My older daughter was having trouble deciding so my three year old son kept tossing around a dog he had decided on. While doing that he dropped it a few times on the floor, where a worker brought that to my attention, understandable, so I placed it in my basket. Finally we had all decided on a jelly cat and my son changed his option to another one I took a look at the dog and he was still in great condition so I put it back. When we were about to pay the cashier bluntly expressed if we would purchasing the dog since my son a dropped it. It wasn't the situation that frustrated me and it was the way I was approached about it. You know what I bought them all because I didn't want to ruin my children's experience that I had hoped would be different. She then tried to be nice about the situation but honestly my husband and me felt uncomfortable. We witnessed another child tossing and licking other stuff animals and left without buying anything, yet here we were buying 3 jelly cats and then almost forced to buy a fourth getting rude customer service. Unfortunately our joy was cut short when my daughter started crying during her Bibbidi Bobbidi appointment and we were asked to leave without a refund. We showed up early and we were asked to wait. Once we were helped, the experience felt rushed. After selecting the package we wanted, we were escorted to a room where around other 7 little girls were having their own experience. My daughter got overwhelmed and refused to get her hair done and started crying. As I was trying to comfort her, the employee helping us told my wife "sorry, we cannot have her crying in here" (a little empathy goes a long way). Obviously, we didn't want her crying either and had we known this would happen, we would've never had booked it. When we asked for a refund, we were told it was not refundable. The employee grabbed a bag and packed all the things in the package we picked and had us leave. Nowhere on the website or receipt does it state you'll be kicked out and not be refunded for a service that was not delivered. Her birthday was turned sour.

My new HA's were not much different from the last set I had. I was underwhelmed. When I finally got back to the island and visited Ryan, he made some changes that made a world of difference in my hearing quality. For myself I purchased a Gray Mickey Mouse Sherpa Lined Zip Hoodie. It's very warm and comfortable and I love the embroidered Mickey! Just wish they had it in more colors, preferably pink or red. The Pink Mickey Crocs are very popular, but this shop actually had my size! Crocs wouldn't have been my first choice, but they're good in a pinch if you need new shoes like I did. I am excited to get some Disney croc charms for my first pair of Crocs! I would recommend stopping into Disney Clothiers on Main Street at Disneyland! It opened in 1985, where the previous Hallmark card shop used to be. Great customer service! Tip: Clothing is not always true to size, so make sure to try on before buying. The prices were great, and the customer service was even better. The employee helping us was super nice and patient. While I was there, another customer was arguing about returning the dumplings and making a pretty big scene. Honestly, it seemed like she was mostly upset because she didn't get the color she wanted.
