We don't usually shop here, but my pre teen kid has been having a hard time finding something she likes that fits her body and not too childish. This please has massive selections plus school uniforms. She was able to find a few things she likes and the lady at the cashier was very helpful and nice. She told us about a current promotion and we were able to get a little extra discount after finding a couple more things. In used to go to the Children's Place quite a bit when the grandkids were young. Now there is only 1 to shop for a she 8 and pretty picky. Loved some baggy cargo jeans on a display poster but they were not in yet. She ended up getting some cute tennis shoes, 30% off, so a good value .Place was clean and neat and lots to choose from. This place is a chaotic mess, especially around the holidays. Clothes are strewn everywhere, mixed up on racks and literally the entire store is disorganized. I honestly wanted to leave as soon as I walked in. Customer service was also severely lacking. Any potential sales or discounts (and there weren't even very many!) aren't worth the headache! read more

This place is a f'n mess. Ordered items online for pick up and they can't find it. Two ladies working... Susan (manager) is pleasant, while the younger one can take some training classes (in person) on customer service. She is horrible. Of course the younger one doesn't have a name tag... but found out her name is Deya. read more

We shopped for Back To School on our short trip out of town this past summer. We used the dressing room. We mainly focused on t-shirts and shorts, as our string bean's been going through growth spurts. We were happy, because it was all under $80. And our string bean was happy because he got to choose some of his new clothes. Oddly enough, many items were mint green or aqua. We were surprised at how many items we were able to find. There was a huge selection of t-shirts, but that area was kind of in disarray (understandable because other people may have been looking besides us). We only looked the at the boys section, though. The store was clean. There were few people shopping. Checkout was easy. Don't forget to use your rewards, if you are a member. read more

I only want to shop online from now on. I went in and everything was just a mess. The t-shirts in the back were just in a giant pile and thrown everywhere. Nothing was folded and it made it impossible to find the right size and design. The holiday stuff was just all mashed together. There is absolutely no organization here. I've worked in retail for years and I am surprised they don't have it together. I just walked out because I didn't want to deal with it. Disappointing since they have cute stuff. read more

I wrote this email privately about two weeks ago and have no response so I'm posting it here... I visited your Orange, ca store location to return some gifts from a family member who doesn't know me well. There was no gift receipt but I figured, like probably ALL stores, I would get store credit to go towards my purchase I made today (I got $60 worth)... instead they said I had to get the same exact item in a different size if I wanted but couldn't exchange the items or get store credit. What kind of customer service is that?! Especially since I was making a purchase right then. I'm not the type of mom who dresses her daughter in neon pink tutus but now I HAVE to keep it?! Decided to visit this location to purchase baby clothes. I got to this store at around 10:45, they open at 10. The place was a mess! Clothes was everywhere! And when I say everywhere I mean even on the ground. I could not get around the aisle with my baby stroller so had to leave right away. All of the clutter just made me stressed. Decent location. Usually a decent clearance section. Store is very organized and the staff are always helpful. Wish coupons could be used more at this location but I definitely plan to return for more boys clothes. read more

LOVE clothes, love the staff. Has a strict return policy but thats to stop shoplifters from getting store credit and selling it for cash!!! one bad cookie ruined it for everyone! but thats ok, most of the clothes i purchase get sent to 3rd world countries. read more

We received a gift so we didn't have the receipt to return the clothes that was too small, I was told that if they don't have the item on a bigger size they can do anything, not even store credit. I never buy clothes from this store but when we were there I saw couple of cute things for my daughter, but after learning that we couldn't return the items I'm never buying from this store. read more

The managers are COMPLETELY rude and the workers think they're so much better than everyone else. They give you the most dirtiest looks ever. The store is ALWAYS a mess. Apparently, they don't know how to clean anything but talk and hang out. read more
