I brought them my car twice for a warm blowing AC and all they did was recharge the system. It blew cool for many an hour both times then started blowing warm again and they didn't check it for leaks so $200.00 down the drain. I brought it somewhere else and they fixed it right away. Did they not think to check it for leaks? Doh! Then my wife brought her car there three times against my wishes and charged her every time and never fixed the problem. It seems to be a recurring thing that they do. Oh, and one of the owners was so rude and obnoxious that it was unbelievable. There's no excuse for lousy work and menacing behavior so the owner can come on here and BS me all she wants. Makes me embarrassed to be Italian/American. Firstly Staci the owner the is unfailingly polite,as are all the women in the office. However Ron Sr, and his son Ron can and do scream at customers. They both have terrible anger management problems, and Staci knows it. Staci is related in someway to the family. What can she say? Think Ron Sr. Is retired or sick. Poor man started getting angrier and angrier as time went on. Doctors don't mention this but this is often a sign a Alzheimer's. Just a guess. Do you like to be screamed at when you purchase goods and services? We were over there about a month ago discussing various problems with the car with a mechanic when Ron Jr. interrupted us and told the mechanic not to " waste his time on us." Ron didn't speak in a whisper. What's with all this displaced anger? They charge top dollar and still you get a kick in the teeth when you leave. Makes us sad, and feel bad. We like Ron, or used to, but this is not the first time. Hope you can work out whatever is going, and look forward to a typical business, client relationship. We all have too much to deal with Ron, but yelling at repeat customers doesn't solve your problems, does it? All we want is take our car in, get it fixed, and have a civil interaction. Have been refilling my propane tanks here for years. Luposellos is one of few places around that actually refills your tank instead of giving you a swap tank that could potentially leak as I experienced getting them from other places. read more

I am here to do another review. I did something really STUPID with my car today that I am way too embarrassed to admit to. I drove into Luposello's with my front bumper torn somewhat loose on each side. I had been able to drive there safely and it looked like they might be able to take it off and re-attach it but I wasn't sure. Sure enough they could, *and* I was told if I could wait an hour or so until the guys came back from lunch they would do it as soon as possible instead of me having to leave it. And the price was great! From my past experiences with them I totally trust the work they do and am very grateful for the really fast service. A lot pf places would have told me to leave it and then over charged me to boot. I was really stressed out when I got there. And relieved when I left. Thank you so much!! read more

If I could give no stars I would my wife went to Luposello's for a oil change and tire rotation they even called my wife told her she needed new front brake pads that I just installed but when she called and said car was making noise I assumed that it was the front pads so I go to loosen lug nuts to change brake pads and all 5 lug nuts were loose on the drivers side I could have taken them off by hand but that's not the end they charged my wife for adding brake fluid but when pads are low you don't need to add you just replace pads and when caliper are pushed back in the brake fluid is normal so the fluid they charged me is now in my driveway by the looks its a daycare operation STAY AWAY read more

My sons car was towed here on a Saturday night after 11:00pm and I was charged a full day storage fee plus a storage fee on Sunday when they were closed. The owner JR was very rude and obnoxious. I paid over $400 for 2 days storage and a tow. On top of this they do terrible auto body work. Brought my then new truck in for a new bumper and 2 weeks later the paint started to peel. When I returned it the owner JR had such a nasty attitude but replaced the bumper. Another 2 weeks later and the paint peeled again. I never returned it or got it fixed because I didn't want to deal with owner again. I still have the truck and is all peeled and looks like crap! read more

I needed an oil change and decided to try this business as it is close to my home. I spoke with one of the owners and was able to get an appointment for the next day. When I arrived, I waited a little while. When the car was taken in the shop by the mechanic, all I had asked for was for the oil to be changed. There were 2 trouble lights on in the dashboard before the mechanic worked on the car. When he told me the job was finished, at first I was disappointed because the lights were still on. While driving, I noticed the lights turned off. The mechanic had put air in the tires that needed air and he had put in windshield wiper fluid. There was no charge for either of those 2. I will be using this company again. They are just wonderful!! read more

Total thumbs down .... owner (son) totally rude and disrespectful .. don't you just hate it when you feel like you have to step on eggshells when you speak to someone or else they go postal? That's what my experience was like here ... I think the owner (son) is bi-polar ... he's so moody. And when I wasn't totally satisfied with the work that was done he went postal on me and started screaming ... eeekks ... won't be going back there anytime soon and suggest you all steer clear ... seriously, who needs attitude when paying to get a job done ... and then not done properly ... especially when you're literally putting your life in someone else's hands considering if the job is not done properly and you get behind the wheel of the car and it's not correctly fixed, it's your life (& possibly someone else's) in jeopardy ... yikes!
