Also their longevity on business The good- Garrett Dow,the construction manager was the best person as far as communication goes. He always responded to my text and phone calls in a timely manner and he kept the project moving. The trades that he had on our site were always professional and easy to work with. The AI operator was helpful when I couldn't get a response from anyone. I liked their Builder Trend Ap for communication. What needs improvement- project manager didn't respond in a timely manner or not at all. Never picks up the phone. This is the main contact for the project and this added to undue frustration. Good communication is key to any project. It seems it's hard to find good people that have the skills to do this now adays. I will continue to recommend Shasta as they do build a great but just don't expect great communication unless they get better project managers

We did a fiberglass pool, which is pre-fabricated and was delivered on March 6. We were told our pool was gonna be done by the end of April at the very latest. At this point, my pool has been sitting halfway full of water, which is filled with trash, bugs, starting to get algae, full of trash that they have dropped into it and not taken out. It has now been five months since the project started and things get done very very slowly. Gettin a hold of someone has been very difficult and every time we finally hear from someone there's always an excuse as to why it has taken so long. If that's not my fault. You need to deliver what you the I have requested time off in June to celebrate Father's Day with friends and family. " at our new pool " and now it's looking like it's probably not gonna be done by then. I definitely would not recommend Shasta to do your pool unless you have six months to a year to wait until it's complete. lots of garbage in your yard, violations from your HOA, and a pool that sits there and turns green with garbage and insects for many months. So sad that our first pool experience has had to go this way.
