Very rude staff. Ask for a quote for just my door. They couldn't give me a quote just for my door. They quoted me 3000 for my entire vehicle and I asked them if i could get a quote just for my door and she was confused and said oh well you need a new door. Amazing service, everyone was so nice and understanding, I took my truck in to get repairs after a deer decided to dart into the driver side of my vehicle the dents were pretty minor to the naked eye, apparently the rear driver side passenger door was pretty damaged and needed replacement, they did an excellent job dealing with my insurance,paint matching, and buffing out 10 + dents oh and they thoroughly detailed my work truck and let me tell you that boy was filthy when I brought it in everything was vacuumed wiped down and they had air freshener, which was a nice touch lol. They did a very good job on my car repair. I had 4 estimates and they were the only company that went up and beyond to return my car back to like new. They were the most expensive. They also were able to fix it within the month. Other shops were 8 to 12 weeks out for the repair. I would recommend them. read more

It's quite upsetting, however due to the geographical local of where I live and a series of unfortunate events like snowstorms, suicidal deer, and criminal acts, I've resorted to 3 separate auto body shops within the last year. Mort's Auto Body is second to none. Having gone to 2 auto body shops prior to Mort's, with underwhelming results, I wasn't expecting much. The went above a beyond my expectations with their professional, status updates, and managed to finish a week prior to the expected date. Additionally, they even replaced the tent on my windshield, which I never asked them above because one to the other two auto body shops said that's not their responsibility, but I can get the tent myself, give them the receipt and submit the claim to my insurance. Hands down, I hope I never have to use another auto body shop, but if I do, I'm going straight to Mort's. read more

When my small Subaru Impreza was backed into by the rear end of a small jeep with a very large tire on the back, that driver's insurance offered me two places to go for repairs. The closest shop was a 12 mi/20 min drive away. I called my insurance agent and he highly recommended Mort's Auto Body which is 1/3 of the distance/and half the drive time from my residence. I have a 2005 Mercedes involved in a black ice accident that destroyed the left front fender and front bumper. My insurance company wanted to salvage the car and three body shops claimed that they could not find the parts to do the job. Not Mort's. They completed the job perfectly, found all of the parts, and did it for less than any of the other so called "business concerns'" bids.
