The person that engraved the cup thought they made a mistake and instead of calling to ask us how to proceed they made a second mistake by re-ingraving the other side. When I spoke to the manager Ms. West-about it she said that they would have to keep this cup that I was going to pass down to generations as a tradition in our family originating with my wedding. She would not give us a refund and she could have cared less about customer service. Do not ever let them engrave anything for you and just be forewarned at that store they could care less about whether you are scammed or whether your a satisfied customer.
