I don't expect to be followed around or constantly asked if I need help. But when I walked in, I wasn't greeted by anyone -- no big deal. As I walked through each aisle, though, I'm sure it was obvious that I was looking for something, yet not one sales associate bothered to offer any assistance What really baffled me was that the store was busy, yet the employees seemed more interested in socializing with one another than helping customers. Unfortunately, my interaction with Jessica or "Jess" was disappointing she came across as rude and condescending, and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I even found myself asking if she was okay because of how the interaction felt. This was my first time making a return, she even shook the bottle of product and said it "felt funny," which added to the discomfort. I didn't have my receipt, but I've been told in the past that wouldn't be an issue. She mentioned 4 times that having my receipt would have helped, I could tell her doing this return was a huge ask. I really enjoy coming to this location because it's convenient and I've always had good experiences, but this interaction was upsetting. I hope there can be improvement in customer service moving forward.

Molly (I think she's the manager) always remembers me when I come in or call. When I called a couple of weeks back, she let me know that they no longer carry one of the Goldwell products I like. She mentioned that she did have one of the items left in stock. I was grateful that the store kept it on hold until I went in to pick it up last week. The service is really good here, and they usually have most of the things I need. I can also ask tons of questions, and the staff is always patient. This is a great Cosmoprof location!

Lo and behold, I would get to the front of the line, and she would still be gone. That's probably one of the reasons I used to avoid Marshalls, Ross, and Burlington as an adult. I've done quite a bit of shopping at the aforementioned stores in the past year, and I can confidently say that mom was onto something. Marshalls has a large selection of items at different price points, so there is something for everyone. They have a lot of smaller items at low prices that can be used as stocking stuffers or in DIY gift baskets for the holidays. It does get messy sometimes, but it's usually not too bad.

I was also looking for cookware for my house and specifically needed a cookie sheet pan and found plenty in the back of the store. I ended up getting one by David Burke and it came with the cooling rack for $9.99 which these go for about $25 on Amazon. I had no idea who David Burke was, but I can tell you his cookie pans have a texture to it and my cookies all came out amazing and cooked evenly throughout, despite them being a variety of shapes and sizes! Parking is plentiful but this shopping center gets busy so be careful driving through here.

She made arrangements to return the shirt and ordered a size smaller for me. While we were getting all of the billing and shipping info up to date, I had made a remark about wishing I hadn't forgotten my fan. She turned a fan on for me at the register. It was awesome.!! I am old and not in good health. So her doing that for me showed exceptional customer service. She deserves recognition for her kindness. Thank you Crystal, for taking such excellent care of me.
