Had 13k damage to front end. Car is a 2020 Bullitt Mustang which is a classic but more important precious to me. Wanting a fair price and quality repair, 3 local Auto Body shops were contacted. Gregory at Ultimate seemed the most interested in addressing my concern to have a perfect repair. Also, worked with me to see the Insurance settlement was fair. As to the repair, he offered to tow car to his shop and return it when complete. The repair took about a week. It would have been faster had Ford had parts in stock. On receiving car and examining it, there was no evidence of the damage. In addition the car seemed to have been thoroughly washed and cleaned and detailed. My greatest wish is to not have to see Ultimate again. :-) If in the unfortunate event there is a need for auto body repair, Ultimate will be the place to go. read more

Came for a photo inspection for my car for insurance agency USAA. Service was prompt and I have nothing but positive things to say about the performed inspection. However, this review was dropped from 5 stars to 4 stars by the proprietor's off-color comments in response to learning my home state ("Where the men are men and the sheep are scared"), and the aggressive advertising left in my car and even going so far as to attach an advertisement for this shop on my keys without my permission. The last storm we had, I had my 02 GMC Yukon in my portable garage in my driveway. It was what I thought bolted down very well but I was wrong. The garage pulled out and put deep scratches up one side of the Yukon and down the other. By the way this truck is my baby and in showroom condition. I take my truck to Ultimate every two weeks to have them wash it and clean it up. I have to say when you get your car or truck back it looks brand new. The job they did on my truck makes it look like it just came of the showroom. It's prefect, The whole staff there couldn't help me enough. Gregory is a scam! Beware he will deny knowing you but I have evidence and proof. The worse experience and unprofessionalism scam artist when a customer is using an insurance claim. A den of crooks and thieves. The owner of the shop, Greg ensured us he would remain fully transparent and keep us updated with any information pertaining to the vehicle. When the car was dropped off he wasnt present, but left some "routine " policy paper work to sign... do not sign anything until the claim is made and adjuster comes out. POWER OF ATTORNEY PAPER WORK TO DEAL WITH INSURANCE.... DO NOT SIGN... Two weeks go by....No update, car sitting in lot, and playing hard to get with the insurance adjuster. BIG RED LIGHT 3rd week, Greg the owner/scam artist goes to the supervisor on Wednesday, submits 12k claim on a 5k-6k job and its glanced over and approved same day Wednesday. BIGGEST RED LIGHT.... The Work was not fully completed, still overlooked scratches, no repair, parts and labor cost receipts, only give deductibles and here's the key. Greg still never in site but left mechanic "Sammy" to do dirty work claiming he doesn't know anything hes just the mechanic to deal with the customer. BIG BAG OF MAGGOT FILLED TRASH LEFT IN MY VEHICLE to add insult to injury because we felt treated like straight trash... Nice Touch Greg. TAKE A LOOK AT HOW HE TREATS CUSTOMERS... Complete scam artist. My car was hit by Amazon. Greg (owner) got Amazon claim department to somehow authorize almost $8k in damages and when I picked car up he didn't even change bumper only repaired it. When I discovered it I asked for a refund to offset cost to get job done correctly but he refused. Basically it was insurance fraud and I'm left with a vehicle that was not repaired properly. Stay clear from this place. If any of your friends ask where to get body work done tell them to stay clear of Ultimate. read more

I brought my car here for a detail package I got on Groupon. To begin with, the car was a 2 owner mess. The manager took a look and explained ahead of time what to expect, pointing out the some of the more ingrained lines in the leather may not be removable due to the age of the material, which I truly appreciated since I've never had my vehicle detailed, I found his honesty regarding my expectations refreshing. When I turned 50-plus I treated myself to a BMW 335i, hard top convertible. (Albeit, Used. But with less than 15,000 miles) (It is Cool Water exterior and a light beige interior) I call it my Blue Baby. It now has 40,000 plus miles--but it's still baby fresh. I was a bad mommy this summer and never got it cleaned. And it seemed as the bloom was off the rose. But then I took that little blue sweetie to this location for a detail clean for less than $90 bucks AND, oh my. I am back in love with my Blue Baby and I even got a tin of breath mints for myself, gratis. Bob who handled my reservation was very kind and attentive. Although, this should be normal in the service industry, it normally is not--he was very receptive and welcoming to my special requests--such as making sure the cleaning of the trunk was thorough and making sure the equipment around the convertible top was taken down and cleaned!! I came here for the first time to get my vehicle inspected for my insurance and was amazed at how professional and welcoming Bobby and his staff were. While I waited I asked about their services and took a pamphlet and business card, not knowing I would be back in a few months. The drivers side of my car was sideswiped while parked, the scratches were really deep, and the back mud flap was torn from the car. As soon as I brought my vehicle in he assessed the damage and started the work right away. They had it ready for pick up in 4 days like he promised. I justed picked up our truck from Ultimate Autobody. My wife found a groupon for a complete detailing for a reasonable price so we figured we would try them out. The truck is 12 years old but we take good care of her. We were not expecting miracles but some of the most basic stuff was not done. The plastic caps on the roof rails were not de-oxidized. I mentioned it to the rep and he had no response. I wiped them with Plast-X and they came out beautiful. The roof still had grime on it so I washed them off with a little water and it came off easily. Half of the body panels feel as if they have no wax on them at all. They did a decent job on the interior, except for not cleaning out the main bin in the center console. read more
