There was minimal work involved -- no parts replaced, no complex diagnosis, just a quick ignition. Charging nearly two hundred dollars for a few minutes of work feels like taking advantage of customers, especially those who might not feel comfortable handling these issues alone. I was able to call, text, and email her as often or as little as I needed to and ALWAYS received a response. The communication was exceptional from start to finish. Someone came out that same week to take a look and give out a timely estimate. This company does offer financing, although we did not use it. The quote was less than half of what the other company had quoted us. We got a straight forward diagnosis, with honest pricing, and reliable service. The team came out on the day they were scheduled at the time they were scheduled. They were able to complete our project in only 2 days. Extremely efficient, and walked my husband through what they were doing and put us at ease with what still needed to be done. The pictures and reviews from myself and everyone else speaks for themselves. While I hope to never need more restorative services on my property (LOL), if I ever did, I would 10,000% use Metz again.
