He was extremely thorough during the phone conversation, asking questions to make sure they weren't ripping me off - since I'm a little out of their area, and so they could come in and get the job done as quickly/efficiently as possible, considering I have to be up in 4 1/2 hours for work. The Owner called me back 5 minutes after setting up the tow, to confirm all details and even joined in on the ride/tow! Nicest guys I've met in the industry and I sure know how easy it is to rip someone off when it comes to car parts, tows, auto body, etc. They traveled further than the other towing companies nearby and charged me less then the other quotes I received! Got my car out safe and sound! After everything, Emerson informed me that he has an auto body shop as well, I have some passenger side damage unrelated to this tow and clearly need snow tires after these last 2 storms. I will absolutely be giving him my business for the cosmetic damage and tires! I highly recommend them to anyone in the Mahopac and surrounding areas!

And his insurance company just told me that he did not have active coverage because he has been failing to make regular payments. When they finally took the vehicle, they held it for less than 45 minutes, did zero physical or documented diagnostic testing (no boost/smoke test), and dismissed the defects as "normal." Furthermore, they refused to address defective factory Nexen tires delivered at the point of sale.Worse, when I escalated this neglect to Jeep Corporate Customer Care (Case #97425963), Service Advisor Derek engaged in extreme consumer intimidation. He verbally threatened to charge me an astronomical $3,000 per day for the warranty rental vehicle if I did not drop the issue and return it immediately. This predatory fee is completely hidden and nowhere in my signed paperwork. Controller Danielle Basciano has also failed to produce copies of any agreement authorizing these daily rates.
