sure it was everything I wanted the next day. I had six days after I received it to decide if it was everything I hoped it would be and more and so far it has been! NISSAN JUKES RULE!!!!! I do not enjoy the process of buying a car. This experience was nice and easy. Brian Adkins was my sales consultant. When Brian came out I told him the price range and type of vehicle I was interested in. When Brian saw I wasn't really feeling anything we looked at, he started showing me relative(size and price) vehicles(at their other locations too). I ended up buying a car that I didn't know existed. It was a beautiful mid-size SUV(what I was looking for), and in the price range I was willing to spend. When we purchased the vehicle, Brian's shift was over at 5(he stayed to see our transaction through) we left the dealership at 8(Who knows when Brian had the opportunity to leave that night). Brian does not get paid commission or overtime! I will buy all my vehicles at car sense. No haggle, no negotiating, the LOW price, is the price! If you don't find a vehicle on their lot, they will go online and find one at one of their other 5 locations and drive it in for you(like they did with us). I went to Car Sense looking for a new minivan. We were greeted by Sales Rep Brian Adkins. After checking the bigger dealers, we found a very similar Toyota Sienna at Car Sense at a much lower price. Brian was great. He answered our questions and was patient with my wife and I. We bought the van on the spot. My wife enjoyed the "no-hassle, low-price" experience so much that as we were finalizing the sale of the van, she asked about a low-cost option for our twin daughters who were about to get their driver's licenses. I'm 19 years old and I recently purchased a used Volkswagen Tiguan at CarSense in Cranberry. I worked with Brian Adkins. My experience at CarSense was great. I wasn't sure what I was looking for when I arrived, and Brian helped me to narrow my wants and needs down to a few cars in which I was able to learn about and test drive. All of the cars I looked at were in really good shape and I ultimately chose the Tiguan. So far, I love it and have had no problems. The staff a carsense in Cranberry is amazing, from the time we walked on the lot the people were the best, not like every other car dealer simply trying to make money. The service department is top notch, anything that I had questions on or concerns about; there service department has been there and have taken great care of me. I have had a few issues since I bought the car, and Matt and Amy in service have done everything in their power to fix the issues, and when it really mater with one issue I had, they took care of the repair cost, even after I was outside the warranty car sense gave me. Purchased a used car and could not be HAPPIER! The sales staff was not pushy. I had the sales associate running all over the lot because I had several automobiles I wanted to test drive.
