We were on a mission to see the geek squad... at least seven to eight or more GS vehicles parked out front like a convention was in town.... so we were very optimistic to get some electronic help, shop/browse about and inquiry about a fit bit purchased here that was glitching. We were greeted right away upon entering and received a lot of warm smiles for majority of Best Buy Guys & Gals... it was kind of refreshing to maneuver about a truly large location and stumble upon some good deals. There seemed to be way more employees than customers here, so I'm not sure if this is the norm... but I also know more people shop online than ever before. While I browsed electric razors my friend has some issues with getting a straight answer regarding his fit bit he had gotten with a limited warranty just shy a week or so of the date... considering that it was almost a ghost town in regards to customer and there were zero people in the customer service/geek squad line I was surprised they didn't offer him any real assistance other than to reach out to the manufacturer... they guy handed us a poorly written piece of paper with the customer service line for the model of Fit we had and sent us on our marry way. I don't want to turn anyone away from coming to this store, but it does seem like they sleep on missed opportunities often... this was only my second time here but both times have been similar as far as that extra effort to make a sale or aid in fixing a solution... especially if that's your area of expertise... I will say that the lost prevention guy on duty was fairly personable and wished us a good day after exiting....

We didn't end up buying yet, but we are far more educated due to their employee. We also found a cool chainsaw man statue on sale for only 11 dollars!

I thought I had reviewed this store but apparently, I hadn't. This store is one of three that is…read morenear my home and is located at the South Hill Mall. If I am nearby or need to shop at the mall, I will stop by to grab a few things. The store was renovated in 2018 and modernized. This store gets pretty busy. Self checkout kiosks available. As it nears to closing time, there will be only 1-2 available cashiers. During this time, the self checkout kiosks will have a long line. I also often use the Target app to shop online for home delivery. I also will use the curbside pickup when I don't need to shop in store. I enjoy the convenience of these options. The other plus shopping in store is the availability of Starbucks. I do enjoy ordering my drinks and then shop when I have a big list or if I want to simply take my time to browse to see what's new and/or available. I typically do not like to do this as this is dangerous. I will end up spending much more money and I don't want that. Overall, the store meets my needs.

This review is 100% for the target owned Starbucks that's on site…read more I stopped by on Friday 8/15 and ordered a decaf sugar free vanilla latte. I was given a regular sugar vanilla latte. I didn't find that out until I'd drank 3/4 of it and my dexcom was able to catch up. My blood sugar soared. Close to 300 (for reference going into the drink it was 92) and then the awful awful crash which sent me down in the 40's which is even more dangerous than high blood sugar. For me when this type of thing happens I get very very sick. Think stomach flu for a few hours. The only way to fix hypoglycemia is to eat something with glucose in it. But now I'm puking so how does a person do that? After an hour when I was able to pull myself together I went back over to the kiosk to let them know what had happened. I really just wanted my money back. I literally paid them to make me sick. The guy at the registered remembered my order and recited it back to me. (I think his name was Jordan) and when I said it wasn't sugar free like I'd ordered and it made me really sick. His response "it's a simple mistake". It was NOT a simple mistake. On top of that there was no I'm so sorry. Are you ok? Can you refund your drink. Nope. Just simple mistake. I left so as to not yell at a Starbucks employee in a store and called and spoke to ms George who pretty much said the same thing that her employee said well mistakes can happen. She did ask if I was ok which was nice. I love target and used to love Starbucks but won't set foot in another target again after that. If a store can allow an employee to basically poison a person and then treat them like that after they don't deserve business.

The "BonneyLake" (98391 zip-code), is a store you need to be careful going to and always be aware!…read moreThe security will legit stalk you ", while you shop especially with your own bags! They really couldn't care less about their customers! It's so bad, my store of choice now is legit Walmart, lol! I remember hating Walmart but not anymore. It's not my favorite and never will be BUT I can and do find all I need there! And, I do like a lot of what they have and very often find products here, that I can't find at other places! Give it a shot! "One stop Shop..."! Unfortunately, that's all I can say! IF you choose to support Target still, even after all they have done publicly (even on the news etc ‍), stay away from the Bonney Lake one, especially! It's sloppy too and you can't get to anything, even some clothes without assistance! It's dumb! But, the main issue, is the 17-year old Security guard who wishes he was more, lol. He thinks he is so cool (yuk) but I think he forgot his role & I don't say this lightly! OR, shop around online! Thanks!

Can not believe the experience we had while shopping at the local Target store today in Bonney…read moreLake. My Wife in I simply needed a box of mailing envelopes. You would think that this would be a quick and simple process... Not. We located exactly what we needed almost immediately. $2.59. Easy self-serve cash purchase and we would be right out... Not. Although there was almost no one at the self checkout, each and EVERY register was posted "card only." So much for self checkout. There were only two "human" cashiers open, so there were lines. So as we waited with our small single purchase and three dollars in hand... there we waited for several minutes. When we were finally rang up, the price was well over $3. And after checking our receipt on our way out of the store, we noticed that we were charge $2.99 plus tax... Needless to say, the shelf price was out of date. There was no visible management to be seen, and what should have taken us less than five minutes, was quickly reaching closer to twenty. And to top it off, the cashier didn't even have any quarters or dimes in their cash register... Change came in pennies and nickels. Terrible service from the bottom up. Next time we'll shop across the highway at Walmart.

I think Victor may be one of that LAST miracle missing links as repairmen between 50s to 80s left…read moreon this planet, and he's really not all that old. So far the man has helped me fix an 81' 23 inch Zenith console TV (by repairing the 9-160 board), and also a 1980 Zenith "Integrated Stereo" system. Literally every other shop and tech in a 50 mile radius had turned me down (for the last 10 years or so) on these specific devices - BUT Victor took a chance, and said basically "Eh, 50/50, I try... I love the weird old stuff." Well, the dude knows his stuff (weird, old or indifferent), and he didn't just try, he went far and beyond what any normal person hoping for a quick buck would do - and honestly, even IF he hadn't fixed these 2 items, I'd still just be thankful the guy is around and still having a passion for fixing this stuff. He really knows the old school basics of capacitance, soldering, schematics, etc vs real life experience and diagnostic. In a nutshell, Unicorns ain't real, until you literally meet one. A++++. The guy is a terrific go to imho thus far.

The next day, I tried every troubleshooting suggestion I could find and it would just not power up. It had been fully operational 15 minutes previously. I called Nortech late in the day, around 4PM to schedule an appointment and to my surprise, I was told a technician could be there in 30 minutes. The visit would be $185. I had a bad feeling that I had lost a power supply board but I wanted to know for sure. The technician arrived as promised. He was on his way home to Federal way. He did the same checking as I had done and confirmed that it was the power supply. He told me this was a common failure and that the repair would be $795 but they would ahve to order parts. It would require the TV being dismounted from the wall mount. I decided to buy a new TV instead and he agreed with the logic of that decision. I bought another Samsung 55" OLED (still highly rated) for less than the cost of the repairs. The Nortech technician was courteous and professional.
