Came by with a complete exhaust system that I wanted to have installed. Got quoted some exorbitant price and was told about weighing opportunity cost to work on my car as well as being questioned about the fitment of my parts off of visual inspection. Rest assured, I bought my parts from one of the more well known brands so I know for certain it would fit but when I felt gas lighted I doubted myself. Took myself to one of my usual shops after getting multiple quotes a few days later and had it installed with no fitment issues/modifications for what I believe is the industry standard for pricing. If we couldn't get work done the day of, we could've just left it at that. Found this place when my catalytic converter was stolen from my car. The reviews were very good and when I called to check, this place does do custom cages to deter future thefts. Armen was very patient in describing the situation for me and when I arrived, he was very friendly and thorough in giving me all the information I needed as to the process to get my car repaired through my insurance. His shop closes at 5:30pm and I'm a good 30 minutes away and he offered to stay and wait for me both on my drop off and pick up since I get off work at 5pm. Considering other shops that AAA pointed me to rejected me as they were no longer taking anymore catalytic converter claims and quoted a 2 week backorder, Armen was able to get me a replacement and back on the road in 4 days time, including the weekend. Just went over on my lunch hour to get a quote and next thing I knew. They started on my truck. Gave me a great quote and they said that they can do it right now! So course I jumped on it. They finished my QTP valve install since the company I bought it from (Amazon) set me the wrong one. They ran the wire far away from heat and then added a little more security to the plug by wrapping it with special heat tape. Also they made it fit better with the correct length bolts and did a cut on the turndown since it would have been sticking down to much. Highly recommend this spot!! Just got back home from getting a muffler delete on my car from Muffler Technician. I had the pleasure of meeting Josh who helped me decide on doing a muffler delete or resonator delete. He was very professional and answered any questions I had before starting to work on the car. His craft is absolutely amazing and he's definitely a perfectionist. I bought a used 2001 Acura CL that failed smog because the previous owner replaced the catalytic converter into one that does not comply with California law. Shopped around and was recommended to this guy. He quoted a good price for the price of a new catalytic converter that complies with California law and labor. Drove to this place within the hour and he worked on my car instantly since he had no customers. Since the catalytic converter was a universal one, he even cut through and welded a bung in the converter so the o2 sensor can be screwed on there.
