We had a $500 deductible with our insurance company and he charged us $906.75. we had used them in the past, and there had been no problem. This time it was a giant problem. Long horrible story short - after making somewhere between 50 and 60 phone calls, texts and emails we were unable to recover any of our extra cost from Geico. Walt kept our car for hostage. We cannot live without a car where we reside. we had insurance for a rental car and even that ran out. Enterprise also overcharged us by about $134. this entire episode between Cortland collision center and enterprise car rental was an exercise in futility. when we used to call Walt and ask him what was going on he said he had a customer on the phone and would hang up on us. What were we? we were customers as well. we feel badly used. We would like to rectify our previous review. I believe we gave him five stars.

They actually treat you like family. How many body shops have you been to where you can eat off the floor? Not many I am sure. They are extremely neat, clean and organized... Knowing I was going to pay out of my own pocket , he really worked with me instead of trying to rip me off. After receiving an estimate they did not pressure me into coming to them to get my car fixed. Dennis politely said we are here for you when and if you are ready to have your car fixed with us.
