This pizza place is conveniently down the street from my house and they are a very small establishment. A cheese pizza is ten dollars when you pick it up. The pizza is okay it's not the best pizza establishment in the area but it's a great price when you're on a budget and feeding a family. The staff are always nice and welcoming when you enter the establishment and I would give them four stars for customer service. read more

Ordered here for the first time. Love that you can get a large cheese pizza for 9 bucks (pick up).It's not New Haven style pizza, but for our area, it's pretty good. I was craving a calzone, ordered one and added pepperoni and jalapeños. It was good but needed way more cheese inside. I would order from here again. read more

I had pizza delivered from Casa Bianca from here in Ansonia today. It was some of the BEST pizza I have ever had. The pizza arrived warm. The crust was not too thick and the sauce and cheese were delicious. They will now be my go to place for pizza, etc ! YUM! read more

If I could, I would give ZERO stars. Ordered some food here for my family as we were en route to another destination. I paid for the food, stepped out, and when I returned the "owner" was preparing our food with his BARE hands. No gloves, no utensils, nothing. I watched him and his wife touch every single item we had ordered with their bare hands, and when I called them out on it and requested they remake new food with gloves, he tried to lie to me and tell me that he only used his bare hands to get cold ingredients (lettuce, tomato, pickle etc.) I re-enacted every single move he made with his bare hands and he tried to again lie and say that I didn't see what I saw. THEN tried to tell me -- how can I use gloves when dealing with French fries? USE TONGS. Since he had such an issue with remaking my food, I asked for a refund which he also tried to BS his way through and then eventually gave me my money back. I explained to him that I too am in food service and what he's doing is absolutely irresponsible especially during a pandemic. His response? "Nobody cares about the pandemic." Well, I do. And I care about the manner in which my food is handled for my family and myself. I will most certainly be reporting them to the state bureau. read more

Second Review - First Time was 3 stars now down to 2 stars We tried Casa Bianca Pizza again. I am sorry to say I would not recommend this establishment. The Pepperoni Steak - Shaved steak, pepperoni grilled onion, fresh pepper & provolone cheese did not come with the grilled onion, fresh pepper & provolone cheese; it was plain and extremely dry. The Gyros Deluxe- does not come with tzatziki sauce, not even sure if they have it. Who doesn't serve it with tzatziki sauce with a gyro or at least put it on the side? The coleslaw was yellow had to throw it away. The Eggplant parm was on a layer of eggplant and bitter tasting. Chicken Souvlaki Salad was decent. There was no point in calling to put in a complaint because by the time we received our food, it was not worth it. The person who took our order was pleasant. read more

My family and I enjoy Casa Bianca a ton! We visited when they first opened and there were some issues with timing and getting orders out but this has all been ironed out now they haven been in business for a while. We have ordered the supreme pizza, the plain pizza, the calzones, salads, garlic knots, mozz sticks, chicken tenders, ice cream from the freezer section. The pizzas all have quality ingredients with plenty of it on each slice. The crust is nice and crunchy and the food is always hot and fresh when we pick it up. The calzones are huge and full of fillings. The salads are very large and you can get everything from grilled chicken to what toppings you would like. My husband loves the garlic knots they are super fresh and have a very nice sauce for dipping.The mozz sticks have the same dipping sauce and are nice and crunchy on the outside and filled with soft yummy cheese on the inside. The only complaint is the ice cream from the freezer section was a bit unappealing in taste. Parking is a bit tight at the exact location but right across the street is a lot you can park at walk over They do accept credit card They do offer delivery but we have never used the delivery option read more

If zero stars was an option we would have selected that. We were told our food would be 35-40 minutes (we live less than a mile away) and it was delivered almost 90 minutes later. The pizza was cold (and had almost no sauce) and the Italian combo had one slice of ham and two little slices of pepperoni. The icing on the cake was when we called to ask if this was normal for the sandwich, the man who answered the phone was rude, refused to listen to our question, and ended the call with "we don't want customers like you anyways". I give them a "D" - not an "F" only because the pizza wasn't actually soggy or disgusting. But I would have been more satisfied had I melted some cheese on toast and plunked a tomato on top. The thin crust was soft, it was hardly cut at all, so I had to cut the pieces myself, and they put so little topping on it that I wondered if they were trying to save money. I had ordered an eggplant and fresh tomato pizza but the toppings were few and far between. I asked for a little extra sauce and got a lot of extra cheese instead. So I ordered from the ansonia location and when I received my order it was completely wrong. So I called the restaurant and when I spoke with someone about the wrong item they began to tell me how I was wrong and what I actually ordered but didn't. They are rude and very unprofessional. pizza is pre-made dough, worst than Domino's. I would not order pizza, we also ordered a salad, was overloaded with fake bacon bits, took over the salad, I would recommend ordering from different place if ordering pizza. read more
