I decided to go with the upgraded package (the Executive?) to get the built-up detritus and dirt cleaned as best as possible. Making the appointment with the friendly young lady who answered my call was quite easy. My appointment was for 11:00 am this morning. The guy who was assigned my cars, JD, let me know he would be 10 minutes late. I told JD, ten minutes late is not late in my view. He said he prides himself in being punctual. That's commendable! JD spent 6 hours cleaning the two cars. He worked his tail off! No standing around, no goofing off, he stayed at it. And when he was done my cars looked brand spanking new. Just an excellent job.
