Ok I was a little upset at first with them about the date they gave my insurance company when they was done with my truck. Because I have rental car insurance on my policy. Well insurance company did cover the whole cost of the rental after the date mixed up. But wow!!! My truck has never looked better since it was new. All the body work was on the front end. Not only the body shop did a great job on the repairs. My truck was totally detailed inside and out. I am amazed how well my truck looks. When I took it to work. My co-workers were amazed. Called them in morning to let them know what type of truck I had , was able to drop it off same day. Do not trust them! They let a car they had possession of hit another car because they didn't put it in park down a hill, then cannot provide their insurance information despite multiple attempts - giving a run around since they want to do the work themselves in house. I am very disappointed that I got referred to coach collision by Diamond Honda. The owner Mr. Andrew lujan was very rude and argumentative with me and was trying to talk me out of getting my car estimate here. I was working with Art who was very informative and helpful and had begun doing an estimate on my car so that I could get it fixed through diamond honda. when Mr. Andrew lujan came, grabbed my paperwork and then started to explain the same as Art did-but in a very rude way and said that he was not able to help me and I asked if I could get the free estimate that Art had discussed. And he said no. As I began to tell him a compliment, that when I heard from diamond Honda that Coach was going to quote the repairs. I was so excited because a few years ago, they had done an excellent job on my car. So I was happy to know their service and their work was impeccable. However when I was saying this, he was belligerent, talked over me and said "Fine! You're not gonna let me talk fine." And I was dumbfounded because I was speaking, he was yelling. I was giving him a compliment and he was rude. I don't know if he is a bully or does not like women or respect women, but that conversation was so horrible. I really am never gonna go back regardless of how great they were in the past. Mr. Andrew lujan needs to learn how to treat customers with respect and not have such a negative attitude when conversing with women. Well let me start by saying I realize that collision repair is an art and must be done with care. I also realize that companies need to make money to put food on the table and pay their employees. I needed some out of pocket repairs done to my 2014 Honda Accord. I hit a curb two weeks ago below the passenger side door. I went to several places in the area for estimates. The first place I went was Diamond hills Collision in diamond bar. I met with an estimator and he emailed me the quote 3 days later. I could have put a down payment on a new car for the money they wanted. So unprofessional and the employee didn't even call a technician to see the damage. He just looked at my car. I went to Coach collision works in walnut referred by my mechanic. Andrew gave me an awesome estimate and had his technician look at the damage to see what needed to be done. Customer service is top notch. They make you feel like family. Andrew was also able to have his technicians make the repairs in a timely manner. That saved me money not having to rent a car. Their attitude was a one star and I'am being nice , the person I spoke to didn't say his name he had the worse attitude from the beginning he was suspicious on me for no reason I was trying to explain my situation and that my Insurance refer me to them and he said all my explanation was weird he didn't believe what I was saying and he said he would verify with Insurance then call me to take pics ,he didn't believe me ,that my Insurance had approve a new original part on my car, I feel that this shop if you don't take what is offered you are not welcome ,I wanted what was approved for and he didn't like it ,and told me to take my business elsewhere I think that being a women and a senior they seem to think we have no right to decide but I got news for this place I do and yes I will take my business elsewhere we're I'am treated with respect .please don't let the stars fool you go check them out and be advice that if you ask for a new part they will not be happy it's all about profit ,the most horrible attitude from a supposed to be gentleman he said to me he has been their 20 and never heard of what I asked for. The car was towed from Diamond Honda. Preferred Body Shop. (PREFERRED CROCKS). The car stood out in the same place for out in the parking lot for 17 days. Not being touched it just stood there in the customer parking lot. No keys were made or anything. It just stood there collecting dust. Finally!! An estimate $$$$$ was DONE. BUT still no work. Then they submitted a supplemental estimate for $$$$. For un seen damage and electrical diagnostic. How could you preform this with out a key??? But they never actually did a tear down. On the car.
