Since the car was a Tesla, it was good to see they were currently finishing up a repair on another Tesla at the time. When we had left the shop to our final estimates... during the entire time we just felt like "why are we wasting our time", with the other places. After getting all the estimates and sleeping on it the next day the only person we contacted was Steve and asked a few follow up questions. He explained every single step of the process and the price was just right in the middle from others, what set him apart is the way he contacted me about it, he was very transparent and explained what they needed to do and why, and the turn around to have my vehicle ready, I couldn't believe it.
