NIGHTMARE!! they have a new woman pharmacist who apparently just started working there who is a WICKED WITCH!!! she has decided to make my life a personal hell during 1 of the hardest times in my entire life! i have just had a death in my family, a VERY close family member & i've now had to haggle w/these people for DAYS over this issue, that has never been an issue before & still should NOT be an issue at all! this is ridiculous! she's doing this just for fun apparently. a REGULAR Rx of mine that is a regular 30 day supply is suddenly NOT a 30 day supply to her! don't ask me why. my doctor wrote the wrong directions mistakenly on my rx but it was STILL a 30 day supply. i was supposed to receive it on TUESDAY, this last Tuesday. nope, didn't get it. another automatic refill i was supposed to get, didn't get that either, but that's a common thing there. they don't order their supply in time, though they KNOW people are having them filled or the supply is short or gone. they are constantly owing me the rest of rx's. u are on automated refill system, then u aren't, then u are again. u have to call them to remind them to do their job & to make sure things are in order. i've never experienced this w/any other pharmacies. deliveries are this day & that, then suddenly not. i'm' the ONLY white person i've ever seen in there! maybe there's a racism issue too? who knows? but that pharmacist that promised ME & MY DOCTOR days ago that i could get my rx today on THURSDAY now shouts at me over the phone, won't let ME speak, yet when i finally get to, SHE interrupts me nonstop whilst still shouting in my ear, tells me that NOW my rx has another NINE, then 10 day supply left when days ago i was told it's a THIRTY-THREE day supply! not 30. now this witch tells me it's a 40 something day supply though my doctor whom i had to have an emergency appointment with yesterday to remedy this. he sent in NEW prescriptions w/NEW directions to comply w/the wicked witch's improbable standards. don't ask me where she learned math either or didn't learn it is more accurate. IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR LONG-TERM CHERISHED CUSTOMERS?? NO, I THINK NOT! this is how u LOSE CUSTOMERS! is SHE paying for their medicine, their rent, bills, etc.? or are the customers? this woman is VERY naive, very cruel, very cold and very uncaring. this is my legal RIGHT to my now overdue prescription plus a new one i needed today as well AND the other 1 that i'm out of that i need as well. i'm not allowed to get it OR them! WTH!? if you want good, reliable, consistent care, DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY until she is fired!! which should be soon. i don't even live in carson, i have had san pedro pharmacies beg me to transfer to them (when i have called to see if THEY have something in stock that i need) (ones down the street from me) & i have refused saying that i'm not thrilled w/my pharmacy at all times, but i feel like i should be LOYAL to them. apparently, they don't feel the same! BEWARE of this witch! oh & the COVID shots!! lest i forget. i am texted by them that they have the covid boosters IN stock Right now! i call & am told they are in stock as well. i drive out to carson, from SP, not down the street. after i wait awhile (cause nothing is ever filled when u ask for it or when it's promised to be), i then wait for my covid booster awhile too. then as i'm finally about to get it i'm told "oh we are out". the male pharmacist (much nicer than the witch) tells me he will check w/other pharmacies for my booster & let me know in a few days. his words. i NEVER heard another thing about it. WHY text me AND tell me on the phone that it's THERE? neither brand was there. none. nada. zero. why did i drive out there? oh & they open at 9:30 am. what pharmacy opens that late? i have been out and about at 8 am & such & wanting to run there to pick up countless times, but no, they aren't open at even regular biz hours! there's a hospital right across the street, they don't care to be open to people from the hospital even? no wonder it's like a ghost town in there almost every time i've been there. people went elsewhere, as i'm about to! read more

Drive through traffic to go to my appointment and when I showed up they didn't have the vaccine for the appointment I booked? How does that make sense? I brought my elderly parents here to get their third (booster) dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. Everyone we encountered was very nice, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and they all took the necessary safety precautions to keep us safe. Because my parents sometimes have trouble walking and are also immunocompromised, the pharmacist was nice enough to come out to the car and administer the vaccinations. My family and I were very happy with our experience and my parents were grateful that this pharmacy made it so easy to get fully vaccinated. read more

An important family member of mine has been on the fence of receiving her booster and when she told me she was ready for it yesterday, I contacted Carson pharmacy and they said "come in any time, we will be waiting and ready!"
