    The experience here has been absolutely amazing! Adrian helped me acquire a car that was so difficult for me to find! I drove out from California to get this car and even though he wasn't there, he had everything lined up for me and ready with another sales man named Joseph. Michael the finance guy was a pleasure to work with and made it an easy and enjoyable experience!

    Gonna leave the CC frame on so the local dealer is reminded they didn't sell the car...

    Good experience, they got my car for me and stayed good to their word. We drove to CC from LAS because the dealers in LAS had too much markup. LAS wanted thousands over MSRP and insulted my wife by trying to co Vince her it was not dealer markup...it was marker adjustment. Carson City Toyota got a car for me, honored the deal we made, got me in and out quickly and did a nice once over and paired out phones. The finance office has a touch screen desk so you read and sign everything electronically on the desk top...really cool. If you are looking for a car give Michael Weaver a call.

    Faith from the parts department went above and beyond! She restored our faith *hehe* in Toyota departments. We had gone to the Toyota in Vacaville, CA where we were given wrong parts even though the VIN number was provided for accuracy. I had even shown him the push pins that we needed in my hand. Faith easily pulled the correct parts and explained that the cabin air filter for prime is different than standard Prius and that the push pins we were given were for the front fender when we had specified that we needed them for the back. Furthermore, she offered her card with email for questions in the future to swap photos for desired parts for ordering in the future.

I drop if off, they're exact words "we are 95% sure it's covered" then when my wife drops it off they sneak a $250 diagnostic fee "but only if it's not covered" they would not allow me to wait for my vechichle. They told me they needed 24-48 hours to do a proper diagnostic. We drop our truck off Wednesday at 9am. I have to spend 20 mins and hunt someone down from service on the phone just to get ahold of someone. Just for the to tell me they want $1000 and will take a week to replace the "transmission thermal thermostat" guess that's not included in the "powertrain warranty". I don't think the thermostat is bad. I believe they delete it because I have a Silverado same year, $6200 amco transmission and they wouldn't warranty anything unless the thermostat was deleted. A PPE thermostat delete is $80 online... STAY FAR FROM THIS PLACE!! Hopefully the Yukon will stay together. Also, It took them over 30 hrs just to get to my truck so why they even make appointments is just crazy. Got people paying for rentals cars for trucks to just sit. WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHERTRUCK FROM HERE.

    I was a dedicated customer for eight years, since we purchased the car new from that dealership…read more Had a routine Maintenance, oil change & Tire rotation and after driving to Northern California the very next day, we checked the oil and to find out the oil was barely visible on the dip stick and was black ! Looks like the oil was drained and never filled ! . .This was mentioned to the Service Manager who was quick to deny, making excuses. He proceeded to try and make us look stupid. He was rude & insulting. There was no need to respond, let alone argue with him as this was the response I expected to get. No reasoning with this guy. Not wasting my time. I'm 65 years old and owned more cars than he's had hot meals in his life . , Turns out, he's Carson City Hyundai's son . . . . I'm sure he doesn't to get in trouble with . . . "Daddy" . . . At the end of the day, my concern is proper maintenance of my vehicle. After eight years, we no longer give them our business and because of their service department, we will no longer purchase any vehicles from Carson City Hyundai. If we purchase another Hyundai, we will go to Reno. This is a sad but true story. It's unfortunate that their services need to be double checked to be certain you received the services that you're paying for.
