You know it's bad when you pay $40 to have your car cleaned only to leave and go straight to the carwash to clean your car. They did not wipe the dash board down, the outside of my car looked as it had not been washed, my windows were still dirty, my seats were not vacuumed and I grab a rag so I could at least wipe the center console and was told I couldn't use it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Unclean center console.

It's a car wash that doesn't really wash cars. They run the exterior through a machine but do very little else.

I've been going to this place for a couple years now. I knew when I heard that TC was getting out…read moreof it I was afraid that service would not keep up. And that was just the case here. Typically they would ask you what you would like and ask about any add ons that they offer. The add ons were not even requested to me and I felt like they were just ready to get to the next car. Also after this point you would get out of your car and they would take it from there. I got the top tier service they offered which I normally get. But this time was not the same. The made me drive my truck myself and then none of the little grit and dog hair was even touch. $50 car detail and it looked like I went through a Sheetz car wash. Not what I paid for and very unhappy. It will be hard to go back unfortunately.

I found TC's after doing a Google search for car washes with vacuum. It's so hard to find a place…read morewhere they vacuum your car for you, instead of you doing the work. It worked perfectly for me because I was going to be in Durham for the day. The process from pulling in the parking lot to getting your car back once it's finished was absolutely seamless. Everyone was so nice and the process was quick. Since it was my first time there, the first attendant walked me through all the options, and there are a lot of them. Once you let them know what package you want and you pull up to the designated area, you're directed inside where you pay and there's a very comfortable waiting area. They also have a great selection of beverages and snacks. There are also several options of things to purchase for your car, like air fresheners, chargers, etc. It was a beautiful day out, so I decided to sit outside on the spacious patio with tables, chairs and other seating. At one point, there were 4 people working on my car once it came out of the washing tunnel, one inside each door. They got every nook and cranny in my car. Hand wiping and vacuuming, I was so impressed. They called me by my car when it was finished. I was fortunate enough to meet one of the owners, he took part in the awesome cleaning of my car himself. It's a family run business. They did the best job, and I have recommended them to every in the Triangle.

The Yelp assistant helped me locate a few places near me and I quickly found one which had several options for car washes. I was able to get gas and get a $10 car wash, which was all I needed to get my car clean. I like using this assistant. It helped me find something relatively quick with the needs I was looking for. Car wash turned out great. It was easy to use easy to get in and out.

My wife likes to get her car washed here. Clean Wheels Autowash is fast, convenient, and a…read morereasonable value. We found this place because we drive by it frequently. It's located just off Highway 54 near the Chapel Hill-Durham border. You can see it from 54. It's next door to a Valero gas station with a Dunkin' Donuts. My wife likes to get the Ceramic Finish for $25. After tax, it's $26.88. It includes "LUMINAURA" Ceramic Shine, "Hot Wax and Shine," tire shine, undercarriage wash, Rain-X, clean rims, "spot-free" rinse, and bug prep. We do notice an immediate difference after this service, but I'll also be real -- it's just a decent, basic wash. I don't know what they mean by "Hot Wax and Shine" because it's not a true wax, nor should you expect one for 25 bucks. The Rain-X included in this service isn't like a true Rain-X treatment if you or a detailer were to do it manually. I think it's more like the Rain-X that's in windshield washer fluid (it doesn't do much). The "tire shine" isn't like one you'd get from a real detailer. The shine isn't as thorough/complete nor does it last long. Better than nothing though. Anyway, if all you want is a quick, basic wash that doesn't break the bank, this place suffices. They wash one car at a time. After pulling up to the gate arm, selecting which service you want, and paying at the kiosk, you'll pull forward where humans start the washing process (pre-wash). After that, you enter the machine wash with your car in neutral and your foot off the brake. I didn't time it, but the entire pre-wash + machine wash process lasted maybe 4-5 minutes. After that, you can pull up to a rubber mat cleaning station (water spray) and/or one of several vacuum cleaning stations. Those stations are DIY. There's also an air-conditioned/heated indoor lobby and lounge with restrooms. Clean Wheels offers detailing services up to $249. I think you might have to book an appointment if you want a detail. For a wash, you can just pull up during business hours. My wife and I have never had to wait long for a wash. At the facility, water is recycled and dirty soap is captured so it doesn't enter the environment.
