It appears that these vehicles are being stored here until the business closes. My issue is that this situation is constant and disruptive. It obstructs the beautiful landscape view that we only have in this area. One of the vehicles has the name "Bruno Auto Repair" on it, but when I checked the area, it wasn't clear that this area is their property. This is unprofessional and makes my neighborhood look messy. I kindly request that you move your vehicles away and back onto your property. I can't even walk my dogs here because the vehicles block off the area. This area is not designed for parking vehicles.

There was tho one page that I didn't feel comfortable signing. It's for diagnostics testing. Now, I understand the need for this testing for vehicles that have been involved in an accident as there are tons of sensors and such on new cars. But mine was merely a scratch and a dent from a ball or something. I stated it seemed like a good way for them to just make money. I checked the box "no" stating I dont want to pay for diagnostics if insurance doesn't pay for it." About that time, the office gal Hannah just looked irritated and then told me my estimator was outside. The estimator was nice enough. I asked about why I needed diagnostics on something like this, and he wasn't quite sure. I gave him my keys and waited for my Lift ride About 10 mins later, my ride arrives, and as I'm about to open the door, I hear the estimator yelling "sir" and is literally running towards me. He says, " You need to sign this page!" I then see the staff watching this from the window. My Lift driver looked confused, so I only asked once again why I needed it. He said it's so when they disconnect my battery. Still didn't answer my question. I signed it and got out of there. The next day, I decided to call and try and speak to a manager. I was told Hannah was available. Nicely asked if there was anyone above her. I was then transferred to Logan the estimator. I asked again for a manager and was put on hold and then disconnected. About 30 minutes later I was contacted by a lady whom I'm assuming was a manager and was told, it seems we aren't going to be a good match for you and you need to pick your vehicle up. I was told I wasn't willing to participate in following their process. I simply wanted a solid reason as to why a simple ding and scratch required a $120 per panel scan that if my insurance didn't cover I was on the hook for. The whole running out as I was getting in a Lyft was bad optics, and I feel like my experience was quite unprofessional. Car is going to a highly rated shop that gladly took my business and without signing a waiver for "diagnostic scans"

I'm sure there are several factors that make this car purchase one of the easiest and most enjoyable ever for us. 1. We're older and no longer impulsive 2. We did our due diligence in our research before contacting anybody 3. We know our financial situation and credit scores so there were no surprises 4. We refused to settle for anything less than our expectations 5. Josh Reynolds - our salesman 6. Pricing listed within Fair Market Value rather than MSRP 7. Carfax emailed to us by Josh the night before our appointment We located this particular car online. When we called the dealership to verify if the car was still on the lot we were told "yes". We scheduled an appointment with Josh for 9:00am the next day. Upon our arrival, the car had already been pulled up to the front and ready for us to take out and test drive. Each of us provided a photo copy of our driver's license and in return we were given one hour to take the car for a test drive. We were both thrilled to test drive without a rep in the car with us so that we could talk comfortably among-st ourselves as well as dissect the car in private. Within 45 minutes of our test drive, we knew we would be taking this car off their hands. Since the pricing was fair, negotiations were not necessary. While filling out paperwork, we were offered complimentary beverages and snacks. Several banking institutions are available to guarantee the lowest % rates. The whole car transaction was completed in less than 2 hours (45 minutes were test driving). Additional warranties were offered but not pushed when we declined them. The car was detailed and filled with gas while we were filling out our paperwork. The license will be mailed to us so that we do not have to drive all the way back to the dealership (1 hour drive for us). We stole a 2013 Acura TL Advanced package with less than 12k miles and still under factory warranty. Thank you Josh for your time and honesty. By far the most favorable car experience for us both to date.
