We cannot sing Blue Ribbons praises enough! Michael got our SUV in the next day when Safelite was booked out for 3 weeks. Even the upcoming holiday didn't delay the turnaround! When someone shot out my two car windows I needed new windows fast. I called around to all the local Tacoma shops and Seattle shops that would make a mobile visit to my house. Matt the owner was great (he answers his own phone!) and came right over to my place, cleared and vacuumed all the broken glass from my car and had new panes installed that same afternoon. Three years ago, Blue Ribbon Auto Glass replaced a windshield on my car. They did a great job. This year, during one of the torrential rainstorms, my car leaked. I called Blue Ribbon because they had replaced the windshield and it had a lifetime warranty. Matt K. came to our home and spent almost two hours of his work day looking for the leak. He was competent and knowledgable, and used many different testing methods to determine its cause. Although he couldn't locate the leak, I am satisfied that he was thorough.
