Typically they would ask you what you would like and ask about any add ons that they offer. The add ons were not even requested to me and I felt like they were just ready to get to the next car. Also after this point you would get out of your car and they would take it from there. I got the top tier service they offered which I normally get. But this time was not the same. The made me drive my truck myself and then none of the little grit and dog hair was even touch. $50 car detail and it looked like I went through a Sheetz car wash. Not what I paid for and very unhappy. It will be hard to go back unfortunately.

It worked perfectly for me because I was going to be in Durham for the day. The process from pulling in the parking lot to getting your car back once it's finished was absolutely seamless. Everyone was so nice and the process was quick. Since it was my first time there, the first attendant walked me through all the options, and there are a lot of them. Once you let them know what package you want and you pull up to the designated area, you're directed inside where you pay and there's a very comfortable waiting area. They also have a great selection of beverages and snacks. There are also several options of things to purchase for your car, like air fresheners, chargers, etc. It was a beautiful day out, so I decided to sit outside on the spacious patio with tables, chairs and other seating. At one point, there were 4 people working on my car once it came out of the washing tunnel, one inside each door. They got every nook and cranny in my car. Hand wiping and vacuuming, I was so impressed. They called me by my car when it was finished. I was fortunate enough to meet one of the owners, he took part in the awesome cleaning of my car himself. It's a family run business. They did the best job, and I have recommended them to every in the Triangle.

I really appreciated the team's flexibility and willingness to make things right, and I'm happy to report that I am much happier with my experience this time around. This time my floorboards were clean and the stains in the seats were better addressed. My car even had the new car smell! Several bays were blocked off with cones. In another bay, the operation panel was open and hanging loose, unusable. I chose bay 8, put in my coins and when the sprayer started, my feet and legs got soaked because the hose connected to the spray wand had a gash in it and the water was going everywhere except out of the sprayer and onto the car. It took 2 hours to do an oil change car wash and inspection. I anticipated a wait as this place…read morestays busy but no one was in line for an inspection when I arrived and only one car was waiting for the car wash their was four in line for oil changes. I asked the guy if they wanted to do the inspection and wash first or the inspection but he said to just go into the oil line. I get wanting to do the oil first but it could have been a shorter wait had these been done leaving just the oil change to do. All staff are very friendly. Also, this place only offers the most uncomfortable seating both inside and out. Inside there is only 4 extra high tables and stools with small seats that dig into your thighs on the sides and bottom vs optional use of the space with more two person standard level seats that could fit 6 tables. They do offer iced water and coffee. The outside is metal mesh chairs and tables that get hot in the direct heat, a roll out awning would be a great addition to the area would provide more sun coverage then the small umbrellas that left many still sitting in the sun and the water fountain (filled with dirt, if restored would provide some tranquility and cool mist to the air. I also recommend resin Adirondack chairs that can be used under the trees nearby and brought in the car wash at night for storage vs the two wire mesh square tables with built in seats that painfully dig into your thighs and butt as well no matter which way you position.

I will say the place is very clean and gives free towels, so I guess it's not completely terrible. My experience: Spent $26.88 on the car wash and left with over $3,500 in personal property damage. I missed a small sign that said no luggage racks in the wash. Two employees cleaned my windows before I entered the wash (who also saw the giant box on my roof) but they waved me through. Two minutes later my cargo box was ripped from my roof. The box was destroyed and my car was dented and scratched. I am glad no one was hurt as this could have been so much worse for everyone. The manager (who apparently was unaware of the no luggage rack policy) said multiple times it was their fault and they would make it right. Ultimately, they didn't even offer to refund the cost of the wash. The owner refused to cover the damage to my car and unsuccessfully tried to buy my silence about the whole situation.
