EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!…read more I had an outstanding experience at RNR Tire Express on N. Main Street in Suffolk, VA, and I especially want to recognize Service Representative Baconta Buffalow for going above and beyond. After noticing my driver's side rear tire was low, I filled it and discovered a nail embedded in it. On top of that, my front driver's side tire had an inoperative TPMS sensor. I had an important appointment about 40 minutes away and very little time to spare after work. I stopped by RNR Tire Express hoping they might be able to help on extremely short notice. Not only did they assist me--they exceeded every expectation. Mr. Buffalow listened to my situation, understood the urgency, and immediately coordinated with the technicians to take care of my vehicle. While inspecting my tires, they also discovered internal damage in the tire with the faulty sensor that would have caused a dangerous failure if left unaddressed. Thanks to their thoroughness, they likely prevented a much bigger problem. Despite the last-minute request, they completed all the needed work quickly and professionally. The pricing was more than fair--especially considering the urgent timing--and they even applied a military discount without me asking. I left with peace of mind, safe tires, fully functioning sensors, and tremendous appreciation for the entire team. I highly recommend RNR Tire Express in Suffolk, their skilled technicians, and especially Mr. Baconta Buffalow, who made the entire experience smooth, efficient, and stress-free. This is customer service done right.

They got my truck in when I was scheduled and completed my tires before my lunch break was over. The waiting room and main area was clean and inviting. I will 100 percent use RNR again. The staff was really nice as well. Thank you!!!!

I was in need of a check engine code reader. Because I am not able to drive my car, I thought to myself, I should be able to rent one. I did a quick Google search to see if my thoughts were on point... yup! I called the store and inquired and was told the cost is $150. Yes it seems steep, but desperate measures cause for desperate gestures...and I was desperate! I pulled up yesterday about 1pm and the parking lot was empty. I figured I will be in and out. I asked the employee at the desk to rent the machine and he said, we do not rent those. Another employee (while on the phone) evidently was ear husslin - he responded, yes we do! The first employee reached out to someone in the back to gain knowledge and picked up the tool I needed. He began to express how he learned something new today - he wasn't aware of the rental program either. Well at least not with that tool. So yes, the rental is $150 + tax, but you get the money (deposit) back once you return the tool. I am not sure if the deposit is the same for all the tools, but that one in particular... $155. I only needed the tool for that day, but evidently you can keep the tool for as long as you need, but once you return it you get all your money back. I am loving this program! I returned about 3 pm and the parking lot was pretty packed. Luckily I did not have to wait too long to return the tool and get the money back. Again, my experiences (including yesterday) have been stellar. I appreciate this business and the employees. It is a little difficult getting out the parking lot merging into traffic, but just take your time. Check out this location. Have fun ~ be safe ~ enjoy life :)

After an hour and a half I called back to see if they were still coming; the woman with whom I first spoke assured the tow truck was on its way. Three hours later, no tow truck. Immediately when I walked in the receptionist refused to acknowledge that I was there, even after knocking on the door as I entered. I asked if they had the Saab still since they were advertised as such on the website. I was told yes. I told her the parts I was looking for and she had ZERO clue what any of them were. Without checking anything she then told me that the car was not on their lot!!!! THEN she asked what exactly I needed from the car! Frustrated, yet still polite and respectful, I explained that it was a part of the steering column. She then got on her computer and told me, without letting me finish, that the steering column would be $125. I told her that I didn't need the entire steering column, just a specific piece of it. I was then informed that I had to buy the whole steering column, I had to pay up front AND WASNT ALLOWED TO INSPECT ANYTHING BEFORE PAYING. Also, there were no refunds for faulty parts. Finally, I asked if there were any way that I could go out to the car myself to pick the parts I needed, then bring them back for purchase. Even offering my ID and car keys to ensure I wouldn't run off with anything I hadn't paid for. She then said "You either pay or you leave we don't have your parts". Floored, I thanked her for her time and left. I was ready to walk in and spend $300 on parts that they otherwise would have gotten nothing out of. I hope when their business fails they look back and realize that they were throwing away free money with their pathetic business practices.
