Bought a 2013 Nissan here. Waited over an hour just to sit down with the finance person to pay for the car. Not sure why they would have one person doing this on a Saturday. Car generally in good shape, but after taking it off the lot the same day a sensor came on requesting I fill the washer fluid. Once filling the fluid the sensor remained on. I also noticed a loud grinding sound when hitting the gas. I called and scheduled an appt with the service dept who fixed both issues at no cost to me although the car was sold "as is". My overall experience was pretty good. Service dept was the best! read more

STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU PREFER BEING TREATED LIKE CRAP! I went to see an Infinti QX4 but was turned away because it had just been sold. Sales staff was friendly. Days later the car was still on the Internet but some adds had the car at $1000 higher, some the original price. The dealer was called and they said they would honor the advertised price that I saw. I came in to see the car again and was told maybe they'd meet me half way on the new higher price. The GM comes over shakes my hand and then SLAMS his hands on the desk as he sits and say's, "First of all have we come upon an agreement of the price?" I said I would pay the original advertised price, $12,999 cash. He informed me that they had to put more money in the car (which was on their lot already for 3 weeks with a 118 point inspection.) I said, "What did you do to it?" He said, "I don't have to tell you anything!" and got up and walked away. This is after the salesman had told me that they'd show me the service records of what they'd done to the car. The salesman slid my paperwork into the trashcan. I expressed politely my dissatisfaction with how they don't negotiate lower but are happy to negotiate higher and he said, "I don't have to talk to you." and walked away. When I first saw the car which had been for sale for 2 weeks it had no stickers. When I saw it again they had just put stickers on it, but with a check engine light still on. Imagine how the service must be after they have your money! I bought a nice Toyota at Highway Motor Cars in Penndel where I was treated with respect. read more

We just moved from Hawaii in October of 2008 and bought a car from Carvision. It was a 2004 Chevy Trailblazer that nickeled and dimed us from the moment we bought it until the we traded it in to somewhere else. We needed brakes a month after buying it, brakes were bad, they should have been new when we bought it. We needed a new transmission, transfer case, AC compressor, all the expensive parts. Everything broke down. I see there is new management and I am looking for a new car for me back and forth to work but just leary to try them again. Do not want to get screwed over again. read more

I just bought a used car from here.Sales person was great. Service department doesn't do quality body work. I had several items that were supposed to be addressed. After two trips back to dealership , my issues got worse . Found over spray on bumper - sloppy work - and found new scratches on door that were not there prior to service. Overall I'd suggest staying real close to your car during servicing. Also girls answering the phone don't come of as professionals nor do they give correct status on your vehicle. I had a horrible experience at this dealer. I ended up financing my car from there. When i test drove it, the tire pressure light came on. They said they would take care of it. Two weeks later, my tire pressure light came on again and when I took it to have the tire pressure looked at, my front two tires were at 41 and my back tires were at 39 (with the exception of the slow leak which was at 27). ON MY DOOR IT SAYS MY TIRES SHOULD BE AT 33. I took it to my mechanic and there was a nail in the sidewall that COULD NOT BE REPLACED and with AWD when the tread is under a certain amount (mine were at 6 and 5) you have to replace all 4 tires, not just one. So with that being said, their version of "taking care of it" was putting my life at risk and pumping the tires with air so the tire pressure light wouldn't come back on for another few weeks. I went back to get reimbursed for the tires and the managers response was "we cant do anything for you because you didn't come here to get your tire fixed".. okay let me take off work, again, to come down to you to fix a problem you could have fixed 4 weeks ago when I brought the Tire Pressure light problem to your attention. DO NOT EVER, I MEAN EVER, BUY A CAR FROM HERE. They will do anything to sell you the car. The cars are at a wonderful price, but the bullshit you go through, the amount of waiting you do because each employee helps about 3 customers at once, you wait around for them to be done one task with one customer and then they come to you just to give you paperwork but then leave for another 20 minutes to go finish with customer number 2. It's a mess, very unprofessional. Oh, and the tires weren't the only thing - the car rode heavy, they fixed it and it still rides heavy but they couldn't put it on the computer because I made an appt for a detail...they couldn't even detail it that day, I had to make another appt to go back down for them to wet sand it to try to get the buffing marks out...AKA they are hail damage that they failed to tell me about and they're trying to say its from buffing and it will come out. I'll keep you posted - I doubt it comes out. Oh and the buffing they did, to get the 33 scratches out - and a month later, I can see all the scratches again....great buff job guys. smh. If you don't ever listen to a review on google, listen to mine. don't buy anything from them. Sometimes I wonder why I ended up buying my car from them, and maybe, just maybe it's so that I can learn the lesson for all of us and to advise anyone I come across to never buy from them. read more

I came with my sister to pick up a car that she already did the paperwork for. The dealer told her to pick up the car at 930am. The customer service was horrible. It clearly had not been communicated that she was coming. She had to pick the car up because they were going to detail , change oil and gas the vehicle it first. We got in the car to leave to find None of that was done. We spent an additional hour waiting for this to be done. I was appeased by the selection. However, this being the buying experience I witnessed. I will not put myself through the hassle. Business lacking professional courtesy, customer service and it was a very disorganized process. read more

I had an amazing experience at Car Vision. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and courteous. I found the exact BMW I wanted on their website and within minutes of requesting some more information they reached out to me. The internet person was very kind and answered all my questions and scheduled a test drive appointment for me. When I arrived I was greeted by Joe, the manager. He was very welcoming and introduced me to Lani the associate that was going to help me with the car. She was very knowledgeable and showed me how everything worked. Once we got back from the test drive we went over everything and I agreed to purchase the BMW. I next sat with Joe Kane in finance and he took all the time I needed to understand everything clearly about the warranty I decided to purchase and all of my paperwork. Lani then went over the car one more time with me before I left in my new BMW. This was the best car buying experience I have had from beginning to end. Thank you Car Vision. WISH I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE RATING!! Worse dealership I have ever been too, WATCH OUT for salesman GARY he will SCAM you and tell you what you want to hear just to get you to the dealership. Gary explained on the phone that they are willing to negotiate numbers within my price range on the phone as well as working in the rebates to help pricing. When I arrived to the dealership I stood in front of the receptionists desk with 3 employees just ignoring me for 5 minutes. It took for me to stare at them to even acknowledge me. Car salesman "KEITH" approached me and asked if I needed help at that time I asked for Gary. Keith immediately said, "I'm not going to waste my time or my managers time" with negotiating and that GARY was too busy to talk to me. Keith then brought over Sales Manager "LEE" where I explained what his associate Gary said to me. All he could say is he was never informed about my conversation with Gary and he will not negotiate within my range. Very WASTED TIME and 2 hour drive from New Jersey for not even a greeting or counter offer!! read more

We found a Chrysler Pacifica on their website that said Coming Soon. We called that day and spoke to a sales person stating we live two hours away but wanted the van sight unseen and would put money down to hold it. They said technically it wasn't for sale yet but they would take our number and call us as soon as it was to start the purchase. We called another time a few days later same story still 'Coming soon'. I checked their website daily and again it still said 'Coming Soon'. We had been searching for a car since the start of the pandemic but stopped looking because we knew that we wanted this van and they stated they would call us as soon as it was ready to be sold. I called again this Monday and the woman stated it was gone. I couldn't believe it. We received no call and it was still listed on the website as Coming Soon. I asked to speak with a manager. She said she would open a ticket and someone would call me back. I received no call. I called back and was told my request for a manager call would be escalated. It is now 5 days later and I still have not heard from anyone. This dealership is untrustworthy and unprofessional. They have put Ilya in a bad position because we really thought our search was over. read more

My pregnant fiancée and I went in to see a vehicle. We had an appointment and still had to wait close to an hour before we even saw the car because they couldn't find it. So they finally find the vehicle, I drove it and liked it. I agree to purchase it, sales rep starts the paperwork, but it was getting late so I asked to come in the next morning because my fiancée hadn't eaten anything and I wanted to clean out my car which I was going to trade in. They say no problem. The next morning I go in and it turns out that the car they were trying to sell me wasn't the car that they actually showed me. So they almost sold me a car without me ever seeing it and almost gave me the keys to a different car. At this point I had spent probably a combined 4 hours at the dealership, so I asked what they could do to help me out given the inconvenience of having to be there and wasting my time with a different car. They finally showed me the car they almost sold me which was advertised as having navigation and the car did not have navigation. I'm giving one star because I cannot give it zero stars. I would never recommend anyone buy a car there. Biggest waste of time. read more

This review is about a year overdue and I have not posted for personal reasons and since having another friend of mine get burned by this dealer as I have I decided to give the review that this place is meant to get. just prior to purchasing a 2012 Subaru Impreza, during the test drive the cruise light went off, I was assured they would look over it and make sure it was nothing. I purchased the car and the next day the car started to overheat (AT oil light comes on) as well as cruise control light. I had the 30 days, 1000 mile warranty for the car so I brought it back in to get checked out. CarVision ensured me they found nothing and said to bring it to a Subaru Dealer for them to check and let them know. I made an appointment with Subaru and during the time before I brought it to Subaru the car would still overheat and lock down the car into limp mode, this caused me to be stranded waiting for the car to cool down. To make this a long story short (and there is much, much more to this story as well as additional issues with the car and hell Car Vision put me through), it took 3 Subaru dealerships to diagnose it before one finally said the wrong transmission fluid was put in (AT not CVT) and it was overfilled by 5 quarts! 5 Quarts! and Var vision didn't think to check this? since the wrong fluid was used the car is basically ruined (since its a CVT). Car Vision did absolutely nothing to help me despite telling me to bring it to Subaru still under Car Visions warranty with them and said it was basically no longer their problem on-top of their service manager being extremely rude and not knowing what she was talking about, she kept confusing coolant and transmission fluid somehow. I was asked why it took Subaru multiple time to diagnose the car properly like i am some sort of mechanical expert who did the diagnosis myself. I lost a LOT of money during this and have long ridden myself of the car. I look to gain nothing from his but to warn others about their horrible business practice. They pump out cars and do nothing for you after the fact. read more

I went to CAR VISION in Trappe this afternoon after calling and making a 3:00 appointment. Upon parking I saw a yellow shirt employee walk into the showroom with the mask under his chin. As I entered I see a desk to my left where the employee stopped to talk to another man who also wore no mask. I proceeded to walk to the counter and upon inspection the men waiting on the customers behind the desk had no mask in sight on their faces. I looked around and not one person who appeared to work for Car Vision was donning a mask. Yellow shirts masks under chin. Men apparently in the car selling business no masks at all. I felt unsafe being in that environment and immediately left. I was applauded that a company would have so little regard for the public and our safety. Not only were they breaking the law they were being disrespectful to each other and the customers. Apparently they also disrespect the company and do not care for their jobs. read more

I entered information about my car to get a Kelley Blue Book instant offer. After doing so, Car Vision called me several times telling me how interested they are in my car. Finally, I made an appointment. I arrived on time but the sales associate was about 20 minutes late for the appointment. Then, despite agreeing that my description of the vehicle was accurate, they offered me about 25% of the KBB price which they knew about when they repeatedly called and hassled me to come in. I did not take their offer and ended up selling the car for more than the KBB price. I'd recommend that people not waste their time with this place if they are looking to sell or trade in their vehicles, at least based on my experience. read more

Long story short: I would avoid this dealership at all costs. Here's the long story: My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle and called to make sure the one we were interested in was available and clean. Yes and yes. We arrive three hours later (note the 3 HOUR DRIVE) to work with a salesperson who I could barely understand on the phone and didn't seem to know what she was doing. She was nice but seemingly not very trained. When we get in the vehicle we notice first how crusty it is. I am no exaggerating at all. The leather was cracked and discolored (not noticeable in the photos online, of course!), the interior was dusty and dirty, and the engine had a knocking sound. When I looked at my husband I saw water on his should and looked up to find the sunroof was visibly leaking and there were water stains all over the roof of the vehicle. After our super quick, "heck no, this isn't the one!" test drive, we return to see the radiator smoking and a puddle of something underneath. The excuse we got was that it didn't have time to be detailed because they "had just gotten the car in," and the leak had probably just started because of the snow on the roof. The stains suggest otherwise! Also, according to CarGurus, the vehicle has been on the market for 110 days. I think that allows plenty of time to get it cleaned up and presentable! The salesperson met us in the parking lot and I promptly said no and handed her the keys. She brought us back inside to try to talk to us about giving us more money for our trade and asking us to wait while the service department looked it over again. We said no and left. We got out to our own vehicle to find that we didn't have the keys. The salesperson had taken them and had to search for them, and she was trying to deal with another customer at her desk as our paperwork was sitting out on her desk. One of the managers (owners maybe? Not sure...) had them on his desk. His half hearted "Sorry about that... if all the things you said are true we may just have to send it to auction." Sorry doesn't cut it after 3 hour car ride to your dealership! As we were heading out of the parking lot, we get a call from them. They had never given our registration and license back. Just don't do it. Don't even think about going here. So disappointed! read more

I went to look at a car about a week ago. It took a while to be treated at the door but it was understandable since I got there pretty late in the day. The guy that was helping me seemed cool helped me with everything and told me he can have a car shipped from the Norristown location to Philadelphia for me to look at. I provided my number for him to call me once the car got in. When I got home that night he text me asking if my experience at the dealer was good. I told him yes then he proceeded to ask to get to know me better and take me out. I was trying to be nice kinda brushed it off because I wanted to see the car. I went to see the car the next day and he found any excuse to touch or say something to me. It was raining and he held an umbrella for me his comment was how would you like me to do this for you more often. He asked if I ever driven a foreign car and said don't worry about it you will. While all of this is going on I saw a car I really liked but it was over my price range. He showed me a car that was coming in within a week and gave me the price. I also saw the car online with that exact price he gave me and screen shot it. While I was waiting to hear back about the car he text me constantly asking when he can take me out. I had to tell him to just sell me the car. He was very aggressive. The car came in and now it was $2000 more than what I was told and showed the picture I had and he said no he can't come down. I put up with a lot to then be lied to about a car price. I said I don't want it and walked out. He then texted me the same night asking if I was ok. BLOCKED!!!! This place needs to talk to their employees about keeping it professional or else someone will file a harassment lawsuit soon. read more

I just purchased a 2007 Honda Accord, and am so thrilled with my purchase. I went to CarVision.com looking for a great deal and a great car, and I definitely found it here. I started my search online, and was surprised to find 25+ pictures on their website for each and every car on their lot. I was able to find a few cars that I liked, and then went to the dealership with a few cars I wanted to look at. The second I drove the Accord, I knew it was the car I was looking for. It was impeccably clean, had very low mileage (25k), and looked like it was meticulously detailed by the CarVision staff. The car runs great, just like my last '94 Accord (which made it to $200k miles)!! I worked with salesperson Jason, who was extremely helpful, and encouraged me to come back to CarVision.com for a free yearly inspection for the life of the car (which is especially nice, since I plan on driving this car to 200k miles as well). Overall, CarVision helped to made this vehicle purchase so easy! I am absolutely in love with my new car, and would recommend CarVision to family and friends. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST PLACE THAT FRONTS AS A LEGITIMATE CAR DEALERSHIP!! I have had nothing but issues, since I purchased my car not even a year ago. I have been in the service department every month since I purchased. I have had everything from water I. My car, windshield wipers not working, tire pressure light malfunctioning. To top it off my car started to stop, for no reason, I took it on for service just for the incompetent mechanics to tell me nothing is wrong. Is it NORMAL for a car to just STOP! Nooooo... Now my check engine light is on and car sputtering and stopping! I have called for 2 weeks straight, left messages with management with NO return call back. I spoke to the front desk person Matt in service and he makes promises he does not keep. I am so sick and tired of this crappy ass place with poor costumer service... I was hung up on at least 5 times yesterday, unprovoked! I would not advise anyone to step in that place, let alone purchase a vehicle... A huge mistake on my part! My car is still there and I was promised a call and now nothing and service is closed. I am "forced" to give one star but they deserve no stars! read more

Bought car and was told transmission was replaced. Had no reason to doubt. 8 months later car is un-drivable because it won't shift. My mechanic says the transmission needs to be replaced. Called car vision and asked for service history and warranty information on replaced transmission from original purchase. Turns out the transmission was not replaced and the sales person who sold me the car denies saying that it was replaced. Sales manager Ed gives me the run around...I should have requested the replacement paperwork at point of sale - my fault. Moral of the story is ask for everything in writing and never, under any circumstance purchase anything from Car Vision - ever. read more

But when I saw the car my son was looking for at the CarVision dealership, we had to check it out. We dealt with Shanice Campbell and Joe Pantalone, both of whom are newer salespeople, but both were eager to ensure that we were happy. With some assistance from the sales manager, Gary, and the general manager, Estelle, we were able to complete this purchase. By the time all was said and done, my son is the proud owner of a shiny new (for him) car. Oh, and when they say "no haggle" they mean it. Aside from have a pretty big inventory and the a free bottle of water they give you, there is nothing nice about this place. At first, everyone is nice to you but once you a buy a car, they act like you don't even exist. I bought a car last month and I noticed some minor damage to front bumper and the window wasn't going down properly. So, i called them, MULTIPLE TIMES might I add, and eventually someone answered. I was told that the scratcher were not there and I put them there. I called them 2 days after I bought the car! They implied I was lying. I suggest you STAY away from these guys! read more

The purchase of my car was rather straight forward. It was the after sale that is less than desirable. I should take partial blame here since I am not a mechanic I should have taken the car to my mechanic for a once over before committing to purchase however I am an hour outside of Norristown...live and learn. This should be your #1 thing to do if you plan on purchasing a car here. Upon leaving and driving home I discovered that the Navigation System didn't work , my remote entry doesn't work, the rear back up camera doesn't sound when getting to close to something, my one tire was losing pressure and later found out from my mechanic it was because a patch was put on the tire that never should have been placed so close to the sidewall....upon replacing all 4 tires ( cause that is what you do when you have an all wheel drive vehicle) my mechanic tells me all four tires had dry rot! I am not convinced I have found all the faulty mechanics yet however I am done with Carvisions run around and pass the buck mentality. They never take ownership of an issue....well I hate to tell you this but you "owned" the car and inspected the car....so taking ownership of these issues is your responsibility. They do say "what do you want us to do for you" But it is after you prove to them you have all your ducks in a row and you know what you are talking about. I don't have time for these games .... I have written them off and have taken on the monetary responsibility of righting their wrongs.... some issues I didn't even bring to their attention cause it is just plain exhausting.... please heed my advise and get your own mechanic to go over any car from Carvision. If you don't have one pay one to do it for you....it will save you a headache in the future. PS. While I sat in the service center waiting area I was accompanied with two other women with repeated service issues and upon leaving another woman was escorted back to service and the service representative was being told "this woman bought a car from us yesterday ". UNDERSTAND WHAT YOUR SIGNING UP FOR... My experience with Car Vision wasn't one of those horror stories that you would expect. But it certainly wasn't my most pleasant experience either. I shopped and shopped for months for the exact car that I was looking for at the right price. I found it here, and was thrilled because it was so close to home. I went down to check it out and really loved it, but was also concerned about my trade-in. They did offer me market trade-in value, so I really cant complain about that, and they offered the car I was buying for under NADA value. They were not willing to budge on any of the prices though once their manager put the figures together. After an hour of thinking about it I decided to go forward. By the time the paperwork was completed they were closing, and it was obvious that everyone couldnt wait to get out the door. I said I would be fine taking the car the next day to allow them the time to detail, but they insisted. I gave them a car on full and got one on empty- annoying part #2. I asked if they were going to put anything in it and the guy says "yeah yeah yeah when you come back". I had 2 minutes to transfer my things from 1 car to the other while the guy stood there tapping his foot. Keep in mind this is like 8:05 pm, not 10 or something, and all he says is: wow you've got a lot of sh*t in there. I also asked for the second key and owners manual and got the same answer (when you come back we'll figure it out). Well, I come back and of course, no 2nd key, no manual, refuse to put gas in the tank, etc. The salesman was super friendly before I signed, but once that paperwork was drawn-up, his whole attitude changed. I feel like if Im spending 25k on a car, shouldnt it at least have a 2nd key, or gas? Overall, I would say the place offers decent cars at a good price, but never shop alone, and go with someone who is going to be an a$$hole to make sure that they hold up their end of the bargain. read more

I bought a VW in May of last year. It was the worst mistake I ever made. 3 days after owning the car I lost 3rd and 5th gears. It took me the better part of 6 weeks, 4 rental cars and having to take the car to Wynn VW down the street to get it repaired. Wynn VW pulled my VIN and my car had just been there 2 weeks prior to me purchasing the vehicle. They told Car Vision that the transmission REQUIRED replacement for SAFETY PURPOSES. There was a large crack in the transmission. Car Vision decided to ignore this fact, caulk the bottom of the transmission (caulk melts and can catch fire mind you) and pumped grease to "grease the linkage". Only issue is that manual VW GTI's have shift cables not linkage so grease does not do anything. I had to tell them this. Then I personally called every junk yard in the area and made sure they did not sell a junk transmission to Car Vision. The then had to replace it with a re-manufactured transmission, otherwise it would not be covered by my extended warranty. The 2nd week I owned the car was the first time it rained since I owned the car/ Everything in my trunk got soaked. They brought my car in and told me that the sunroof drains were clogged and it didn't leak anymore. I took my car back. The next weekend it rained again. I went to get my school bag out of my trunk at school and all 4 of my college books, the entire semester of notes, homework, labs and classwork were ruined. I had 4 inches of water in my trunk. They drilled holes in my trunk, removed my drain plugs in the spare tire well and ghetto rigged the sun roof drains. This obviously did not fix anything it just allowed the trunk to drain when it rained. I called everyday for 3 weeks and showed up there 6 times to be told that Tom Snyder the General Manager was not there. I saw him and then he would hide. My father and I took off work and drove there. We were told that Tom Snyder would be in at 10 am and we told them that we would be there at 10. The said they would put it on his calender. We were told he would be unavailable to see us. We waited for 4 hours in the waiting area. So over those 4 hours we chatted with the other customers that came in to purchase cars. When they asked about the dealership we told them I was there for the 20th time to have a water leak fixed and they still refused to send it to a Water Leak Specialist. Finally Tom Snyder came down stairs from hiding and told us to leave his property. Well I told him I was calling Channel 6 and a lawyer. He spoke to us. Good choice on his part. I took it to them 21 times in less than 1 year for this issue. Until they finally let me get an estimate to have a VW dealerships Water Specialist look at it. Then they still were not sure if they would pay to fix it. I have a 3 year old little boy who was getting sick from being in the car because it was moldy. So I left work and drove there (2 hour round trip) in the poring rain to make them once again feel my trunk was soaked. They gave me a check and the Sales Manager (Tom Snyder) who was very rude, told me never to step foot on his property again. When the VW Dealerships Water Specialist fixed my car they replaced both tail light housings with factory tail light housings (the ones they replaced were aftermarket, leaked and didn't fit properly) , both rear fixed windows (had already been replaced due to the back end being completely smashed, bought at an auction and repaired, and not reported to Car Fax or told to me.), the sun roof drains (that Car Vision techs had broken and bent) and they had to remove my headliner, carpet on the back of my rear seats, the carpet in the trunk and all the interior moldings to remove the mold from my vehicle. They had to replace almost ever clip and 4 interior trim pieces that Car Vision techs broke the pre-attached clips off of and glued them back in. This is the horrible customer service that you get there. The General Manager Tom Snyder did not return a single phone call or email I sent. He did not have any one else return them either. I hope that no one buys from these people because they are all liars and do not car about there customers. All they care about is saving and making money. read more

Honest!!! But true!! Don't buy your car here unless you have lots of extra time on your hands. I have owned my luxury car less than a year, not only has it has a new radiator, new engine, new thermostat, new coolant line, and now it is overheating!! I have left reviews before and then retracted them after they attempted to correct the problem. But bottom line is you have to go back and forth with the front desk, management to get anything done. And then you worry whether the problem is truly corrected. The front desk has turned over so many times, and the lady I deal with unfortunately has no customer service and has communication barriers. I simply want the same problem that has went on from day one to be fixed. Its pretty simple. Being the fact that I live an hour away I have to take it in drop it off and "hope" they have a loaner. And really dont ask about the loaners... I mean if I am telling you now what my luxury car has endured imagine the loaner!!!!!! At this point my car is still overheating, I am waiting on a call from management and waiting on a loaner due to my job and living so far away just to get my car fixed!!! Im guessing due to the prior lack of communication and their willingness not to address this situation they will be putting a new motor in it again, replacing all the items due to the fact they will not communication properly with me. read more

We were looking for an SUV and it was clear to us from the beginning of the conversation that they were very fixated on selling us anything they possibly could. When we test drove the salesperson had the music blasting. When we turned it down there was a horrible noise and here it was a bearing!!!!! Don't buy a car from this place. I recently bought a 2015 Chevy traverse here. Within a couple days of having it the brake pedal needed to be replaced. I brought it in and they said they needed to order a part so I made the appt for a week later which they post pines bc they didn't get the part in (not their fault). When rescheduling the appt I mentioned that it is now seeming to slip when changing gears and asked them to look at it when I come back. When I got there the man wouldn't even look up at me to talk to me about the issues, just said "gimme your keys" and walked away. I waited for hours in their waiting room with no communication what so ever from them. Finally it's done, the guy says "it's out there" and points to the door and walks away all without making eye contact at all. I get to my car to find out they did not look into the problem. This place is an hour and 10mins from my house so it's very inconvenient to keep coming back, but I am forced to come back to get it repaired bc of the warranty (even though my husband specifically asked if we had to come back here for repairs for the warranty or if we could bring it closer to home and they told us we could bring it closer to home). So my husband brings it back (now for the third time) and they tell him after a few hours of waiting that it's under factory warranty and to take it to Chevy now. Would have been nice if they mentioned that when we were making the 3rd appt. aside from this huge inconvenience, they sold a car that needed a new brake pedal, transmission work and emissions all before the first payment was due. read more

In terms of getting the best car for your money the Carvision team cannot be beat. The Carvision staff worked within my needs and set me up with a Honda at an amazing price. It was even less than what I was expecting to pay! When I drove out of the dealership in my new car I was confident that I had purchased a quality car and had done so for a price which I don't believe I would have received anywhere else. I am giving them five star as two weeks later my thoughts are exactly the same and there is nothing different I would have made about my purchase. Next time I need a car I will definitely be back here as I have finally found a car dealership I can trust and can be guaranteed to receive a quality car from. read more

Sad to say as thrilled as we were to find our BMW at this dealer and had a very nice sales associate we were blatantly lied to about a warranty package. The dealership took advantage of our situation and rushed us through the paper work telling us about a great deal they would give us on a ten year warranty etc., later we find out the paperwork had lots of fine print, various charges for service under warranty, $100 deductible, and actually only 60 months. We were shocked and very disappointed. When we called they avoided our phone calls and showed very little concern over such deceit. I would warn any customers shopping here, as you may find your favorite car and even a good deal, watch out--- this is not an honest dealership!! read more

Wasn't impressed with this place at all.. I made an appointment and showed up on time. It appeared nobody knew I was coming in and I stood around for awhile before they 'found' my appointment. The sales person took me to the car and gave me a key to take a look. The salesperson then left and never returned. I walked back in past several other employees and placed the key back on his desk and left. Nobody said a word. Almost like they didn't want my business. Fast forward to the next week the sales manager did a follow up to see how I liked the vehicle. I told him what happened and he was very apologetic so I went back in to look at the vehicles again. I found the ones I was interested in to be overpriced and they wouldn't haggle at all on their prices. After reading some negative reviews I decided to go elsewhere. I saved over 5k when I bought the same vehicle from another dealership. Same make, model and mileage. read more

So it is time to replace the Jeep. Have been looking for weeks for what I want. And found it a Nissan Juke. Tuesday sent text to dealer, asked if available and they called back saying yes and made an appointment for today. They also texted Thursday with a nice reminder and called me today saying they put the car on the lot for me, would be ready So I drove up there today (for those of you who know me that's a monumental effort since I don't drive highways) Anyway get there, greeted by a nice young gentleman, shows me the car and I go out on a test drive, probably 30 minutes or so. LOVED LOVED this car! Drove back into lot, told him I wanted it and would get my paperwork from credit union out of car. Go back in, and am introduced to another salesperson. We shake hands, and then he informs me that the car was sold while I was test driving it. BUT he could get his buyer to find another. Ya think I wanted to hang around??? Many thoughts on this but I have calmed down much on the initial ones. read more

I went to the location in Norristown to buy a Jetta that was worth $13,000. I was welcomed at the door by one of the finance men (who ended up "appraising" my car) who seemed very unhappy that we were arriving an hour before closing. I test drove the Jetta and everything went well, the car salesman Jorge was very good at his job, told us about the car and showed us around the area for a test drive and made the experience very pleasurable. When I came back in I was trading in my 14 Ford focus, which besides a small dent on the back right door of my car, is in excellent condition and runs perfectly fine and I was offered $2500 for it. That is absolutely insane and insulting. I had gone to a legitimate Volkswagen dealership the day prior and was offered 4500 for it but I said no because the car I was looking at was way more expensive than the jetta I was looking at today. After rolling over 1-2k from what I still owe on my focus, I still should've walked out with this Jetta for $15-$16,000. I had a check ready for $17,000 thinking I was going to be able to walk out with this car, only to be met with a 21k price tag and the sales taxes were WAY over the 0.6%. I can't believe the audacity of the unqualified and very rude appraiser for lowballing me on a car you guys could sell to some poor soul for 8k+ easily. Would never recommend anyone ever coming here, and will happily tell all of my clients to not waste their time at such an unprofessional location. read more

I originally purchased a car here and had a good experience. However, after 5 days my car was overheating and getting towed to a Mercedes dealership. After having my water hose replaced (LESS THAN A WEEK LATER), the service associate at Mercedes informed me that the hood of my car was painted over which could have been the result of an unreported incident. I was informed that there were no accidents or issues with this car previously. On top of that, after complaining about the issues after my recent purchase I was continuously pushed away by everyone at the dealership except one of the service associates because nobody wanted to hear my complaining. I originally had a lot of trust in this dealer, but after the week I have had my car I am seriously contemplating returning the car. They push you to sell a car and write good reviews for them, but after that they screw you over and nobody wants to help you with your problems. I was without a car for 3 days due to this problem and all that they offered for the huge inconvenience was a free oil change. I was sold into purchasing a $2500 service contract and after what I have dealt with over the last week I may be getting plenty of use out of that. I shouldn't trust these cheap people. I called someone there, his name was Shawn, to ask about a car. He said the car is in perfect condition and he claimed that he's an honest man. I asked to give me a favor and check the car again. Then I he returned to me and said the same thing and he said you will be lucky if you get it. I chose to go there and check the car rather than buying it and shipping it. The sales man gave an impression of trustfulness of him. I told him that I was going to drive all the way to you, so please make sure that everything was fine and he confirmed what he said before. I noticed that the Carfax report did not give much information about the car maybe one or two items reported, even did not say if it's personal, rental, or business .. I asked Shawn on the phone about it and He did not give clear answer and said I guaranteed you would be happy with car. I rented a car for one way and drove all the way there. When I got there, there was no customers nor workers there. It seemed to me a dead place. I asked for Shawn. He didn't look what I drew in my mind. He was unorganized and not focused. When I saw this, I knew I did a mistake trusting him. He led me to the car and I was chocked. The car had paint works in many spots, the rims were not original, the tires were unknown brand and cheapy, all the front bumper and headlights were full of dots because of sand, the engine and undercarriage were rusty, A/C was not working, The engine was shaking.....I asked Shawn WHY did you do this to me? He answered this is a used car not new. This is crab, I replied. The rude manager, Tom, came to us and insisted that it's a used car not new. Then both of them disappeared thinking that I was not a good hunt for them. What's interesting was the sales man, Shown, was talking negatively about the manager and one of the owners. Shown tried to blame the manger because he was pushing him to sell the car. The bottom line is that they are selling crabby cars. DONT TRUST THEM! read more
