Waited for them to order my new bumper. Scheduled. Dropped off my car on 10/24(3pm). My car was ready for pick up on 11/4. Little disappointed they needed a whole 6 days just to paint & replaced a new bumper. My Ex used to work as an auto painter & he never took that long for that simple job. When I picked up my car, I saw an alert saying my "audio system unavailable". My horn & alarm wasn't working. We went back next day & they checked. They forgot to reconnect the wires to my bumper. When I picked up my car, they still had it on service mode so I had to ask someone to change it. 3 stars for friendly staff, completed work & +$3500 I didn't pay out of my own pocket. I arranged an after-hours drop-off with Lisa, who told me the key drop was "a box near the front door" and confirmed my arrival time. When I showed up, there was no visible or clearly marked drop box anywhere. While I was walking around trying to find it (like any normal person would) the POLICE showed up and detained me because they thought I was breaking in after seeing me on the security cameras. That situation was completely avoidable if I had been given clear, accurate instructions. It doesn't end there.... After my car was finished, I called Lisa to confirm pickup and got nothing but vague answers and attitude and seemed irritated that I was even asking. I then had my boyfriend call, and suddenly she was able to provide a clear pickup time immediately. Didn't honor warranty on shotty and imprecise installation…read more On Sunday, my door was jammed, and no visible damage appeared. I proceeded to open the door and force the resistance and did damage it as a result, the bent metal and damage damaged to plastic side was due to forcing a door that was not aligned. Today I went to Lee automotive who has a lifetime guarantee on parts and labor who told me they denied this for two reasons. 1) they said the damage that would normally occur would be noticed in the beginning. Although true, a simple google search would way work done in January is Cold, summer is hot and now not coincidentally, it's cold . Imperfect work and gaps of millimeters would be more pronounced with cold hot and cold. This is why they have a lifetime warranty . 2) they said the damage was already there . I refute this as most of the damage was becise the door doesn't open properly. By having a misaligned piece of body work, I had to use some force to open and damage the door. The root cause is the work was misaligned. Please see the gap of the panels . 1 on the drivers side is original ford .you can visually see it's smaller 2) the gap on the drivers side is larger. I contend that this slight difference is what caused the warped issue and the door to be jammed .
