As someone who didn't want to deal with waiting for items to sell, posting online, meeting strangers, or all the back and forth, I really appreciated having this option. My daughter had received a $40 gift card for her birthday and was so excited to pick out a few special items. Unfortunately, when we got to the register, the gift card wouldn't work. After trying multiple registers and different solutions, it still couldn't be redeemed. My daughter was heartbroken because she thought she would have to leave without the birthday gifts she had carefully chosen. The manager saw how disappointed she was and, without hesitation, paid for every single item herself out of her own pocket and simply handed them to my daughter. We were completely speechless.
