He always responded to my text and phone calls in a timely manner and he kept the project moving. The trades that he had on our site were always professional and easy to work with. The AI operator was helpful when I couldn't get a response from anyone. I liked their Builder Trend Ap for communication. What needs improvement- project manager didn't respond in a timely manner or not at all. Never picks up the phone. This is the main contact for the project and this added to undue frustration. Good communication is key to any project. It seems it's hard to find good people that have the skills to do this now adays. I will continue to recommend Shasta as they do build a great but just don't expect great communication unless they get better project managers

The atmosphere felt incredibly unwelcoming, and some interactions came across racially insensitive, leaving us feeling alienated and singled out. The family event thrown here was heavily restricted, making it difficult to host. Another situation was with cleanup summed up was explicitly told not to throw away the trash, only to be berated afterward for following those instructions. Felt hypocritical in a place that prides itself on having so many strict rules and policies, and would expect clear communication and consistency, but experienced the opposite. That is a family gathering ruined :)

The tech Richard was very patient as he explained to me. What needed to be repaired and got it all done the same day as the initial visit which worked out because he didn't have to order parts. He came prepared. He took time to also explain a few other things to help my pull vacuum, run more efficiently and made some suggestions. Very pleased with this company. The younger front desk people who are there in the afternoons are great - to be more specific it is the blonde girls who are always on their phones, talking about drama, and not engaging with guests. I'm sure if your the gym owner reading this you know who I'm talking about. One time when I walked in three of them were in a huddle chatting and not one said hi or greeted me or any other guest. I assumed they were talking about something important but as I got closer they were talking about dating drama. I went to the manager about it at the time but the girls acted the same way for the next two weeks so I just canceled my membership and went mountain side.

My other mommy friends also join us, so he had some familiar faces to play with. It's held once a week for about 6 to 8wks (class length varies) indoor, they have cars, balls, hoops, ramps, tunnels, blocks, trampolines, lots of stuff that littles under 3yrs old can play with for 45min. It includes song time and a bit of outdoor play with bubbles if weather permits. I like having affordable, short term commitment classes like this for my son, esp during the summer. I really have zero complaints: registration is easy, it's affordable, it's nearby, it's entertainment for my little man.

We have had such a great experience with Big Blue Swim School! We've been going since April, and I…read morecan't believe how much Hailey has learned in such a short amount of time. She can now swim in the deep end, swim all the way to the bottom to retrieve sinking toys, swim back up to the surface, and make her way over to the ledge. She's still learning, of course, but she has a really good foundation of swimming skills now, and I feel SO much more confident in her being around the water. What I really love is that Hailey actually looks forward to her swim classes. The class sizes are small, and the instructors do a great job of communicating with me about her progress--what she's accomplished, what skills she's working on, and what she still needs to learn. I never feel like I'm left wondering how she's doing. And honestly, the entire staff is just so friendly. Every time we walk in, someone is saying hi and smiling, and there's always such a positive atmosphere. Even the manager is out in the lobby playing games with the kids while they wait. He definitely doesn't have to do that, but he does it anyway because he's just a cool dude. Little things like that really stand out to me and make Big Blue feel like a place where the staff genuinely enjoys being around the kids. We've had nothing but good experiences here. Between the small classes, great communication, friendly staff, and how much Hailey has grown as a swimmer, I really can't recommend Big Blue enough. It's truly an exceptional swim school, and I'm so glad we chose them! ‍

Facility is very clean and obviously kid friendly. The reception area is nice with some other fun activities for kids to get into while their sibling or other family member is taking a swim class. 2. Instructors are pretty decent. The instructors we've had so far for my 7 month old's class have been quite impressive and really know how to handle babies and how to make the class fun but also progress in their pool safety training. My son really enjoys his class with his Coach Ethan. That kid definitely knows how to make a class fun and inviting for toddlers. 3. Classes are very intimate as they don't go over 3 kids per class. My son has had mostly private classes lately as other kids have not really joined his time slot, which is wonderful in my opinion so he gets that 1x1 coaching. 4. The ease of scheduling via their app and their text messaging system. Very responsive!
