We purchased a used 2023 Yukon XL from this dealer. They insisted that we include their added security system, which we did not want on the vehicle at a cost of $800. When we picked it up the battery was dead so they replaced the battery. Less than two weeks later, after the vehicle sat idle for two days, the new battery was dead. We took the vehicle to a GMC dealer near our home and they installed another new battery, which also went dead after letting the vehicle sit for a few days. It was finally diagnosed that the after market security system they had installed was draining the battery because it had been installed improperly. Since removing their security system, everything has been fine. We have emailed and mailed them with no response. Terrible customer service. read more

Alex the used car manager try to sell me a 2013 Honda Accord EXL with top end engine issues. There was rattling and clicking in the top end of the rear Bank of the six cylinder , indicating insufficient oil was getting to the top of the engine . The noise suggests excessive engine wear and he swore his technician said the car was perfect . They would not allow me to have an independent mechanic inspect the car so I would steer clear of this dealership because they cannot be trusted . Also in 2011 I bought a Audi A4 oil burner and wasted $40,000 of my hard-earned money . I'm done with Audis . I'm going private seller in the future . You should do the same . read more

With the postings and ratings shown here, leadership at the organization obviously do not hold the team members accountable for honestly or customer satisfaction. I purchased a pre-owned 2023 Q8 recently, and there are 2 issues, 1 major and 1 minor. The major issue is the car has 1 of 11 speakers working as all the speaker wires are cut and the amplifier was removed. There were live wires from the battery laying in the back compartment. The team taking the trade in had to notice it, as the sales people. Not corrected or disclosed. The minor issue is the vehicle arrived without a second key fob. when I spoke with Ryan and Rob they were surprised that anyone would request a key fob, and talked in circles about how it is not easy to get a second key fob. Told me that would contact me the next day, but never did... and will not answer email or pick the phone. I bought the car unseen and had it shipped. I have not had a problem doing this previous, but you can not do that with this dealer. Pick any place you would like, it can not be worse than this one. read more

This is undoubtedly the most slimy car dealership I've ever dealt within over 50 years of buying cars. I am ordinarily a very careful consumer but I made the huge mistake of trusting these people. First, the salesman, Ryan Tran, blatantly lied when I asked if there were significant differences between thec2024 and 2025 Q3. His response was "not really,":only for me to learn when it was too late that he Was not being truthful. I also asked the manager if he could find me the car in the better equipped trim in my preferred colors. Additionally, they did not volunteer the information about all of the incentives Audi was offering on the Q3, andvonly after I asked about discounts, did the salesman come back with reductions, acting like he was doing me a special favor. I addressed these concerns with the salesman and manager after putting only 10 miles on the car, and requested that they buy the car back, arguing that I never would have purchased it had I been provided the truth. I would have waited for the 2025 to come out. I was treated rudely and told repeatedly that both my wife and I must have misunderstood them. Again, my mistake was trusting these people. Went in to ask if Audi has any promos that is offering 500 a month payments, and told by brand specialist Antonella Sicilia that there are no promos. But if you go online Audi is giving out promos on the Q3, Q5, and Q7. Q3 is under 500 and Q5 is at 500. She assumed i couldn't afford a down payment. I had my two year old Audi A3 in for routine service and state inspection yesterday. The people there were very efficient and business-like. I liked the pre-authorization video they sent me of my car and some problems they found. I had to authorize the service, with the price, before they would proceed. So far, so good. They sent me a quote for a 4 wheel alignment, a new tire, flushing and changing the brake fluid, and state inspection. They also performed a 20K mile inspection (I have 15K on the vehicle). Because I had the vehicle there and wanted to get everything done, I authorized the service. The bill came to $2300, which included a 10% discount coupon of $239! I was really stunned by the total, and while they fully disclosed everything beforehand, I still felt that I overpaid. Today, I called a mechanic that I had used before to get some price comparisons. AFW 4 wheel alignment: $740; mechanic: $180 AFW state inspection: $130; mechanic: $60 AFW brake fluid: $223; mechanic: $80 AFW 20K mile inspection: $585; mechanic: I didn't ask but I can't imagine $585 from him. Yes, I did get a loaner car, and yes the facilities are pristine, so yes, I realize that I would pay a premium for this, but I bet I overspent by $1000. So, moral of this story: back to my mechanic for future servicing. read more

I purchased a 2019 Jaguar F-type P380 in June of 2023. When i got the car home i noticed there were no book in the vehicle now mind you 57k for the car no books!!! The truck had no alignment, fuel filter was at 0%, air filter was at 20%, and low def. I called the sales manager a week after I bought the truck and he said he would look into it to mitigate/remedy it and provide an explanation and haven't heard since. I called back again and left a voicemail and still nothing. I have tried to deal with them directly but they never responded. What kind of dealership does that? One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I bought a used Nissan Rogue from this dealership, and less than a month after buying it, the transmission died. I can understand things happen, and it was covered under the 6 month warranty, but after bringing the vehicle in, the point of contact person Sebastian was one of the most unhelpful individuals my husband and I have ever worked with. Once they discovered the transmission was in fact dead, Sebastian called me, and informed me "they didn't have the tools to fix it." I was then informed it was our responsibility to transport the car to a Nissan dealership, make sure they took the third party warranty policy, and file the claim ourselves. My husband informed them we would not be transporting the car anywhere as not only was it dangerous, but if it in fact broke down on the side of the road we would then have to incur tow fees, which is completely unacceptable. They agreed to tow the car eventually after much debate. Then after finding a Nissan dealership close to us, and attempting to file the claim, we were informed this was the dealership's responsibility. There was never an ounce of compassion or empathy from the dealership or acceptance of any responsibility for the issue when honestly they should have been bending over backwards considering they sold me a car that broke in less than a month. I was also speaking to a coworker about the incident knowing he had just bought a new Audi, and I wanted to warn him not to take it there. While sharing my experience, I had not mentioned the employee that was so unhelpful, and he already knew it was Sebastian without me telling him. Clearly, this employee has a bad track record of poor customer service, and should not be the point of contact to help people. 0/10, do not recommend. Very good experience all around. Karina immediately came over to us and got us set up with a test drive. We had small children with us and she and the rest of the staff were so nice to them! One employee even gave them hot-wheels to play with so they wouldn't get too bored while we were waiting on paperwork. Karina was honest, knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and super polite. We were later joined by Ken who had earlier been extremely helpful when we were scheduling the visit and the test drive. It was really nice that he came over to introduce himself and even he spent some time talking to the kiddos! Good people. Glad we went there. The service provided when they are selling you a car is the complete opposite provided after. This is my second consecutive time I have dropped my car off to get service done that should take an hour or a few hours max but instead is taking several days! I still have not gotten my car back which I dropped off on the morning of 10/11. It is now 10/18. I received a letter from Audi stating that there was a recall on the coolant system and needed to do a software update. When I asked if it was a big problem they said, "no, it takes an hour..." Almost a week later I am in a loaner pick up truck still waiting for my car which they said hasn't even been looked at yet! What's more infuriating is that they call me everyday to tell me my "car hasn't been looked at yet and to sit tight in yourloaner..." What's the point of booking appointments when you can't handle the volume? On my visit prior to this, I booked an appointed thru their website stating what was wrong with my car. I wrote out a thorough detailed explanation of how my front driver side air suspension is 40% lower than the passenger side. When I went in, the service person I was assigned to (I won't say his name), was talking with the head mechanic saying how I wrote a "novel" in a condescending way. I don't think he knew I heard him as I was out of his eye sight. After 4-5 days in a loaner, they didn't look at the car till the last day and said "there was nothing wrong!" I even got a phone call everyday saying that "we want the right mechanic to look at it so we can get it right..." After every visit I usually get an email survey asking me about my experience, which I always complete praising their services prior (especially with Mark?). Coincidentally, I did not receive one that time. So this is my experience with Holman and AWG so far. I understand that the service people have little control over what gets done in the garage so I don't blame them. It seems like the problem is in the garage. Went to this dealership after getting horrible service at Checkered Flag Audi in Virginia Beach. I actually found the car the same day I was at Checkered Flag. I called and talk to Salesperson Leslie and he was able to hold this car for a week with no deposit. Also he let me know about financing that the other dealership didn't even bother to mention. Most of the paperwork was setup over the phone so that when we arrived at the dealership it wasn't an all day thing. My only negative remark would be that we drove up from Virginia and the car wasn't ready. It still had to be detailed which it could of been done the day before or first thing in the morning. It was a total of 2 and half hours which is super quick for a dealership purchase but could of been under 2 hours if it would have been done. Leslie is great and courteous and I would definitely drive 3 hours again to go to this dealership! They treat people with respect. read more

I recently bought an A4 from them. Good customer service and salesmen who listened. Unfortunately the rear deck speaker in my A4 rattles terribly with any base setting above 3. I took it back to them and service made an adjustment due to a service bulletin. However they didn't fix the issue and said there's nothing additional they can do which is unacceptable. Music is very important to me and this is a huge problem. Listening to music is unenjoyable because of the rattling. read more

Do NOT go to Alex!! I wouldn't buy another car from here. The salesreps don't deliver what they promise. I bought a car car from Alex, and I felt he was rushing me because it was the end of the night, even though I called earlier that day and informed him I wanted to see a particular car and I lived 2 hours away. I proceeded to go there after work and the car was waiting for me. I test drove it, thought about my decision for a couple of minutes and decided to buy it and gave them a check from my bank. I felt I was getting rushed during the time (which was fine because I had a 2 hour drive back home). I observed Alex go to the car with a license plate and chrome license plate holder while at the desk. Alex came back into the dealership with just the license plate holder. I thought that was odd, but paid it no mind because I was probably going to take it off at a later time. Fast forward to the turnpike ride home - I just happened to look in my rear view mirror and see a piece of metal laying on the ground. After thinking about Alex and the license plate, I pull over to the shoulder and lo-and-behold, my license plate is gone!! So, I then turn around (pay a toll), go back on the opposite side of the highway (pick up ticket, pay a toll) and get back on the highway to pick up my license plate (Thank you, Alex!!!) And to make matters worse, I contact Alex and advise him of the mishap and he said he would send me out 2 Audi keychains, in addition to reimbursing me for the tolls... days go by... didn't hear from him or receive anything in the mail, so I contact him again.. makes some b.s. excuse. Then more days go by - nothing. I contact him again - another b.s. excuse about how the parts department was supposed to send it out... putting the blame on them, when he could get a check and 2 keychains and drop them in an envelope. Doesn't take long at all! When you're in sales, it's imperative to build rapports with customers, because word of mouth is key, but Alex just burned his bridge for $40. Hope you're happy. I rarely complain but I tried to get through to service and I called 6 times- left 3 messages and then tried to call to give more information and again had issues with no one picking up the phone Today I took my car to get Inspection stickers replaced and windshield wipers adjusted ( due to a new windshield)- also Condensation in one of my rear lights ( second visits for this issue).... and a Malfunction of my headlights, requiring me to drive with my high beams on Long story short, "Audi does not cover the condensation in your light".... " there is No code indicating that your lights have a issue" AND we don't see your stickers in the drivers door,SO per state requirements you must get the car re-inspected.... So, I gave permission, as I had no choice...waited about two hours -paid my bill and went to my car. Immediately, I reached my hand in the drivers door pocket AND YUP the inspection stickers on glass were EXACTLY where I had told the service writer they were... ugh I went back in and they were going to credit me the purchase... BUT NO ONE knew how to credit my account- it took 5 people to figure this out.... I'm frustrated and sadly will be taking my service elsewhere. read more

I have mixed feelings about this dealership. First off, I bought an Audi from this dealership; however, my experience at the dealership was sub-par. I worked with two different salespersons, Chris Didio and Justin Alten. Chris was about as useful as a bump on a pickle. He said virtually nothing from the time we walked in, during the test drive, and afterwards. I don't think he said more than 5 words in a minute until we said we would like to buy the car; and those 5 words was when he told us he started to sell cars at Willow Grove because he could make ridiculous money. Furthermore, he was unfamiliar with the car's history and provided cursory answers to all of our questions. Although this is mere conjecture, he may have been hungover (it was a Saturday), or he treated us in such a dismissive fashion because of my age (27) and may have thought I was coming by for a joy ride. Multiple times throughout the hr or so my wife and I were looking at the car we mentioned to each other what the hell this guy's deal was. Justin, on the other hand, was excellent. He was patient, thoroughly answered all of our questions, walked us through the process, and didn't seem disgruntled when I asked the same question multiple times. You can tell Justin is there because he genuinely loves the industry. My only regret at the end of the day with Willow Grove Audi is that Chris Didio received some of the commission from us buying a car. read more

Where do I begin....... DAY 1) WEDNESDAY, JUNE 27TH, DROP OFF: I called weeks in advance for my cars routine maintenance. I arrived on Wednesday, June 27th at 9:50 AM, for my 10am booked time. I signed in with Mike to pick up my courtesy vehicle per extra warranty when I purchased my AUDI TT . While checking-in Mike informs me that it will be ready the next day. I was surprised because I was not told this was going to be a 24 hour visit when I called to book the appointment, but I came to terms with this and did not get my blood pressure up. I live 25 miles away from this dealership. Everyone knows that this can mean 25 miles of cake walk or 25 miles of nightmare BUT, 100 miles driven just to get my car serviced, not so thrilled. This dealerships reviews looked good on the surface and that is why I chose Willow Grove Audi. DAY 2) THURSDAY- First pick-up date given: A call from Mike letting me know my car would be ready until Friday and they were "very overwhelmed in the department with a back log of cars". We had company coming into town and I was unable to work with the 29th due to traveling to the Philadelphia airport in the morning and then late afternoon. Mike and I agreed Monday July 2nd would work. He made it very clear it would be ready and waiting for me Monday and thanked me for understanding their "overwhelmed" state. DAY 3) FRIDAY- June 29TH: I called to get a clear time for me to pick up my car Monday. Mike was not in, so I left a message. I had realized I needed to drive back to the airport Monday the 2nd of July and wanted to work my pick up in while I was on that side of the highway near Willow Grove Audi. It would be a shorter distance and work well. I called early that Friday and DID NOT GET ANY RESPONSE BACK! DAY 4) SATURDAY: NOTHING FROM WILLOW GROVE AUDI DAY 5) SUNDAY: DEALERSHIP CLOSED, SO NOTHING FROM WILLOW GROVE AUDI. DAY 6) MONDAY, Second pick up date: I travelled to the airport and back home, due to not hearing anything from Mike. I called Willow Grove Audi to see what time I could get my car. Mike was not in so I talked with Cory. HE INFORMED ME MY CAR WAS STILL IN THE PARKING LOT WAITING TO BE WORKED ON. This was 12:45pm JULY 2nd and my car had not been touched in 6 days. I was not pleased and asked to speak to the Manager at Willow Grove Audi. Cory offered me his Assistant Manager of the Service Department. I made it clear that would not cut it and the Manager of Willow Grove Audi was who I expected to talk to. I talked with a gentleman by the name of "Ray" that portrayed himself to be just that. I told him all of the above written. He mentioned they were building a new Audi Dealership in Fort Washington and moving there. They are extremely overwhelmed and can not handle what they have well. I didn't need to know all this. Raymond offered me a FULL DETAIL COUPON WITH NO EXPIRATION DATE in compensation for the horrible service. He would email it to me and my car would be ready for pick-up Tuesday. I was so frustrated, but NEVER once did I treat these people disrespectfully. Day 7) TUESDAY, JULY 3RD Third pick up date: Noon came and went, then the calI came early afternoon and I was notified my car was ready for pickup so I left right away. I arrived at 2:30pm and Mike apologized for not getting back to me the past Friday, 5 days ago. He confirmed that Ray, whom I was led to believe was the Manager of Willow Grove Audi, was emailing me my detailing coupon. I paid what I owed and left without much being said 7 FULL DAYS AFTER I LEFT MY CAR THERE FOR A STANDARD SERVICE. I checked my email when I arrived home, but no coupon or email from Raymond. Got a great deal for my car from Audi in Willow Grove. Found the Lexus online, got there and worked with Alex through the entire transaction. Was very helpful. Got straight to the point. Told him what I came looking for. He said be right back and pulled it right to the front. Didn't have to make small talk. Test drove it and loved it. He was very patient throughout all the hiccups on my end. Then I get to the finance manager Helen, she was very happy and out going at first, then after declining the extended warranties and all that Jazz, seemed like she just wanted to get me out of there. End result, I got a new car that I needed. But I did find a small crack in the windshield after leaving the dealership. Wish that was seen before I purchased it. read more
