Before becoming a mom, I loved buying clothes for myself but now I can't imagine anything more fun than shopping for clothes for my little girl. Carter's has adorable options for little ones so be prepared to shop longer than expected and most likely buy more items than you originally intended... My favorite thing about Carter's is that they are ALWAYS having some type of sale. I scored some amazing items just last weekend when they did a "One Day Only: Early Black Friday Sale" where everything was at least 60% off. Not only do they have great sales but every time you shop, you receive a new coupon for your next purchase at both Carter's and Oshkosh. Don't forget to sign up for the rewards program to receive "Fun Cash" for future purchases-- it's easy to join and your rewards get emailed directly to you! Staff has always been friendly and even when I can't find my coupons, they usually apply some sort of discount that they currently have going on. Another plus is that the store always has holiday themed clothing options, whether it's your baby's first Thanksgiving, Christmas, or 4th of July, they've got what you're looking for! read more

If you're a big fan of Carter's clothes for your little one, then this is a great place to stop by. They have an unbeatable selection and every now and then the have some great discounts going on. However, if you're looking for the best deals, you probably won't find them here. Sam's Club has better deals and Kohl's sales often have Carter's clothes for better prices as well. You can get on their email list, however, to get coupons that do help but I often find the volume of emails received from them to be a little annoying. I feel like this location is pretty small compared to other Carter's I have gone to. But customer service here is pretty friendly and very nice with telling us about sales going on. I love the selection of infant and toddler clothing here. And especially in combo with the coupons and store wide sales its even more awesome. I dressed my baby in Carters clothing since he was born and I love this store. It can get pricey, but if you take time through the sales you can find some great deals. I went in tonight at 6pm to return a defected Christmas dress (it did not have a bow on the dress, like it did online). I also walked in and immediately saw the dress WITH bow. The woman(Stephanie, according to my receipt) gave me a refund and instructed her staff member to go hang it up anyway. I made a sarcastic remark and she stated that if it's hung up behind the ones with a bow, people will just think it's a different dress. It was incredibly unprofessional and this makes carter's look really bad. If it's a defected item, take it off of the shelf. don't take away from a paying customer. Carters clothes are pretty tough play clothes, not as tough as they used to be but still pretty good. The infant clothes are super cute. The older kid clothes are good but not nearly as cute. If you like Carters they are way cheaper here then at Kohl's or Macy's. The pajamas are cheaper at Costco though. If you go often give them your email address so you can get a coupon each month. read more

I love all of Carter's clothes. I am absolutely addicted to the adorable baby girl outfits, they have to offer. They have a huge variety of outfits and everything you could even think of to dress your little one in. The store is organized by sex. All the boys stuff is on the left side and all the girls stuff is on the right side, but you can tell that as soon as you walk in the door. Upon, entering the store, my husband and I were greeted right away and asked if we could be helped. The gentleman, who helped us, led me right to the section I was looking for. We browsed around for a while and were asked if we needed assistance once more, before leaving the store. The staff was polite and professional. The store was clean and surprisingly organized. However, the Carter's outlet is a bit on the expensive side. (You can find the Carter's brand and the same outfits, at other locations, for cheaper, but you will not get all the variety (all in one place) that you get at the outlet, at any other location, you can find their clothing!) You can find some amazing deals, as well as, some amazing rip-offs! When you get the chance to splurge, this place is wonderful, but as every parent knows, your little one grows so fast; why spend around $35 on one outfit, that they will grow out of in a month? I do, however, find some things well worth the price. For example, Carter's has a fabulous selection of swimwear, with the best protection, for your little one! Keeping your baby safe from the sun, is definitely worth the extra bucks, in my book! This store has its pros and its cons, but it is very well-ran and well-kept! read more

Very cute clothes but bad customer service. Went today the two girls in there working just kept talking with each other. Did not ask if I needed help not even a greeting. I asked if they had 2T hats the girl said the hats are there, that's what we have but didn't give much effort to help. I had a bunch to buy but didn't. Please train your sales associates better. read more
